Mena is such a nice person and has come back before to make sure everything was up to snuff. He had to come out to help resolve some issues from a previous contractor through our home warranty and he willingly helped resolve the issues they left, in addition he's helped replace a broken circuit board, try to solve issues with the dishwasher leaking sporadically, and teaches you how to solve minor problems yourself.

Great service. Highly recommend Mena. He was able to come the same day that I called and fixed everything quickly -even solving a problem with one appliance without charge.

Mena was very communicative and clearly explained to me what the issue with my dryer was. He was prompt and timely and provided additional guidance on how to maintain the lifespan of my dryer. Scheduled an appointment with Be.Tech through our warranty service to fix a washer/dryer that stopped working. We were able to schedule an appointment only two days out after calling initially and Mena showed up early in our repair window. Mena was very professional and had extra parts needed to fix our problem and get our Washer back up and running very quickly. Great company, very professional technician, would definitely recommend!

Mena showed up and repaired my dryer on his first visit, after another company trying unsuccessfully to repair the dryer over a series of 5 visits. He found the problem, had the replacement part on his vehicle, and repaired the dryer on his first visit. That was three weeks ago, and my dryer has been working perfectly since then. He diagnosed and repaired a problem others had attempted to fix for the past three months. His service is A+++, and I give him a 10/10 rating. I am so happy to have found Mena, he is such a nice person, and a great appliance repair technician.

Called Mena in the early afternoon on a Friday because my stove went out and and within a few hours he had arrived with the replacement part in hand. He quickly removed the defective part, installed the new one, and was out of my hair in time for us to make dinner. I'll definitely call him again for my next repair

I had no idea who to call to repair my broken oven glass, I am so happy I found this company and Mena. He came out the same day.I called. He ordered the part and they sent him the wrong one, which caused him to have to make 2 trips.. He was so nice about it and the company kept me informed with text status updates. He quickly identified the defective part on the first diagnosis and kept in touch throughout the parts ordering process and was accommodating when scheduling the follow-up appointment. The repair was done quickly and care was taken to ensure no damage to the kitchen or floor during the repair.

Be Tech has been out a few times to diagnose and fix a few issues with our Speed Queen washing machine under warranty. Mena was great, explained everything and ensured things were working well before leaving.

Mena came out to repair our Speed Queen washing repair. He was very thorough, professional and friendly. He explained everything and fixed the problem.

Mena Habib did a fantastic job fixing my dishwasher that wasn't draining! They are the only appliance repair company I will be calling in the future!!! I had the dishwasher installed last year and the drain line had a kink in it so debris had built up and clogged it. Instead of telling me to call a plumber Mena straightened the drain line and hooked it up to drain into the garbage disposal as should have been done when it was installed! The price was so reasonable too!!
Next time I need an appliance repaired I will be calling Be Tech Appliance Repair and asking if they can send Mena Habib!

I was really impressed with Mena’s professionalism, and technical skills. He came to my door prepared to do the repair on my microwave. He diagnosed, and repaired it quickly, and efficiently.
