By-the-way I have Cerebral Palsy on my left side. He continues to laugh, taunt, wave at me. I'm looking out my window of the last 17 years. I don't know who this young guy is to the company, He is a total embarrassment for your company.

They took down a ginormous tree and ground the stump in about an hour and a half. These guys are the special ops of tree removal, truly a focused well oiled machine. They left the yard clean and followed safety protocols. And for a great price, they were the lowest out a few quotes.

The guys did a fantastic job pruning 4 trees in our yard. The workers were very professional and nice to deal with. Highly recommend P’n’D tree services and would definitely hire them again.

We had a tree fall on our house during a windstorm. Chris was able to come out within a few minutes after calling into the office. He was able to have his crew come out within an hour and use a crane to lift the tree off of the house. Can’t say enough about the quick response and professional work during our time of need. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We live in Puyallup and contracted P’n’D Logging and Tree Service to remove a 50-foot Ponderosa Pine with a split/twin trunk.

The tree was in a corner of our backyard, within a few feet of the fence with a neighboring home within 30 feet and established plants on both sides of the tree. I fully expected some plant damage considering the proximity of the plants.

P’n’D was responsive from the git-go in mid-August; I had an on-site quote within a week; the price met my expectations for the tree removal and hauling away all the wood and brush.

The crew arrived on time on the September 15th and got right down to business. The crew boss scaled the tree with deft and agility, making short work of the tree. Every branch was tied off and surgically removed and lowered avoiding the fence and surrounding plants. When the 2 trunks were topped, it was done with extreme precision with a controlled fall, again avoiding any damage to the fence and in the end, we had very minimal damage to the surrounding plants. It was amazing considering the plants were within feet of the tree.

The crew was very efficient in all regards and well managed. The tree was completely down and most of the crew left in about 2 hours leaving 2 or 3 crew members to finish cleaning up the area and checking the neighbor’s property and removing any debris that landed in their yards.

I would absolutely recommend P’n’D Logging and Tree Service for tree removal, and I will use them again if I need to take down another tree.

I submitted an online bid to multiple companies for tree stump grinding and the folks over and P'n'D reached out promptly to schedule a free estimate. Chris arrived on Monday and walked around the property noting the details and scope of the project. Within 15 minutes I had a quote in hand for ~18 stumps of various size for a very reasonable price with him thinking they could begin work in about 5 - 10 business days AFTER I followed up with them and confirmed the job. On Thursday we reached out to the office to book the job and lucky enough they had availability the very next morning.

Forward to this morning and the technician arrived on time at the house and immediately walked the property to identify the trees stumps and he got right to work. We chose to leave the ground stumped material in place to level out some pretty uneven area. After all of the trees were ground down the tech came back with his gas blower and cleaned up any loose material that was blown onto the drive way. If you are looking for fast honest work without any of the hassle P'n'D is your go to place. We will be using them in the future.

Came out and gave us a estimate. Called and requested them to come out and they were able to help us the next 2 days. Trees fell after windstorm and after they came and cleaned it all up its looking so much better. Professional and great to work with. Recommend to everyone.

Hands down one of the nicest and most professional companies I've used. I had two massive trees directly over two houses. Never felt worried. It was amazing to watch them quickly and confidently remove them.
Customer service is also top-notch.

Nice guys. However--- They cut our huge tree but left a huge mess in our yard. We didn't pay for trunk removal as we had someone to come get it , however didn't expect the huge mess, broken / ruined landscaping that was done in the process, sawdust everywhere and SO many HUGE holes in our yard. A couple holes, sure. But not like 10. They broke 1/3 of our apple tree and it wasn't until we mentioned that we weren't happy about it that they then said "well to make up for it we can cut a couple limbs off a tree nearby." We said fine.

I guess I'm just super curious if $3500 gets you only the trunk cut down with no removal, an injured apple tree, destroyed landscaping, a HUGE mess of sawdust all over our lawn and multiple holes not filled in with dirt but with WOOD chips?? My uncle owns a tree company in another state and he said "this is not the norm." He also said that at times 1-2 holes are left in yard however THE COMPANY fills them in with dirt. Customer can then seed etc. P'N'D left about 10 holes and put sawdust and bark in them further ruining our yard. I now have to shovel out all of the bark they put in our yard as you can see... more work for my family. You can also see how part of our landscaping bricks were removed. Other Tree companies confirm that THEY are responsible to put this back. P'n'd left them and now we need to figure out how to rebuild it. This feels like extremely sloppy work for $3500. I feel this is a turn and burn company trying to see how many trees they can cut a day, vs taking care of clients and leaving things the same or better than when they arrived. Our yard is worse and this is a tough pill to swallow.

**Emailed these folks about this issue and no one ever emailed back. I just can't accept that this is professional. Maybe they are overbooked and clients spending thousands are being overlooked?

These guys are greatly good at this. The price was reasonable and they were quick and clean. This tree was way back behind others but it was no problem for these guys. I will only be calling them for future work.

They were awesome! Quick response time to get a thorough quote(s). Communicated when delayed due to weather and were very prompt. Left the area cleaner than it was before they came. Would definitely recommend them!

Excellent communication, great work ethic, and really great team. Alex and Sasha were great. We had 8 dead trees that needed to come down and they limbed and dropped all 8 quickly and affordably. Great local arborists!

Arboreal Tree Service is outstanding. They did a lot of pruning and cleaning up for us and it looks great! This is a very professional, reliable company with very reasonable costs. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is looking for tree ‘care’ services – this duo’s working ethic is something you rarely come by these days. They put safety and quality first, and all without jeopardizing schedule and budget. They wouldn’t “over” trim anything to generate revenue unless this is what you insist on, they care about their customers and the trees and they both a pleasure to work with.

Honest, reliable and pleasure to work with. Sasha and Alexy were very methodical and did a great job for us that involved several tree pruning. I would definitely recommend them for your tree needs and will be hiring them again!

I'd give more stars if I could. Super nice couple! I had some really large trees around the house with branches hanging over my roof that I wanted to get rid of before it become a problem. Arboreal were really accommodating regarding time. Came out one day in the evening to check out the job, next day I had the estimate, day after that it was all done. They work fast and for a reasonable price too! I would absolutely hire them again. Thank you!

Arboreal was wonderful to work with-- we are really pleased with their work! Pricing was reasonable, honest and their communication and ability to work with us quickly for both a quote and the work was awesome! Additionally, they did additional research for the nuances of our property bordering a protected wetland space and were methodical in execution. Will definitely use them for future tree work!

We had to remove one of the tree. It was great experience. Called them, got quick free estimate with different options. Agreed on specific time/date/service. Exactly at this time they came, cut the tree, removed all debris very quickly and left clean place. Price was exactly as agreed on phone.

This morning Excel Carpet Cleaning came out to our house to clean our 9 rooms of almost 40 year old carpet. They had not been steamed cleaned in a long while, (the last time they were cleaned, it was with a dry carpet cleaner.) After investigating the best method for deep cleaning very dirty carpets, I discovered that hot water extraction or steam cleaning was the best method. I liked that Excel Carpet Cleaning is family owned and that they use environmentally-friendly products. Our technician’s name was Ian. He was very punctual, went right to work and did a great job treating our very stained and well-worn carpet. He is a perfectionist, (which I liked, because I am too.) Their prices are good; they were having a special, 5 carpeted areas cleaned for $249. We paid more because we had 9 rooms to clean and I wanted a few extras services for our dirty carpets. Ian threw in a few freebies as well; (he cleaned the area rug in front of our door, our new carpet on the stairs and used a special carpet scrubber in our workout room.) If you are in the market to get your carpets cleaned, I highly recommend Excel Carpet Cleaning to get the job done.

My tenant neglected to order pet cleaning as a part of carpet cleaning. The owner Mike came out and redid the cleaning himself plus pet cleaning. He only charged me for the difference - pet cleaning - even though this wasn't his fault. Wow! This is what customer service is about. We need more small business owners like Mike who make a honest living and treat customers like their neighbors - like in the old days! I am definitely going to be a repeat customer.
