As others have pointed out, the initial attraction of Leo's is their pricing, which beat the other quote we got by a country mile. But we didn't feel we had to sacrifice professional service for savings. Dmitriy was knowledgeable and patient walking us through our options and was always available when we had questions. He even put us in touch with his insurance rep to help us understand how his labor warranty works. Alex and Mark installed the system in two days and came back quickly to fix a kink that popped up on the first day. It now works great! We also appreciated that Dmitriy identified a hazard with the electrical wiring to the compressor for our existing unit and had his team insulate that free of charge. Altogether, we're happy we went with Leo's and would recommend!
