Within 2 days Alex, Daniel and Oleg showed up to do the installing of my new heat pumb. Alex went over and above the work it took to get my home warmed up again. Our initial connection with Leo’s Heating and Cooling came from a simple inspection of our HVAC system on a house we were putting on the market. Dmitriy was so good with his communication and quick fixes to that system that we hired him to install a heat pump at our new house. Great experience with Dmitriy and team setting up estimate. Clear communication on the options and outlining the pro/cons of each option. Really fast scheduling to get the furnace installed (especially as the last week had temps in the 20s). Alex and team were lighting quick getting the broken furnace out and the shiny new one in. From no heat to a warm house again was less than 36 hours. Impressive. Would recommended!

I originally contacted Leo's for a second opinion on whether to repair or replace the furnace in our two story home. The estimate to replace was competitive and their reviews were overwhelmingly positive-but we what stood out from our first contact was their excellent communication and their integrated project management tech.

After seamless scheduling, Gunnar was my first in-person contact. His service was timely and efficient, and he generated a thorough electronic estimate that included an full services description and warranty information that we were able to review together during the service call. I had some follow up questions regarding alternative systems, and Dmitriy got right back to me with answers. Once we signed off on the services estimate, Alex and Oleg installed our furnace within days. They arrived early (which was great for me!) and had our new furnace up and running in no time. They installed an upgraded, dual stage, energy efficient unit, and now even the upstairs vents blow warm.

From first contact to final payment, the team at Leo's was top notch. Daniel was awesome with my Furnace repair. Courteous and professional Daniel explained everything and did not take shortcuts. Very highly recommended and I am very happy with Leo's so have enrolled in the membership program for annual maintenance going forward...

We contacted Leo’s Heating and Cooling because our Mitsubishi multi-zone heat pump wasn't defrosting properly (see photo), which was causing the system to struggle and not heat the house the way it should.

Daniel came out and did a thorough diagnostic. He found that one of the defrost sensors had become dislodged, which was preventing the system from managing its defrost cycle correctly. Once he secured the sensor and confirmed everything was operating as designed, the unit returned to normal performance.

They were originally scheduled to come out the day before but had to reschedule due to an earlier job running long. They handled it professionally and waived the service fee, which we appreciated.

Daniel was courteous, knowledgeable, and methodical in his work. Moreover, communication from the team was excellent throughout. We’re very happy with the outcome and would absolutely use Leo’s again for future HVAC service. Highly recommended.
