American Maid does an excellent job cleaning our clubhouse. They are easy to work with and are always accommodating if I have to reschedule.

There is nothing better than coming home on a long day after work to a clean, organized, and fresh home! Audrey is our "Team Leader" and she does a tremendous job cleaning our home along with the rest of the team. I always feel like our home is well taken care of and they do a very thorough job. They have been very careful with our cats in the home which was a concern I had prior to hiring them. They bring in packages if they see them. I've never had any issues with American Maid and am happy to have found them. Worth every penny and makes my life easier!

Imagine just before Christmas your husband accidently spills pasta sauce in the heated oven on his mission to serve 60 people at a homeless center and now besides smoke alarms you have a crusted blackened oven...and can't bake. I texted the scheduling super woman Michele Christin at American Maid and she offers to come clean it herself if she can't find someone but at 8am on CHRISTMAS EVE Chloe is at the door with all her cleaning gear and 2 hours later not just the oven but the entire stove including the knobs looks brand new..sparkling and shiny. American Maid Michele and Chloe you are my heroes. This is a cleaning group that hires people who go the extra mile. THANKS AMERICAN MAID.

I hired American Maid four years ago, and that should say something! Their service is excellent, and I trust them completely. Smooth billing sequence, always answering any questions quickly, and a great cleaning every time. I will continue to employ American Maid long into the future.

I had such a positive experience in hiring American Maid. I needed a deep cleaning appointment that involved removing interior latex paint from every surface of the house; wood molding, doors, cabinets, outlets, hardware, light fixtures - you name it. A crew of people showed up and in a day my house was presentable. Additionally, the crew were friendly and the management staff has done an incredible job with regard to communication and setting expectation on pricing along the way. I would definitely hire this company again!

The American Maid team has been cleaning our house weekly for more than a year. The fact that they are a team makes them efficient and reliable. We had difficulties in the past with individuals working alone having to cancel at the last minute or frequently rescheduling. We have never had this issue with American Maid. They always call to tell us about what time they will arrive, and are in and out within 1-2 hours. They do a thorough job cleaning and will customize to your needs. Their prices are competitive. They are socially conscious, with monthly fundraiser drives. They have special offers every week but we have not taken them up on these extras. Finally, all the team members have been great with our dog(s)! I would highly recommend them.

Update: The team is still doing a fabulous job. Team coach Christina and her team including Jessica and Jessie have consistently cleaned efficiently and thoroughly. They are very reliable.

I used American Maid for close to a year and would keep using them if I didn’t move out of the area. Every person who came to my house did a stellar job! We live on a farm so our floors are always dirty. They cleaned my floors and sink like I have never seen. And several times two of them would work together. Plus they are incredibly pet friendly business. Got to support that!
The only con remark I have is that I would have loved to have the same person every two weeks so I could get to know them better and have them benefit from extra tips as gifts. They work very hard. But I also understand individual schedules and how flexible they need to be

Michele is fantastic coordinating the jobs and full of answers for all your questions. Friendly to customers and enjoyable to talk with for any of my needs as a customer.

The cleaners are fantastic, do exactly what you ask, and give great recommendations on how to help keep the home clean.

We have been privileged to have the services of American Maid for over a year now and have never been disappointed with any of their employees but we are particularly pleased to have Chloe D as our permanent maid. She does a great job every time she comes to our home to work and as a bonus she is just as personable as she is a hard worker. I would recommend American Maid if you are in need of the services they can and do provide. You won't be disappointed.

First time customer here. We were very happy with the end results of the deep cleaning. Both ladies were wonderful! My furbabies loved them too. I hadn't even noticed till a day later Trisha really cleaned our kitchen cabinets too. That made us so happy. They were in desperate need of it. After they left, I looked everything over and I was very happy with how clean everything was, from the kitchen floor to our oven deep clean, to all our bathrooms and I loved the nice touch of our our toilet paper folding. Seems such a small detail but that's why I loved it. It's the little things in life. Thank you all again, look forward to continuing our monthly services.

While I know they’ve had some turnover in staffing like any company, and the cleaning staff that arrive are different nearly every time, I’ve still had really great, consistent monthly cleaning experiences for nearly 2 years now. I have never had any issues with their work that needed to be addressed after cleanings like with other companies I’ve worked with. We utilize them to clean all of our living space (except bedrooms) and it allows me a base of cleanliness to maintain all month. The team communicates and adjusts easily due to illness or other things, and I have recommended them for other, larger jobs for family and friends and they went well. They use an online system that allows you to easily text them if something comes up, or to track your scheduled cleanings and add on additional cleaning needs. Really easy. If you’re looking for a cleaning company, give them a try!

My house has NEVER been so clean!! It was absolutely the best cleaning I've ever had!! Every detail was cleaned. And to make it even better they enjoyed my dogs and made me feel safe to have them here with the dogs.

Ricardo, and Nikki from the Cleaning Authority recently cleaned our home this afternoon. They were friendly and polite when I greeted them at the door and ready to get to work. They pay attention to detail and are thorough and efficient. Excellent job once again. Thank you!

I get a cleaning once a month and it has been so helpful in keeping up on the house hold chores. The tram sometime changes, but we often get Dylan and when they are here the house is spotless. I plan to continue to use them for a while

I would give them zero stars but it is not an option to do so. The Cleaning crew never seems to clean the house fully always miss cleaning areas in our home. The Cleaning is not worth spending our money on. Will be finding a new housekeepers. I would not recommend using their service.

The Cleaning Authority has been cleaning my home for several years now. They kept placing my dirty rugs on top of my washing machine for me to then take down and put out in my kitchen. I was annoyed by that. Then a necklace went missing and then a Piece of athletic equipment went missing. I had to fire them. I liked them initially, but they keep bugging me to do Google reviews. This will be the last one I do for them. I can’t trust a company when little things kept going missing in my home.
