The whole service was great! Easy to make an appointment through texting. The technician was polite and on time. Did a great job on the carpets! They look brand new! I have multiple pets and two small kids so it was quite an endeavor to clean the carpets and lift all the stains but it was done easily! Only a few spots they were unable to get out (but you can barely tell they are there now). Applied deodorizer and stain guard so everything will smell fresh and clean easily!

This would be my first time using Alpine. But after reading their google reviews I decided to give the company a try and have them carpet clean the entire house. I was not disappointed. For example, there was a wine stain on the carpet that other cleaning -companies had tried to remove but to no avail. I had all but given up on it. To my astonishment, Nico got it out. Not wanting to get my hopes up too high, I waited several days to see if the stain might wick back up. It didn't. On that accomplishment alone, I would have given Alpine 5 stars. Needless to say, Nico did an absolutely outstanding job. He obviously takes great pride in his work. And it shows.

Great experience dealing with Alpine Specialty Services. They did a super job taken out some tough urine stains on our expensive area rug (9x13) done from our new dog we got over 6 months ago. My wife are very happy with the results and highly recommend Alpine Specialty Services due to their excellent technicians and reasonable rates they offer.

From my first phone call to my report of the finished product I was pleased with this company. They got our cleaning on the schedule within the week, they communicate with text/calls when they schedule and arrive. I was prepared with information that made it efficient to begin project on arrival and the report had photos which I appreciated most!

They did a good job. The tech. we had really cared about clients and their homes. He cared about the quality of his work. House in general felt cleaner when they were done, which is obviously the goal. I would use them again, especially if I could get a punch card or something. Thank you Alpine!

Carpet and Tile. We had an amazing experience with Alpine. Our Specialist Isiah took so much pride in his work and it shows!! Isiah was respectful of our home and furnishings, his equipment was pristine, and he wore heavy duty protective booties after cleaning. The results are almost supernatural!! From the initial phone call to Specialist Isiah and his van leaving our driveway, this was a great experience in quality service and workmanship.

Enrique did an amazing cleaning job on my carpets. He kept at it until the stains were gone, and went back over a small area at my request. Jake did an equally amazing job with my 8’x11’ wool area rug. I always use Alpine because they’re the best!

I found Alpine schedulers and technicians to be professional, punctual, communicative, and efficient. They picked up, cleaned and delivered our area rugs in one week, and the rugs were vastly improved. The air duct cleaning service was thorough and the technician was friendly, communicative and knowledgeable. He worked efficiently and we decided to have him clean the bathroom vents (for $25 per vent) as an add on, which turned out to be an excellent idea.

Full ducts and dryer vent cleaning. "Very impressed". Jacob, the technician arrived right on time, was courteous, and took the time to explain the process and show me before and after photos of the job. The work was thorough, the price was fair with no hidden upsells, and he left the work area spotless. They're honest about future maintenance needs too. A truly 5-star experience!

Carpet clean service got the cat pee out of the floor. Operator was very nice and explained what chemicals he was going to use and why. The scheduler was very responsive and easy to chat with. They checked in my request and promptly corrected a small typo.

The service technicians Anthony and co-worker arrived spot on time. They fully explained the process of cleaning the ducts. I watched them work and they were very efficient at what they were doing. They finished in about an hour and a half. I would recommend them fully for the duck cleaning process. I am very satisfied with alpine and am looking forward to have them clean my furniture next. Alpine communicated well in advance of the technician arriving – including texts with his ETA and photo! Once we met Oliver, we could tell we were in good hands. He’s very professional and detail oriented - Plus, he was just a nice guy! You are very patient and allowed me time to move some additional small items out of his way before he began cleaning in each room. We would definitely recommend Alpine and Oliver to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned!

I called Alpine Specialty Services after my elderly cat staged what can only be described as a crime scene tour (IYKYK) through a house we’re about to move out of. I filled out the quote form Tuesday around 6:30 PM and immediately got a friendly text letting me know they were closed for the evening but would follow up in the morning. And they actually did—right on time.

By 2:30 PM Wednesday, Jesus was at my door assessing the damage like a true professional (and possibly a miracle worker, given the situation). He explained everything clearly, treated the worst areas that same day, and got the house back to “human-habitable” instead of “apology candle on every surface.”

The best part? This was just step one. They’re coming back in two weeks to do a full house carpet cleaning for our move-out so everything will be truly reset and ready for the next chapter.

The result already? The house smells better now than it did before the cat went rogue. I didn’t think that was scientifically possible.

We were quoted a competitive price for the specific scope of work we wanted, plus some options we hadn’t considered. After that, we agreed and our job was scheduled. On the day appointed, our technician Jesus notified us of his expected arrival. He arrived on schedule, confirming the details of the job, and confirmed the work and estimated completion. Jesus proved to be knowledgeable, skilled and professional in his work. He was transparent with his work and thorough. He made sure we were happy with the work before he left the job site. We couldn’t be more pleased with Aline, we highly recommend.

Elizabeth did a fantastic job on cleaning carpets sofa and area rug. She is knowledgeable professional efficient and provides great customer service. A valuable asset for direct customer oriented business. Her after action report educated us on what she observed on our carpet conditions (accurate with how we live) and advised best practice going forward. Prices at alpine are comparable with others in our area and we were happy to support a locally owned company. Thank you will recommend to others.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Alpine. After one of our cats was diagnosed with ringworm, we needed a deep clean of all of our carpets and upholstery. They were able to come out less than 24 hours and did an extremely thorough cleaning job. Caleb was so accommodating and professional. We wish we had had our carpets cleaned long ago before we absolutely had to! Highly recommend.

The nice young fellow did a very efficient job of cleaning my ducts. He was very courteous and did a great job. I thought the price was a bit high as I am on a tight budget but I felt it was needed. I’m glad it’s done.

Kristian Beck cleaned our carpet. It had not been cleaned since we lived in that house, so 11 years. And we always had dogs. He did such a great job. It did not imagine it would ever bee as clean as it was when he was finished. He was very courteous and professional as well.

Technicians Elijah Chapman and Gaelen Augustus were polite, patient and customer focused. The work they did power washing our patio, porch steps, driveway, walkway and sidewalk and their attention to detail and customer satisfaction was excellent. We had air duct and dryer vent cleaning. Anthony is my technician and he is super friendly and enthusiastic about helping his clients. He throughly explained the process and addressed all my questions and concerns in detail before he started his work. He also put down protective blankets to avoid damage to drywall and hardwood floor. He even took off his shoes upon entering. He cleaned up everything after cleaning, the house is as clean as it was.
