Chris and Richie were excellent!! They were helpful, professional, informative, and did a great job replacing my outlet baffle that had fallen to the bottom of my tank. In addition they restructured their day so that I could have more time to dig out more lids I didn't know were there (Chris sent me a map!). I highly recommend A+ Services for all your septic needs.

I had them out for an electric issue. I wasn’t in their service area but they called back saying they would come out for the same call fee. I thought that was really nice and their call fee was much less than a couple local places I called providing hourly rates. It turns out, they were probably more expensive though. A simple fix was A LOT of money with really no clear reason why that cost. Just that costs have gone way up. I get companies have to make a living but this seemed completely unreasonable. That’s said, they were already there and willing to fix the issue if I agreed to the cost but wouldn’t obviously tell me the issue until I agreed to pay so I did. I felt I had little choice at that point. They were really nice and helpful but I think people should be aware that even though it may seem cheaper than some hourly places, it’s not and it may very well be WAY more expensive. I don’t know how people can pay for these costs.

Kent and Chris were awesome. I got company with next day services. Chris was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and fun to talk with. I would recommend them to anyone and will be using them again.

They do the best

Everyone I spoke to was helpful & friendly. I felt like they made our issue a priority. We had an emergency septic issue and they were able to get to us right away. They thoroughly explained everything and made us aware of any costs upfront - nothing hidden. Excellent service! So happy to have it fixed.

I just had A+ out to pump my folk's septic tank after it had been 10 years since it was pumped last. I'm horrible with names but the 2 gentlemen did a fantastic job and were very personable. They took the time to explain everything and how it all works too. Highly recommend this outfit!!

We’ve used them for a garbage disposal and a kitchen faucet replacement and they were fantastic! Very responsive and professional. Would definitely recommend them.

I have never left a review on anything, but I must commend Gregg at A+ Services. He had reached out to me by phone, text and email checking in on me just to make sure everything was good. I was so thankful that he did as I’ve been so busy that I’ve completely put aside my responsibilities as a homeowner. I reached back out and called Gregg and he was so personable and caring over the phone. He took care of me and got me on their schedule for a plumber and septic crew right away. I am so thankful that I am being checked on as life goes on and forget about the little things that matter. That is what I call great service :)

Huge Kudos to A+ Services management team for an awesome training with your staffs. Not sure if you are under new management but this was definitely an enormous change in my experience with your team. The quality and experience I had with Gregg at your office from the start to the end is top notch. He showed interest and passion in helping me which made me feel really cared for as a customer and with that I will be sharing my experience with all of my friends and family.

Larry and Jonny did a great job taking care of my issues. They were able to save me a large sum of money because of their experience and knowledge. I would highly recommend them when you have a plumbing problem.

We've been A+ customers for 25 years and always found them prompt, helpful and competent. A week ago our septic pump-up system stopped working with multiple issues. Jason and his team resolved everything in a very professional manner. Strongly recommend!

Our hot water tank went out. Naturally, we wanted a plumber, and I'd been meaning to try out A+ cause I'd driven by their location in Lacey a couple times... it turned out that the tank itself didn't need to be replaced! The problem was electrical! They were able to get an electrician out the same day, under the same service call and take care of it for us!

A+ gives me the best quality service I've ever had. I've had other companies charge me full price for pumping out my pump chamber, while A+ charges per gallon. So I only paid for the 600 gallons they pumped out vs paying the same price as my septic tank like other companies do!

I wanted to take a minute to thank Jason and Cody, Larry, and other A+ employees for the awesome work they have done to help me with my septic issues. They do any awesome job, are clean, kind and respectful. Hard thing when septic brakes down but they got it all taken care of in a short period of time. I had an urgent plumbing issue that needed immediate attention, and I am so glad I called these guys. From the moment I reached out, their customer service representative, Nikki, was a true professional. She was courteous, attentive, and made sure to gather all the details about my issue before dispatching a technician.

The plumber who arrived was on time, friendly, and knew exactly what to do. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything to me in a clear and understandable way, and got to work right away. The job was done efficiently, and the pricing was very reasonable for the level of service provided.

I also appreciated the follow-up call from Nikki, ensuring everything was working properly after the repair. It's rare to find a company that provides such a seamless and positive experience from start to finish. Highly recommend this company to anyone in need of reliable and top-notch plumbing services!

A+ did an amazing job pumping out my septic tank and pump chamber. They explained everything to me about how it works and the measurements they do. Jason came out and fixed my pump for me for a very reasonable price for me. I loved having David and Kaiden out to do my Septic tank. They were very professional. I love the Father/Son duo they have going on.

Standard septic service completed today. Had the pleasure of meeting Dave and his son who were not only professional but personable as well. Had numerous questions regarding our septic, Dave was informative and able to answer everything asked. Dave and his son didn’t make a mess and made sure everything was secure and back to its original state.

Highly recommend, will use A+ next time.

I had both plumbing & electrical needs and was a new customer. I called yesterday and they had both plumbers and electricians out here today despite neither issue being extremely urgent. You can't beat that response time. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable & professional. I will be using A+ again and am very happy to have them around. Highly recommended!

Update (11/5/20): I went down from 5 stars to 2 after my electrical work was completed. VERY POOR. The guys (Gregg and Gary) who bid the job didn't bring the supplies they needed; had to return to the shop twice. You bid the job - don't you know what you need for it? Then, they forgot something that was bid on, tried to blame me, when that didn't work, blamed the office. And then charged me for installing two light fixtures when they only installed one, all while telling me they were going to "discount" me. For another service on the bid, my final price BEFORE TAX over $150 more than what was bid. No explanation given. That particular service was exactly what was bid. No more; no less. Finally, one of the items on the job included replacing a breaker switch. Photos below, showing that they didn't bother with putting the breaker box back on. But then they had the absolute nerve to ask me to give them personally, as in please mention us by name, a 5-star review online. Really?

I emailed pictures and all my issues to management on Monday 11/2. I was told it would go to management. As of today (11/5), no word. I called in and was told management has it, they "may" call me tomorrow. I can tell you right now, if I don't hear from them tomorrow, I will be calling the BBB and my credit card company.

If they work it out to my satisfaction, I'd use them again for plumbing. Their plumbers were excellent. NEVER AGAIN for electrical.
