Joe and his assistant did a steam-only carpet cleaning for us today as I am sensitive to scents and VOCs. Joe was very helpful when he came out in advance to see what we needed and he went beyond expectations by doing some extras we didn’t expect. He was punctual and finished on schedule. The results were excellent and we look forward to seeing him next time!

Miracles Workers managed a miracle squeezing us in for whole house cleaning prior to putting it up for sale (the photos appt moved up several days, and I was on crutches). Thank you!! Chianna was a pro, thoughtful and dedicated throughout. She did an excellent job and ensured good communication throughout on expectations. Highly recommend for any job large or small~ everyone was personable, responsive and meticulous.

We had a great team come and deep clean our house before we left on vacation. They were very polite and worked around us (we work from home), but were also thorough and fast. We'll definitely have them come back for regular cleanings. Very happy with their work!

Excellent job, we have a small 1,200 sq ft town house that needed to have the carpets cleaned. Joe, with Miracle Workers, showed with a High-Tech van straight out of Star Wars. It looked like a home generator system, but it was the carpet cleaner. The machine heats up the water and when he was finished it looked clean, felt clean, and smelt clean. He was done in 1.5 hours and I was very pleased. Good Job!

Joe did an awesome job! I highly recommend! My house smells amazing! Joe was friendly, fast, and super respectful to moving and putting back things or furniture that were on the carpet and he moved to clean the area. He didn’t have to do that but he did, to make sure everywhere in my house the carpet was cleaned. It shows and smells like it! Thank you, Joe!

First-rate service, the house looked and smelled sublime! ToniAnn was so helpful and informative, not to mention the truly enjoyable communication. She worked with me on scheduling, as we were moving out and needed it clean within a specific time frame. It was also extremely convenient that they have a carpet cleaning service. Their pricing is very fair, I looked around a lot and appreciated their flat rate rather than hourly.

AMAZING!! I just had my first cleaning with Miracle Workers Cleaning Service and they have made a customer for life! Not only was the cleaning by Chianna and Jasmin so squeaky clean I could dine on the floor but everyone I have spoken to over the phone has been so helpful! Miracle Workers Cleaning did a great job for us! We needed our carpets cleaned through the entire house and they were very fast. It took about 2 hours start to finish. When I say wow! I mean, wow! Karen did such an amazing job cleaning our house. This was our first time getting our house cleaned and we just didn’t know what to expect. Had these guys clean and detail my Jeep and they absolutely crushed it. Car looks cleaner than it did coming off the lot. Will definitely be referring friends and family here for auto detailing and other professional cleaning services.

Holly meticulously did a deep clean in our home. You could definitely see the difference once she was finished. The windows and granite counters were shiny. And all the little overlooked corners free of dust and dirt. The upholstery and carpets were all vacuumed beautifully. While this was a deep clean so more time consuming, I can see the benefit of doing it at least once a year. I would highly recommend this service.

Kayla did an amazing job at cleaning my huge window and blinds, as well as my fridge! I have a baby due by this Christmas and this took a huge weight off my shoulders. As well as Joe, he did an outstanding job on my carpets it smells and looks amazing! EDIT: upgraded from 2 to 4 stars. After my review, I received a phone call from Toni Ann (I hope I'm spelling that right) who apologized for my experience. She told me that Miracle Workers guarantees their work. Had I reached out at the time of the clean itself (I didn't, and that's on me), they could have returned to clean the missed areas, but since it has been several weeks, they offered me a partial refund, which I really appreciated. I will consider using them for cleaning services again in the future, as they do seem to care about their customer relationships. She also told me the name of the woman who did an excellent job was Lesandra--so compliments to her.

This one was a bummer.

We needed a move-in/deep clean of our new home. The home isn't small, and we were quoted about $700 by Miracle Workers, which was about $150 more than another local company but the reviews were so glowing, and the people on the phone so lovely to communicate with, that we decided to pay more for Miracle Workers and I thought we'd get a fantastic move-in deep clean of our home and save ourselves some time.

Come to the day of the clean. I noticed that rooms/appliances that had apparently already been cleaned still appeared quite dirty (not even with tough stains, just things that needed to be wiped down or maybe needed a gentle scrubbing). One of the women who was there seemed to be sitting and cleaning the same spot for a while, but when I looked at the spot afterward, it appeared to have barely been touched? It was very odd. The house was not particularly disgusting, either--the people who lived there previously seemed to have been fairly clean people (which the crew commented on as well).

Later in the day I touched base with another woman there, who was friendly, professional, and clearly working hard--and she noticed, as I did, that some of the areas needed to be re-cleaned. I believe she tried to make up for the lack of cleaning done by some of her co-workers, but the job was too big for one person to do themselves.

As such, weeks later, I'm still finding areas in need of deep cleaning that were neglected by the crew.

Likely would have been fine if we had just paid for a routine clean, but we paid for a deep clean and ultimately, I wish we had just done it ourselves and saved the money.

Fantastic communication and our home was immaculate after their team came and cleaned. Very kind and flexible team. Highly recommend!

I am beyond happy with the cleaning service I received today! Chianna and Lesandra did an incredible job — every detail was taken care of, and the house looks spotless.

With two dogs in the house, it’s been a real challenge keeping up with the fur they shed and the dirt they track in. Add to that the fact that we haven’t done a deep cleaning since we moved in, and it was starting to feel overwhelming. My partner and I aren’t generally messy people, but life gets busy, and we were always too tired after work to tackle it. My partner eventually insisted we hire a cleaning service and at first I was hesitant because I was too embarrassed for anyone to see how dirty our home was. But everyone at this business gave zero judgment and they were so understanding when I first talked to them to book our first appointment. And when Chianna and Lesandra arrived today, they were extremely professional and went straight to work!

Now, our home feels as fresh and inviting as the day we first moved in. It’s such a relief to finally enjoy a truly clean space again. I highly, highly recommend Miracle Worker Cleaning Services for anyone looking for detailed, professional, and judgment-free cleaning!! You will not regret it!!

I paid $300 for a cleaning yesterday... one of the girls did an epic job and the other one did a terrible job. Seems like I'm the first person to have this experience? Maybe one of the girls was new. The toilet and floor in the master bath is not clean. I just moved the scale on the floor and there was a bunch of little bits of garbage under it, obviously it wasn't moved when the floor was swept, I don't even think that floor was really mopped. It doesn't look as awesome as the other bathroom (which has the exact same tile floors). I think what may have happened is one of the girls came late and wasn't sure what was already completed. I'm really bummed. I need to find a great cleaner and am willing to pay!!!

Joe with Miracle Workers Cleaning was wonderful! He did a great job on the carpets of our new rental. This company was very easy to work with every step of the way. They were able to work with us on very short notice since we arrived to our new rental and carpets were not cleaned like they were supposed to be. We will definitely be using this amazing company again for our future carpet needs.

Thank you Miracle Workers and Joe for a great cleaning service. Joe spent a LOT of time making sure he did a very thorough job. From using a black light to find possible animal and other organic stains, to ensuring the deepest clean possible, Joe has been fantastic to have in my home.
