Excellent as always. Amanda "White" (my name for her because she makes my bathroom sparkle white each time she touches it!) was at it again, working her magic. Heather and Kayley were awesome too. So easy to talk to and have in our home. Very careful and respectful with our things.

Thanks so much for cleaning. Harmony, Chloe, and Nina did a great job. This services saves me so much time and gives me back a weekend :)

I highly recommend The Cleaning Authority.
I am really happy with this service!! We use them twice per month (for about 2 years now). We have a smaller home (approx 1200 sqft). The staff are always pleasant, and quick. The cleaning takes approx 1 hour - which is super fast. I am happy with the quality of the cleaning. I sometimes touch up something they miss, but that doesn't bother me. Its 2 minutes of my time vs 4 hours to clean it myself.

In addition, they accept electronic payments, and will do some non-standard tasks like changing bedding on request. Just ask and they will let you know if they are permitted to do it.

Excellent service! Cleaning is good and very timely. They come without fail without any reminders. I wasn’t expecting them to come in this snow today and to my surprise they showed up! I am Happy with their ways of working and have no complaints.

Amazing job! Paid attention to details and my house looks fabulous!

The Cleaning Authority did such a great job cleaning our home. Three people showed up on time and quickly got right to work. They were so efficient and moved right through our large house completing a well needed deep clean in around three hours. It almost looked like it did when we moved in and smelled fresh and clean without any over powering toxic chemical smell. We were so thankful and happy with the service and results.

Always prompt, quick, and very good! Been using this service for over two years now and I don’t plan on switching anytime.

A team of 2-3 folks visits our small house once a month. The 2-person team we had today was excellent. The removed the grates and the burner pieces to clean our gas stove and reassembled them correctly. I’m picky about our hickory floors. The team cleaned the with vinegar and water and left no visible wet spots — just the way we like. They didn’t waste time, but they didn’t cut corners either.

Our cleaners from Cleaning Authority in Olympia are always wonderful! They are kind and efficient, they work together very well and are kind to one another and to us. They are willing to chat with us or not depending on what we are doing. Their cleaning is AMAZING! They were so very thorough with everything. We are always pleased with the wonderful work they do and look forward to having them back . Our dachshund loves for them to come over and always wants to give them kisses! I highly recommend this service as it helps me feel like I can keep up with my other chores! 💕 Thank you for all you do ladies! 😊👍

It was so nice to come home to a super clean home. Attention to details was great!

Mostly it looks good. There was some stuff on the tile floor and I'm not sure if there was a misunderstanding about using the steamer: the tile floor needs to be vacuumed and then the steamer used. It's possible that what I see on the tile floor was tracked in later - I don't know. Also, it doesn't look like the closet got vacuumed at all. All in all, the house looks good though.

They did a great job and they are very adaptive to a couple complications with access to the house. They even made time in their schedule to come back

The three girls that came were very nice and did a pretty good job. A few things were missed in the dusting area but overall a good experience.

They were great! We were very impressed when we noticed the "senior" cleaner training the other two workers. She has a knack for teaching. She was clear, confident about and quite patient with her trainees.
We sure would like to have that team again!
