Spencer was on time, professional, and did excellent work. His pricing is fair and working with him is a pleasure. Our roof is clean and ready for this fall/winter season. Highly recommend him for any of your roof maintenance, solar panel cleaning, or Christmas light hanging needs. Best of PNW for sure!

For the record, the service was performed acceptably. As agreed. The issues are around pricing.

I called for a quote, and got something like $280. Upon arrival, they said that actually because of the size of my house it was going to be 450$. I assumed they were operating in good faith and complied.

Next time I needed gutters cleaned, I got a quote from a local competitor at 240$ all in. They came and honored the quote without even a word about the size of the job.

If that’s their price so be it, they’re entitled to pick their jobs and name their price. But in hindsight the price bait and switch feels extremely grimey, and unprofessional.

I will be avoiding them for all future work, as they demonstrated that they are not necessarily operating in good faith.

Jonah can and cleaned the moss off my roof and did an excellent job. Top notch service. He was referred to me by two of my neighbors who used him. Bristle brushed the roof and treated it after. They are truly professionals. I plan on using them again to annually treat my roof.

Jonah inspected our roof than asked great questions to get a thorough understanding of our needs & expectations. He then outlined the step-by-step procedures that would be done to clean off - DRY BRUSHED - the roof of moss & explained the benefits of a dry or wet wash preventative treatment. We opted for a wet wash treatment. He explained their companies' goals & reasoning for their cleaning methods & explained how other more aggressive methods may damage the roof. Throughout the process we were updated with photos of their progress & general roof condition. Deck & drives where blow clean of all debris.

So happy to have given our support to a local small business.

I decided to hire Northwest Prowash after my regular roof cleaning company did not respond to my request for service. Benjamin explained my options clearly and scheduled the work. I decided to go with the moss removal, chemical treatment and gutter cleaning. Spencer came promptly on the day of appointment. He spent over 3 hours cleaning my roof and gutters. Since I share a roof with my neighbor, I had to warn him not to go over the neighbor’s side as they’ve complained before when my contractor “trespassed” onto their property. My neighbor was impressed with his cleaning and did not complain. He cleaned up all the debris and even collected some of the broken branches in my yard. I also asked him to take photos of the roof so I can inspect his work. He obliged and explained to me what he did. Excellent communication, great execution and reasonable charge for services.

Spencer and Jonah are awesome! I would highly recommend them. They explained to me the process to clean my roofs throughly and did a great job. I will definitely be using them again.

I had a good experience with this company cleaning the roof and providing moss treatment to 2 of my properties in Edmonds, WA. Communication was quick and responsive with Jonah. Would recommend!

Spencer was easy to schedule with and arrived promptly for our roof cleaning appointment. He cleaned our roof, removed the moss, and cleaned the gutters. He was very friendly, professional and detailed in his work. It definitely shows in his work that he took the time to fully clean our roof and we can tell that it was not a rushed job. We highly recommend him to anyone else looking to get their roof done.

Alpine is the best. If I can give them more than 5 stars I would. I just had our carpets cleaned today by Caleb. Does excellent work. I used Alpine a few months ago in August for our rental property and had pressure washing done also with Caleb. We also had the heat ducts cleaned and Aaron did an excellent job. I will stick with Alpine and highly recommend them. Keep up the great 5-stars service!!!!!

We had Alpine out to clean our vents and opted for the HVAC sanitize treatment, too, since one of our kiddos has allergies. Our service person Jacob arrived right at the start of the time window, and was polite and professional. He kept me up on what he was doing through each step, and our house feels super clean now! It was great to do this after a renovation project. We will definitely use them again.

It’s my first time to do a carpet cleaning since got this house year 2020. I looked for so many options but I did wanted Alpine carpet cleaning first. The receptionist name Alyssa helped me booked right away and told me it’ll be 2nd or 3rd week or October since 5 days ago I called. She told me whenever someone cancelled she’ll call me back. Talki my to her first time on the phone and even today is such a ray of light as well as the tech Elizabeth. Alyssa was very accommodating and do really has an excellent service and knows how to take care of their customer. She also gave me a good and reasonable price with a great quality of service cleaning flat rate of $399 with 5 areas, masters bedroom, other room, my sons room, bonus room, living room and 2 stairs.
On the other hand, Elizabeth, their gorgeous and lovely tech is so amazing as well. She does an excellent job doing the carpet cleaning. She is very professional as well as Alyssa. Very thorough with her job and is knowledgeable. The skills she has for doing this job is a top notch and extra ordinary. She does a very good carpet cleaning . Now my carpet looks brand new 😊, clean and sanitized. Thank you so much again Alyssa and Elizabeth and Alpine carpet cleaning. Probably the best service we have received in the 40 plus years we have lived in our house. Jacob was very conscientious and thorough. He explained every step of the process during the service. Very polite and engaging. I was impressed with his work ethic and expertise. All things considered this was a very positive experience with an obviously dedicated capable employee.
