American Maid has been cleaning my home for years. It is great to come home to a clean home and know that they people who cleaned it are reliable and trustworthy. I also like that they are a small, locally-owned business and have been around for a while. And they have been conscientious about keeping COVID-safe.

Paid for a deep clean but didn’t even get a standard clean.

Large dust bunnies left under bed. The baseboards and the one ceiling fan were dusted but we’re not washed down as it says they do for their deep cleaning and sections where we feed the dogs we’re very dirty. It also says the deep clean includes patio doors inside and out but these weren’t done. Dining room table and a other small furnitures pieces were moved for cleaning and not put back.

I contacted them and they offered to come back but I was leaving town for 5 weeks that same day. No other compensation was offered to me.

It’s either false advertising or they need to revise their cleaning spreadsheet. I was all set to set them up for every other week but they have lost my business.

I met the owner a few years ago in a convention for cleaning services, I admired her because she is so knowledgeable, she really have the answer how to maintain the employees engaged, involved, making sure they are part of it of the company! She has a great passion for American Maid and I have learned so much from her experiences that I decided to apply in my own company and totally changed the culture of my maid service as well. I have learned the cleaning techs do an outstanding service and I would definitely hire American Maid to clean my home!

We have consistently been using American Maid for 4 years now, and are happy with the consistent service, efficient visits, and responsive management.

The communication is awesome and any issues (rare as they are) are quickly addressed-they rock!

A year ago I visited my elderly parents for the holidays and hoped to hire cleaning help for their house as a Christmas present. The owner of American Maid Cleaning managed to squeeze in a consultation to put my Mom at ease and even scheduled a quick follow-up cleaning during a very busy season. Since then they have come monthly and my Mom has raved over the service and kindness of the staff. I'm thankful to have found such a great company that has continued to help my parents through some difficult times.

We called on pretty short notice to have a move-out cleaning done. Michele (sp?) responded quickly and thus began a short game of phone tag. She was friendly and thorough. The team was able to come out the day before thanksgiving (which was amazing) and did a superb job. Many thanks to Michele and the cleaning team for their willingness to do an incredible job on such short notice.

On March 19, I spoke with someone to schedule a move out clean for April 15 at 8 am. I'm moving back to LA and being picked up at 11 to go to the airport. It was scheduled and I was charged a $100 deposit.

On April 8, emailed to confirm. Response was: "I have you scheduled for the move out cleaning for next Monday. At this time, first job (8am) is not available. I will call you at some point this week to go over everything with you." Call at some point this week? Unprofessional.

She offered to "try" to make it work. When you're flying out and need to leave, trying doesn't work. No faith that they would even show up.

This is the first time I've ever dealt with a cleaning company that didn't guarantee a time they were coming. Grateful I thought to confirm.

Did get the full refund I requested, although still waiting for it to show up in my bank account.

The Maid crew comes to my house monthly. They are dependable and efficient. I go away while they clean. My home is compact and my needs are straightforward: hardwood and carpeted floors; upholstered furniture, two bathrooms, light surface dusting. They usually finish in about an hour and have been cleaning for me for over five years.

I have been with American Maids for 19 years now and continue to be so impressed with their level of customer service::: they TRULY CARE that I am happy with my cleaning and will go above and beyond if I even mention something I would like added and BOOM, it's done! So organized, and boy does this company know how to train their cleaners, with so many amazing tricks, techniques, tools, cleaning equipment: they KNOW THEIR STUFF!! They continue to be a 5 STAR at every cleaning! :) T

American Maid deserves an 8 star rating!! Carol and her team are beyond amazing when they clean my home. She’s always so positive and sociable and really puts me in a great mood. I also appreciate her assisting me in small tasks like setting up a personal grocery cart due to my disability. Carol’s team is just the best!

They keep asking me to leave a review. Fine. I ordered a deep clean (they call it a 5 star cleaning). It's pretty expensive and it's supposed to include a deep clean of every room which includes moving furniture. The whole shebang. Well, the cleaners were very kind, but when all was said and done none of my furniture was moved (even really simple stuff like... a cat scratcher...) and they'd chipped a chunk out of my wood floor.

The only reason they're not getting two stars is because they gave me a discount for the awful service. Apparently they have people in training. Still, the damage to my wood floor is kind of sticking point to me, I can't stop thinking about how that happened.

Perhaps you'll have a better time of it. Maybe I just got unlucky. Either way, they're not getting my service again.

American Maid is amazing. It is so nice to come home to a sparkling clean house...that I didn't have to clean! As a full-time working mom and dad with a 14 year old, 16 month old, with another baby on the way, our time is precious. It is such a gift to have not had to clean my bathrooms in almost two years! Just this past week, Carol, Jessica, Franky, and Kevin worked their magic in our house and I could bring my pregnant self home to a clean and relaxing home to just enjoy my family. Thank you, American Maid!

The cleaners did an incredible job. We had two main problems with our home. Mineral buildup from the water in the shower and toilets and a very poorly kept basement where our dogs usually are kept. The quality of work, kindness, and care they both showed as outstanding. We will keep using this company moving forward because of them.

I had them come out for an initial clean prior to setting up regular cleaning. They were professional from the word go. Great with dogs (a huge bonus to me) and I LOVED how clean my house was after! They had great attention to detail and I look forward to years with them.

We very much enjoyed working with the ladies from American Maid. They were arrived on time, were personable, respectful of us and our home, and did a fantastic job on our floors! We will definitely call American Maid Service again. :)

We've always had a really great experience with American Maid. They are extremely thorough, and they get baseboards, window sills and blinds with their deep clean. They arrive on time and if they need extra time they always ask before just staying and charging you after the fact. Highly recommend.

American Maid crews are always professional, always kind, flexible, go the extra mile, and they make a concerted effort to communicate well, especially in regard to their arrival time. Their work is wonderful and very much appreciated at our house. Even my cabinet fronts are wiped down and any special task requested is met with the greatest attempt to accommodate. I highly recommend the teams of American Maid!!

I've been using American Maid for at least a year and am very happy with their service. The team that cleans our home always does a good job. My kids always rush to their rooms because they love seeing how there beds were made that day with their stuffed animals. I've not had any complaints and highly recommend them, they're great!

Tremendous Customer Service! I was impressed with American Maid Cleaning from the very first moment. I hired them to do a final clean of a ~3000 SF home we were moving out of. From the moment Mindy answered my initial call with a happy and genuine greeting, to her fully answering my questions, setting appropriate expectations, and not charging my credit card until they knew I was happy with their work, the entire experience was stellar. I recommend them highly. If we were still in Olympia, I would continue to use them. Hire them and prepare to be satisfied!

I cannot say enough about this group of friendly professionals. They've been cleaning my house for years and every single time it is perfect. Every time - that's amazing. They are in and out quickly yet take tremendous care and pride in their work, and it shows. They always do extra little things, love on my pets, etc. They know their customers likes and dislikes and take the time to do the customer's version of perfect. Mindy in the office is just fantastic. Truly great customer service. I think it says a lot about the company that so many staff have been with them for more than 5 years.

Am. Maid is professional, efficient and considerate. I have had them cleaning my home for over 6 years. The team that comes out has always been considerate of my time constraints and headed by an experienced team leader whom I've grown to trust. The training that the team receives is obvious as they are well versed in doing their tasks well. The company operates in a very professional manner in all aspects of this business. I have always been impressed by this service and would highly recommend them as a trustworthy cleaning service.
