The crew was great today, following the eruption of Duct Vesuvius! They combatted the ash and dust and left the house back in a state of great cleanliness! Well done!

I recently got a mailer from this company and was looking for a reliable, well priced, professional cleaning service for my home. The whole experience has been nothing short of fantastic and modern, from booking the visit, to setting up frequency etc. The cleaners were very thorough and keep our home looking like new! I am already recommending this place to several friends and family!

I have been using the Cleaning Authority for a year and a half now and I’m very pleased! Today my team leader, Lisa, and her fellow teammates Ahmed and Cait did a fantastic job as usual! Do I make it a point to keep my house looking nice, it’s great to have the heavy lifting done for me so I don’t have to spend all my time cleaning. I paid for my bathrooms to be cleaned and they only cleaned two bathrooms and said that the door to my other bathroom was closed. They also did not clean my kids rooms or dust. I mentioned I wanted all 3 bathrooms cleaned and my kids room. In addition, the coupon from the ad was not used. I was told I would be credited towards my next service. After being charged for service I did not receive I no longer wanted to use this company. If you use this company I would watch them clean and make sure you get the service you paid for.

The crew did a great job yesterday, but they were scheduled in a different time frame than Kaden and I had agreed upon, and they didn't know which parts of the house they were supposed to clean.

We have been customers of The Cleaning Authority for many years and have always been pleased with the service. The team today did a particularly good job! Thanks so much - it's always wonderful to come home to a spotless house!

I have a nice clean house this afternoon after Nijah and Alexa finished our biweekly cleaning. They did a great job and even completed a task I was doing when they arrived. I really appreciate their extra attention to detail.

We had our first home deep clean and they did an incredible job! The ladies were so kind and my home has never looked this clean since the day we moved in. I’m very impressed with how thorough they were and also that it was completed so quickly. I look forward to the next clean that’s just in time for the holidays!

Manger was professional and helpful but the initial deep clean left a lot to be desired for $400, overpriced for what was supposed to be a deep clean. The stove top and oven were not cleaned properly, I was able to clean them both in 30 mins once the team left. It isn’t the right fit for us. No way to cancel our account on the app or remove our credit card which is frustrating. Would like our account cancelled.

Mykinzie, Natalie, and Whysper do an outstanding job every time. They are by far my favorite crew that come to clean! They are always so kind, polite, and don’t mine working around our crazy pups and messy newborn household! They always leave our house clean and refreshing. The team Elliya, Cass, and Alea did an absolutely stunning job! They paid close attention to details and got the hard to find areas squeaky clean. Very pleased!

Very poor job done on my deep clean. I met the team at my house in order to go over the areas I wanted focused on and the “lead” cleaner was really unpleasant. She told me they don’t do windows or baseboards even though I confirmed with the person I scheduled with that they do in fact include both in their deep clean package. The “lead” cleaner told me she didn’t know why I was told that, but they would not be doing it. I went ahead and had them still do the cleaning the “lead” said is part of the package, but was extremely disappointed.

I asked for a refund and the manager asked me to accept a second cleaning, free of charge, so I went ahead and scheduled. They cancelled on me and I just didn’t have to time to go through another reschedule (I clean before the cleaners show up so they can focus on deep cleaning). I asked for a full refund and was only sent $100 back out of the $306.00 + the $75 cash tip I left on the counter. I have reached out several times via email for a full refund of at least the cleaning charge but have never received a response. The pictures attached are from after their cleaning. I saw on my ring camera that they were only at my house for not even 2 hours.

***** Update- After posting my review I received a message saying my full refund was on the way. I received a check a few days later.

They did a beautiful job together and apply great care to their cleaning jobs that we are unable to get to with very busy and different schedules. We are always grateful when you visit to help us out. Thanks for tidying our spaces and helping us with cleaning our home, especially our bedrooms and family living spaces, bathrooms and kitchen. I have been simultaneously wanting and dreading a cleaning service but the ease and speed of getting this house cleaning done has made everything that much easier. I had my initial walk-through/estimate last week and a team of three came today and got our whole house sparkling. I’m so impressed and relieved that the house is clean and my mental load just got lighter. I can handle payment and communication through the app, the work was fantastic, and I’m already looking forward to having this done again!

Complete professionals. The nicest people. We love that a vetted and trained team is sent out. They’re not going to cancel, because an entire workforce of staff is available in case one of your team members is not available. And they work in teams. We are team 9 right now. This team gets to know you and your home. With other cleaners, we experienced issues, including finding them going through our garbage and pocketing items from there, frequently rescheduling, and even one who after 9 years together started using heavy drugs and we unfortunately had to let her go. Took me three years to trust again and invite someone back into our house. After a couple miss-starts with Homeaglow, I found the Cleaning Authority. We do pay a little more than with the individual cleaning people we used in the past. But the peace of mind, attention to detail and professionalism is worth it!

We’re having a great experience with The Cleaning Authority teams so far! We had a few cleans with them and after each one we’re so glad that we started this service with them. It’s such a relief to have help managing our house and they do a way better job than we could. Katerina & Bri are so nice and great to work with. They confirm the areas and any specifics we have each time. They’re so efficient and detailed - they clearly take pride in their job. Thanks guys!

Courtney and her team - Mackenzie and Logan - arrived for our initial cleaning around 3 PM and got right to work, deep cleaning the kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and dusting, vacuuming, and mopping the other living spaces. They were polite, friendly, and thoroughly professional. They were done in 2 hours and we look forward to seeing them again in 2 weeks.
