Black line Heting calling air-conditioning company they install furnace for me with a wireless thermostat. I’m not happy as that time I told him to change the wire but the technician he said everything work OK and they left the house then I called the company when before Christmas, the furnace stopped working because of the wireless and I called the heating company that is for a black line heating company. This company is the worst company. I never see. I never heard please don’t use this company. This is the worst company again bad customer service bad technician bad management. They don’t respond so please don’t use it other customer for this company.

Excellent Company....EarthHeat took their time to speak with me about our problem over months, and never made me feel that I was a nuisance. And when we figured out what the problem was, EarthHeat did an excellent job of fixing it. Our issue was water pressure. Timm came and fixed it in almost record time.

We have had a run of Bad Luck with so called experts trying to deal with our Boiler system and a Tekmar issue from Heck. EarthHeat saved the day. Very knowledgeable, fast and efficient install f new equipment, wish we had found them sooner!

We had a Geothermal System installed by EarthHeat a little over 2 years ago. We were interested in reducing our power useage and adding Air Conditioning to our house. The system has worked very well. Comparing to the previous 3 years, and subtracting out the normal baseload (lights, stove etc) - Our annual heating costs have dropped from an average total of 1150$ (12.5MWh) annually to about 500$ (4.4MWh) annually.
Our Winter bills routinely topped 350$ a month, now they rarely hit 180$
We run the house at least 5 degrees warmer because it's almost free. We now leave the system on year round so we always have heat. We used to wait as long as possible to fire up the old forced air system. We don't need to use the woodstove on really cold days anymore.
Plus, the Air conditioning is basically free to run. Costs a couple dollars a month when needed.

After having 5 different places come out and give quotes for Geothermal (or try and sell us something else), we went with EarthHeat for the project. Gerard was very knowledgeable he walked us through all the benefits and draw backs of all the options we had and made a system recommendation based on what we were trying to achieve. We ended up going with a Waterfurnace NSW060 heat pump, the crew at EarthHeat did the whole job and we also had them re-pipe the current pvc that was in the boiler room with copper pipe. From start to finish we were super glad that we went with them, everyone was nice, and went out of their way to make sure it was done right and answered any questions or concerns we had. We’ll be calling them for anything we need pluming wise going forward. Anyone that has propane heat should call EarthHeat for a Geothermal system. We’re seeing around a 72% savings on our heating bill each month, since converting over from propane to Geothermal. And that’s even during the almost month of snow & freezing temperatures.

EarthHeat installed my Lochinvar Combi Boiler and air handler to replace languishing Lennox furnace and water heater. Been a great improvement as it heats domestic hot water and our home consistently and economically. Gerard Maloney is an experienced plumber and great to work with - and kudos to the EarthHeat team!

We had EarthHeat put in a geothermal heat pump system as well as a new water heater with a desuperheater (which uses the heating system to pre-warm the water in the water heater). All of the folks at EarthHeat and their subcontractors (drillers, etc) were very professional and easy to deal with. The whole (large) project did have a few hiccups here and there but nothing major and all were handled swiftly and honestly. We would recommend Gerard and EarthHeat to anyone. And we love our new heating system!!

EarthHeat installed a Spectrum Manufacturing geothermal heat pump system to heat my new workshop and house. I installed the PEX tubing in the slabs, EarthHeat installed the ground loop, heat pump, and all of the piping, pumps, and manifolds. EarthHeat recommended the Spectrum HP. I am very pleased with the designed and manufactured in the USA ( WA. state) Spectrum. EarthHeat did a beautiful job installing the copper piping, pumps, storage tank, etc. The layout and workmanship of the piping is flawless. I enjoyed working with all of the EarthHeat personnel. Highly recommend.

I feel terrible for not posting this review sooner...

Our family recently purchased our first home on the other side of the valley. It is a fairly new home, and was equipped with a geothermal radiant heating system. Being a heating-only system, we would typically have it off during late spring through mid fall. Around the third year into owning this new home/system, we turned it on and the heat did not start. I tried looking at the system, but was completely unfamiliar with how it works and needed help.

I tried calling a ton of different companies (HVAC related but those that mentioned they work on radiant/geo systems). Many did not respond, some responded but said they were not familiar with the system. Others came out and looked but could not help. I finally found a company (a large NW company that said they do radiant geothermal systems) that would come out and thought they could fix it. They spent quite a bit of time diagnosing the issue, finally figuring out that a small control board had burnt out (they showed me the small black box that had slightly melted from a connection causing it to fail). To be fair, this company and the technician tried very hard to fix it over the course of a few weeks. They let me know the company that built the unit was no longer in business, so they could not find a new OEM board. So, they tried ordering a ton of "generic" boards, waited for them to come in, and then attempted to install them. After several tries, neither ended up working (meanwhile, I paid for each attempt). As it was beginning to get colder, I needed something figured out. They ended up, in the end, quoting me to replace the entire heating unit. The estimate was in the vicinity of 17k.

This was a very tough pill to swallow (especially since this was a small burnt connection), but I was prepared to move forward to get the home warmed up again. I was also researching ways or electricians that may be able to "rebuild" the small board that had burnt out (this was harder than I thought). Then, on my way home from work on 203, I noticed the sign for EarthHeat in Duvall. This seemed perfect, and I was unsure how I missed them when searching online for help. I called, as a last ditch effort, and they had a technician out right away.

The tech arrived, looked at it and said "Yep, no problem I can have this fixed shortly". He ordered a new board which he knew would work, it was in within a day or so, and the Tech was back out to put it in. Took him less than 20 min to install it. He even grabbed my hose and topped off the system (Letting me it was a little low). Turned the heat on and it fired right up. Total cost, less than $300.

I cannot express my gratitude for the expertise and help EarthHeat provided me. Literally saved me 17 THOUSAND DOLLARS. I am so glad I noticed this sign and company.

Its been several years since this fix and my system is still running great with no issues. I will definitely call them in the future, indefinitely. I cannot recommend them enough if you have a geothermal radiant system. Thank you so much!

These guys installed the in floor heating system in my house. 10 months later is started making a funny noise. I called the owner and he said the pump just needed to be reset. I unplugged it and reset it and the noise went away for about 2 months, which was all the time he needed for the pump to be out of warranty. Because when the noise returned and I called him to come out and diagnose it he immediately walked in and said the pump was no good and needed to be replaced. When I pointed out that he had installed the original and diagnosed the same issue 2 months ago he shrugged. When I pointed out that Washington State law requires him to warranty his work for 2 years, he sent me a $400 bill for a service call. Do not trust these people!! If I could give one start I would

We recently bought a house that someone had started a radiant heat flooring project in. The EarthHeat team came out. They tested the worked cleaned everything up. They put in the heat pump and all the thermostats. The work was very neat, done early, and they followed up testing the system.

During the work they also made recommendations on how to set up different parts of it. I really appreciated their insight. I highly recommend them.
