Spencer cleaned my roof and my gutters, treated the moss on my roof, and even unclogged my in-ground downspouts. He meticulously cleaned up after himself in such a way that my yard and deck where cleaner after he came than before. He was professional and very hard working. His price was more than fair. I will be calling on him again. Thanks, Spencer!!

I had NW pro wash come out to my home today to do a roof clean, moss removal, and gutter cleaning. They were very professional. They were able to schedule me within the week. Showed up on time. Walked me through everything they were doing before they did it and explained why they use the tools they use and the chemicals they used. They were super thorough. Everything was cleaned before they left. I was very happy with the services provided and the price. I will definitely be contacting them again for ongoing roof cleaning.

Had a great experience working with Spencer who did a very thorough clean of our roof and even helped trimmed some branches too close to the roof. He also sent me pictures before and after so I can see the quality of his work. High recommend!

Spencer came out on short notice and took care of our roofs and clogged gutters on a miserable rainy day. While he was here he also cleaned our solar panels without using any toxic chemicals. He cleaned up after himself and his price was fair. I will use him again without hesitation.

I am so happy with specifically Gerardo's professionalism and good work! I spoke to different companies but it was Gerardo that seemed to want the customer to be informed the most. He explained the process in detail. I used to flip houses so I know what to listen for. Gerardo explained everything and did all he said he would do. I appreciate the before and after pics too. Highly recommend this company for roof cleaning. Spencer is highly experienced and knows his craft inside and out. Thoroughly brushed, blew off with air, and softwashed our difficult 3 story cedar shake roof which is steep in places, and cleaned our gutters too. He's the only contractor in our area I could find that uses the right chemical for cedar - sodium percarbonate instead of bleach (sodium hypochlorite) which almost everyone else uses. Much less risk of damaging and drying out the cedar shakes.

Spencer did a phenomenal spring cleaning for us — he washed our solar panels (they look brand new!), cleaned gutters, removed moss from the roof, and applied eco-friendly moss preventer. I appreciated his attention to detail, as he made sure to clean up moss and gutter debris from the house perimeter that had fallen off the roof during cleaning. Will 100% hire Spencer again in the future.

We absolutely had a GREAT experience with Spencer! We needed to have moss removed from our roof, and mildew washed from our siding. Our house was looking pretty neglected and Spencer showed up and made our house GLOW ! He went above and beyond by cleaning up and cutting down some tree branches along our house. I wish I took some “before” pictures, but believe me, it’s shining now! Would definitely recommend and would call again in a heartbeat!
