Buyer Beware:
The owner will take photos of your home without permission and then post them online if you give a negative review. This is why she has so few negative reviews. She is now blackmailing us saying she will only take down the pictures if I remove my negative review.

Original Review:
The owner will claim to create a 'budget' with the customer and give a flat rate charge for reoccurring service. But then proceed to charge way over that without informing the customer or getting approval. I was told my reoccurring service charge would be $200, and it was for 2+ months, but it was $300 out of nowhere after I made a formal complaint of quality of service. The owner never mentioned an increase of charge. I believe it was done as a retaliation for making the complaint. Buyers beware that service will start out great, but the quality of cleaning will decrease over time and if you make a complaint you can expect additional charges without being informed or approved.

Edit from Owner's Reply: Me 1 star review is based on your lack of communication, the hostility that immediately presented itself when I mentioned issues with the quality of cleaning, and the fact that you were the one to setup the budget with me ($200, 2 people for 2 hours) and said that is what I could expect for the reoccurring full house cleaning and if anything changed you would inform me. You did not inform me or ask for permission, but instead sent 3 people for 2 hours and charged $300. This is a basic bait and switch of services and pricing. You say that the work grew and grew but you never said a thing to indicate this. The things you say I requested outside of the initial walkthrough, I never did. Your lack of communication is the primary reason for my issues with your services and company. You apparently had these issues with me as a customer but never said anything.

I’m so happy my two best friends told me to reach out to Tahoma Home Care for home cleaning services. Tahoma Home Care is the best! I’m somewhat of a sporadic user of home cleaners but Tahoma Home Care is incredibly responsive, fits me in to the schedule, and everyone who shows up to clean my home is incredible… professional but still fun to talk to and the cleaning is top notch! Everything from my window sills to the grease catchers on my stove are cleaned so well that everything stays clean. I’m lucky to have found such a great team!

Tahoma Home Care is amazing! They have cleaned my house twice now and do a fabulous job. Does not smell too strong of chemicals or cleaners and things always look shiny and wonderful. They do amazing with bathrooms and showers as well. Getting all those hard water stains off the glass. Thank you!

Susie’s team of workers are wonderful. Our cleaning service team, usually led by Angela, did a fantastic job. Susie met with me initially to determine the specific tasks I wanted addressed and set up our schedule from there. She tailor made our service to fit our schedule and communicated clearly if any changes needed to be made. The cost is very reasonable and we couldn’t be happier with their service. These ladies go above and beyond! My 3 year old gets excited every Monday after daycare to see how his room looks. They always arrange his stuffed animals in a fun way on his bed and he loves it. I contacted Tahoma Home Care to perform a move in/out deep cleaning. Susie (owner) was very responsive, professional, friendly, and flexible.

On the day of cleaning, Susie and her team showed up on time. They were very efficient and did an amazing job. They came recommended in our community group as were many others but they people were singing their praises so I decided to try. We have don’t work on our house, I had surgery, we adopted a shedding dog, and we were having a party. I was overwhelmed. Susie and her team helped get our house ready to list prior to a big move. She worked with our crazy schedule and did an amazing job (the house sold in less than 48 hours). Additionally, because I was going to be gone prior to photos, but my husband and two teenagers were going to be there for 3 days post-clean, Susie came to do a quick refresh before the photographer to ensure that it was absolutely fresh and ready to go. Susie's team did our post construction clean after our major whole house remodel and they did an AMAZING job. It is literally the cleanest my house has been in 6+ years. I was even contemplating redoing the caulking on our tub because of the construction mess and it was beautiful after they were done with it. The fridge was also in rough shape after being unplugged and shut for three months and it was spotless when they wrapped up. I can't wait for our follow up clean.
