We needed our septic tank pumped and inspected for the sale of our home. A+ was responsive and quick. Jake did an excellent job of explaining the repair needed in order to move forward and arranged for the service to occur on the next business day. He was professional and on time. I woukd definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.

Dave and his son, Kaiden, was the team that had pumped out our septic tanks in which their attitudes, demeanor, coupled with the 2-decades plus of experience that Dave has, truly exemplified the consummate professionals that they are. Their respect and willingness to provide education and answers to questions that I had with our tanks are attributes that I wholeheartedly respect and for that, I am grateful.

Jason and his son, Cody, was another team that had come out to my property a couple days later to assess my septic pump issue. These gentlemen have 3-decades plus of experience which supported their findings that there was a bigger issue relevant to our drainfield. Jason provided two options as to how to address the work that will need to be conducted. The level of detail and education they provided showcases what only experience can bring to the table. They also provided an educational aspect and answered any questions that I had.

These two teams have earned my respect!

I had A+ Services pump my septic including the pump chamber. A couple weeks later the pump quit working. Jason and his team came out and did a complete assessment and found the pump was jammed up with debris. Didn't take much to clear the blockage and get the pump working properly. Jason even took the time to explain how my system works with the pump timer. All at no cost to me. Much thanks to the folks at A+ Services.

This professional team services my septic system on a regular basis as required. This last service, they alerted me regarding my pump, which is aged. A pump assessment was required and Jason T. And his crew arrived on scene and quickly determined the problem. They are technically proficient, fast and friendly. I would highly recommend A+ Services for your septic or any plumbing situation, as I am sure there are none better.

The electricians were great, had a freak power issue and they were quick, fast, super sweet and respectful. They even helped pull my garage cans to the curb because my husband was still at work. Amazing company. Richie and Aaron are the best!

This is a great company. Jason and his crew came out, replaced a pump then it was still not pumping up 50 feet and a length of 600 feet. He came back out, did some trouble shooting to check that the shared drain field was working correctly. Looking at the original as-built for the system he noticed it called for a stronger pump than the one that was there. He came back out, did a lot of extra work, put in a stronger more expensive pump no charge. Now the system works correctly, less strain on the pump, pumps quicker as it should. Great work Jason. I highly recommend this company. They have the experience and knowledge to figure things out. Plus, Emily the office manager does a really good job and is nice to talk to.

I am deeply disappointed with the lack of transparency and the predatory pricing model of Treat Plumbing. I hired them to remove and install three simple bathroom sink drain filters—a task that took the plumber less than 20 minutes to complete. I have no issue with the quality or efficiency of the work; however, to my shock, the final bill was $335.00.
Upon receiving the bill, I discovered a $300.00 "base fee" just for arriving at the door, which was never disclosed when I booked the service. I even supplied all the drain hardware myself, meaning the company provided no materials—only 20 minutes of basic labor. While the plumber was efficient, charging $300 for 20 minutes of non-emergent work is an effective rate of $900 per hour, which is entirely unreasonable for a routine residential task.
THREE DAYS after completing the job, I received an email bill stating the payment was PAST DUE. I then called their office and asked why the “Past Due” notice was issued and pointed out the total lack of transparency and communication regarding the $300 base fee. As retired seniors on a fixed income, and to help mitigate this unexpected cost, I asked them to adjust this fee, but it was flatly denied. We should have been informed of such a high mandatory base fee upfront so we could make an informed decision. I feel taken advantage of by their pricing practices and cannot recommend this company to anyone who values honesty and fair market rates.

• Standard Service Call Fees: Most reputable plumbers charge between $50 and $150 for a trip or diagnostic fee. A $300 "arrival fee" is typically reserved for emergency after-hours or holiday calls.

• Transparency Expectations: While I should have asked beforehand if there were any mandatory fees, ethical professional service standards, and new "Honest Pricing" laws in this WA state require businesses to clearly disclose mandatory fees before a transaction occurs. Failing to mention a $300 base fee during the initial call is widely considered a deceptive business practice.
