Had an amazing experience with Treat Plumbing! I was referred to them by our HVAC company - Perfect Temp and I have to say I was impressed with the two young men who came out to our home. Sorry I don't remember their names but very nice young men.

Professional, Respectful, Honest, Transparent, and a pleasure to work with.

We had an upstairs shower that had been leaking into our downstairs dining room for a while. Thought we had it fixed but we did not it started leaking again.

I so appreciate how he explained what was happening and why. He told me what he did and said if that didn't work to call in the next day or two to let them know and they would go to plan B.

Luckily the repairs they made stopped the leak, talk about a huge relief.

I asked about replacing the shower/tub in that bathroom because we want to soon and he gave me ballpark costs and it was very reasonable.

We will be doing some updates soon and will be reaching back out to Treat Plumbing 100%.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Treat Plumbing to all my family, friends, colleagues, and neighbors

Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable.
We just moved into a new rental and our landlord said she has relied on Sprague for years. I can see why, he's very personable and was very patient with my inquisitive 3 yr old. He went above and beyond!

On 7/2 evening I ruptured a main water line for the sprinkler system and it was flooding my crawl space. I called Sprague and although it was a Saturday evening and he just got back from work, he walked me on how to shut off the main sprinkler valve. He told me he would be at my house in 20 min. I eventually was able to shut off the line and called off his service, but someone who can take care of his customers like he did for my says a lot about the professionalism of his services.

You won my loyalty with your actions.

I am surprised no one else has reviewed Sprague's work. He has done my complex plumbing projects for 20+ years, and his work is always well thought-out and in my opinion as a handyman plumber myself, very high quality. His prices are at least fair and more probably, very low. More importantly, Sprague's integrity and honesty are second to none. He has a well-deserved reputation in Lacey for helping out folks in need with pro bono plumbing chores, house moving, etc. Finally, I am not in the habit of writing reviews, casually offering favorable recommendations,or providing personal info on the internet. But in Sprague's case, he deserves it, and I am certain you will be well served if you employ this plumber.

Thomas came out and performed the work flawlessly. He was professional, knowledgeable, and works efficiently. The cost was as previously quoted. Will continue to recommend Harts for services!

The gentleman that came and fixed our tub draining issue was fantastic! He was quick and extremely pleasant! We will definitely be using his services the next time we are in need.

Young man came in asked if he could come in. Put on booties on his shoes. Got straight to it. Explained all kinds of things that we had questions about. Including about our water heater. Was quick about getting the repair necessary done. I will definitely call them if we need any more Plumbing done

Michael was very prompt and knowledgeable. Will definitely use again for any plumbing issues. HIs assistant in training was great also.

Alonso was very thorough and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the necessary repair for the HVAC system-grateful for the excellent service!

Scotty and the team at Harts did an absolutely amazing job for me. I had a suspected water leak, but wasn't sure and Scotty showed up on time, communicated super well throughout the whole process and also gave me some great parenting advice for my (soon to be) teen daughter. They also were able to come out the next day which was great! Highly, highly recommend these guys.

Hart plumbers and Mark did a great job. They showed up on time. Mark and his helper are very friendly,they made sure we were understood every. They put all the dirt back that, they had to dig up and took away all the trash.
I was 100% impressed with Mark and everyone we delt with at Hart.

I needed a plumber to help with a sink that was clogged hard. The technician they've provided it was very prompt, courteous and professional. I'm also keeping in mind that this request was the day before christmas, and they still provided service. Thank you.

David Wolfe was amazing- he came and fixed an electrical issue SAME DAY on CHRISTMAS EVE!!! He was so kind and communicative, and basically saved our Christmas. Thank you, David! I would highly recommend him and this company.

Had a leak under the house Came out the same day and was able to fix it right away on a Sunday at that. Tyler Grover was very professional And explained all my questions I had. These guys will be the ones I call from now on

The technician was friendly and polite. He explained things to me carefully and left it up to me to decide what services I needed. The water heater was serviced and completed quickly.

Wanted to get a quote however they wanted to charge for what they called “peace of mind estimate” that would then apply IF I moved forward with booking with them. There are 4 other estimates I’m planning to get for the home and not one of them charge for coming out to do an estimate. They also don’t provide a rough estimate over the phone which a couple other companies have because they’ve done so many over time in general. So Unfortunately for both those reasons they get a lower star rating.

First time customer, all I can say, 100% recommended! I am very satisfied and greatful for the professionalism, honesty and skillset shown by Michael. Solid work and honest advise, can't say more. Thank you so much! 5 stars hands down!

As for the service, if I could give 6 stars, I would. Thomas was absolutely professional and plain spoken. He described the situation and the needed repairs into an easy to understand explanation. I not only recommend him to anyone needing plumbing services, but I also have found a local plumbing service I will readily call if needed in the future. Great job!

The office staff members were very responsive and helpful. The plumber was outstanding. I appreciate people’s time listening carefully, and explaining things well. Thank you! We’re planning for our next maintenance project.
