Reviews of local pros in Monroe, Washington

Edwin was great, we would highly recommend him. We had a large, semi-complicated yard grading project, including a long retaining well. As other reviewers have described, Edwin and his crew did great work at a lower cost than other bids we got. Edwin was easy to communicate with, and anytime there needed to be a change or an issue came up with the project, he clearly let us know what was going on. Any changes that needed to happen were reasonable and made complete sense to us. He was also accommodating of a few small changes we requested once we saw how things were turning out as the project went along. He and his crew were friendly, did professional and careful work, and cleaned up well. They put in long days to get a big project done efficiently. We highly recommend them.

Edwin and his team did an amazing job and finished well ahead of schedule. They are super knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, and I cannot recommend them enough!

Edwin and his team were phenomenal. They were very respectful of the property, and my family as they worked around us. My project was finished within the time frame we originally spoke about. Edwin was so easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions. He also made sure to communicate with me if anything came up that he wanted to have my approval on. Sometimes small changes need to be made, as the project progresses and he didn’t move forward until he double checked with me. That was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend giving them a call for your projects. I can’t wait to do my front yard next.

I have been struggling to find help fixing a leveling issue from the previous people I hired. I had all grass taken and filled my yard with gravel and pavers on top.
It was so poorly done :( .
For the last year I have been reaching out for quotes, and, out of 7 businesses, only one replied within 2 days: Natural Scenery.
It was effortless to get in contact, and to get they told me all they would do to fix the problem. They worked with me to re-use materials I didn’t want to go to waste (or pay for again); they also helped fox the mistakes the other people had done.
My yard looks wonderful! I can actually use my yard!! And it looks beautiful!!
I couldn’t have asked for a better team. I actually enjoyed watching them work - they were happy! That filled my heart.
Thanks Edwin and team for all the work on extremely hot weather and the maintained attitude. Love the work, love the price, love my yard.

Edwin is true to his word when it comes to delivering his expectations and also at an affordable price. He has cared for my bare lawn with weed infestation and was able to make it into a evenly layered basic lawn. I look forward to relying on his services again in the future.

I am absolutely thrilled with the work done by Edwin and his team! They transformed my yard into something beautiful, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The makeover was exactly what I envisioned, and their dedication to making sure everything was perfect really stood out. From the meticulous planning to the attention to every little detail, it’s clear they truly care about their craft. Highly recommend for anyone looking to elevate their outdoor space!

Edwin and his crew did an excellent job of building a retaining wall and gravel pad (11' x 15') for my future shed. The crew was very professional and hard working. It had snowed the night before they were supposed to start the job, but that did not prevent them from completing the job in 4 days. I would highly recommend them.

Natural Scenery did a phenomenal job with our backyard. Edwin and his team delivered a quality job for a fair price. Working with Edwin I really appreciated his transparency and attention to detail. We spent a week choosing pavers and going over pros and cons of the different options we were interested in. The estimates he gave were transparent and he documented in great detail how the work will be done and how he arrived at his price. Overall we're very happy with the work that was done and that we have a 5 year warranty

Edwin and his team came through for me in a big way, tackling a big project on short notice. They were extremely communicative and professional throughout. I would highly recommend their services and will be hiring them again in the future!

We wanted our old existing patio demoed and redone. We also wanted to add a play area for our daughter and expand our existing fire pit area. Natural scenery came out quickly to give us a quote and started the job right away. They finished in record time and even went above and beyond to rake up all the leaves in our yard. Edwin is great to work with and pricing is reasonable. 10/10 would recommend them.

Natural scenery LLC was recommended by our neighbors who used them for landscaping and fence installation. I am so glad we went with them! Edwin and his team did excellent work, were efficient, and always tidied up. They removed, graded and installed sod to our yard and created a fence. Edwin was responsive and great at communicating. I would highly recommend and use them in the future.

Edwin and his crew are very professional and do very detailed work. I have had them put borders/pavers around my grass, weed barrier work, planting, lay gravel for a long driveway, Tree border work, and general cleanup. Fair pricing and good crew.

Edwin & his team did a great job on our yard. It needed a lot of TLC & they fixed it up in less than 6 hours. His team is very kind & hardworking! Edwin is extremely communicative & personable and he had a vision on how to improve the yard from the moment he stepped foot on our property. I’m glad we did business with them 😀

We had Edwin and his team complete a patio project with stunning results! We were very happy with the high level of services provided. Edwin was able to understand our vision and bring it to fruition. We feel lucky that we hired the right company and won't hesitate to use them for future projects!

I had Edwin and his crew come out to do a lot of work on my place in Baring. They went above and beyond and did an amazing job. I had a hard time just finding someone to come out, but they were responsive and flexible and easy to work with and on top of that probably did the best job they could’ve. Exceeded my expectations. They transformed my yard to a point that I barely recognized it, but in a good way. Highly recommend and I will be calling them again!

Natural Scenery is nothing but top notch. The quality of work was better than I could have even imagined. Edwin communicated very well and fixed any issues or concerns I brought up promptly. You can't go wrong with hiring Edwin and his team.

Edwin for the win! We contacted four different landscape companies for our backyard sloping edge the blackberries had taken over. Two of them saw it and got flustered with the amount of work required. They never sent a quote. One didn't reply. Edwin responded quickly to emails, came and gave a quote with an exact dollar amount the very next day. He sent a contract that was chatGPT approved:) He was great about answering all the questions we had before we signed it. Four days later, we have a clean, new backyard edge with a nice retaining wall and some space to plant flowers. His team was efficient and did a great job with setup and clean up.Their professionalism and experience speaks volumes and their quote was on point. Highly recommend and will definitely be using their services again.

They did an excellent job. We had a unique situation and weren’t completely sure what we needed, but Edwin was extremely helpful in figuring out what we needed, and him and his team were extremely effective in quickly getting the job done. They’ll be the first company I contact for my next landscaping needs. Highly recommended!

Edwyn and crew did an amazing landscape for my backyard and they worked very diligently to complete the job. Customer service and communication was smooth and well worth the price. This winter is going to be so much better without the proper drainage and no mud. I definitely recommend them if you’re looking for stone scraping, sod, drainage pavers etc.
Beautiful job!!

Look for yourself how Edwin transformed my backyard. All happened in 4days!

I called him in for a yard makeover, Edwin with his abundant experience was quickly and confidently able to give me a bunch of options. He promptly suggested alterations and ended up delivering “more than expected” results.

Edwin and his team went above and beyond to purchase install best quality items and was very flexible with my project needs. None of my family and friends are able to believe the actual price I paid!

I am so glad that I picked Natural Scenery Landscaping for the yard makeover!

Edwin and his team came highly recommended, and we are extremely grateful to have worked with such a knowledgeable, talented, and fair professional on our ambitious backyard project. After researching and getting a second opinion, Edwin advised against resurfacing our large exposed aggregate patio, explaining it would not hold up long term. Instead, he encouraged us to reimagine the space without it—guidance that ultimately helped us achieve the backyard of our dreams.
Edwin and his crew carefully removed the existing patio, working around our septic system, and then designed and built a beautiful new space featuring a smaller stone patio, fire pit, and bluestone walkways. His team consistently went above and beyond, proactively replacing sod damaged by a major rainstorm and correcting a flawed bluestone paver before we even raised concerns. When we made a last-minute decision to relocate a playground, Edwin handled the move, removed the pea gravel, and restored the area with soil and sod. Throughout the project, he kept us involved and informed, ensuring we were satisfied with every detail. The project concluded with careful grading, fresh soil, and hydroseeding, leaving our yard polished and complete. We highly recommend Edwin and his team and will definitely be reaching out to them for any future projects.
