Robert was able to come out and take care of our aging furnace unit within an week and install a new air conditioning unit. The unit itself is sleek and quiet - and it felt amazing as soon as we turned it on! So glad we can enjoy the summer in our new cooled space. Highly recommend. Thank you R&L!

Pricing is very fair and reasonable—I had two heat pumps installed and my furnace redone, and the process was smooth from start to finish. Robert is a true professional who goes above and beyond to take care of his customers. Didn't show up for shedules appt. We setup a 2nd appt, he came and did not give me a dx report despite paying him fee. Contacted bank to dispute transaction. Do not recommend.

R&L / Robert was able to stop by the same day I called to diagnose my failed furnace / A/C blower motor. He returned the next morning after picking up the needed parts to replace the motor, and my air conditioning was up and running again! (Just in time for the 90 degree days here!). Robert was quick and cordial in his communications, knowledgeable, and very professional throughout the process. Pricing was also quite reasonable. I wouldn’t hesitate calling R&L for HVAC service/repair again.

I was so excited to get to a warm home after 7 months of broken A/C which was messed up by a contractor. Robert was amazing. We had an HVAC air conditioning unit in our commercial building at Jupiter Bar and pinball in Seattle. He was very helpful over the phone trying to help diagnose, and then came right out to fix the issues, even when other companies said they were a week away on scheduling with the heat wave. So thankful we found him! Will be a forever customer

They charged me for permit and inspection but never applied. They are not responding to my calls or text, how will they ever help with warranty claims? Stay away and choose a reputable and long time installer instead

Edit: They reached out to me today and agreed to schedule the inspection. I will update the review once the inspection is complete

Edit2: They resolved it quickly this week. Sent me the permits as well as inspection. That said, the installation was clean and I am happy with everything so I’m going to bump up the ratings

Hired this outfit for our minisplit installation and they did a great job. They were knowledgeable and easy to talk with during the estimate process. All said and done, they had a ln agreeable all-upfront price for the system, they clearly outlined the work to be done and hardware used, they did the job 100%, and with after-install follow-up - I'm very happy I went this team.

These guys do their best to install and care for your HVAV needs and don't try to upsell as much as many other companies. You may need ro clean up the areas they worked or accessed but it is something you can clean up. They seem to care seriously about how their customers think of their work. Thanks

These guys are amazing! Having used other companies, these guys are awesome. Scheduling was super easy and fast. They arrived promptly first thing in the morning. Alex had our a/c up and running in about :15 minutes. He took the time to explain what had gone wrong and even leveled out our a/c unit while he was here. Pricing was very fair. I can't say enough good things. Just call them. I will the next time I need service.

Leo’s is the best heating and cooling company I have dealt with. They were fair and honest and gave me the best deal for the older system that I have. They did not try to upsell me but gave me the best solution for my problems. Alex and his crew came out to install a heatpump at my home. They kept the place clean and cummunicated everything they were doing. The entire install went really smoothly.
