Sean and Mark were prompt, communicative, and professional. They quickly identified a bathtub leak due to rodents chewing through the pipe. They promptly fixed and tested the pipe and no more leak. The price was reasonable and we were relieved to be able to use the bathtub once again.

Mark and Sean (Shawn?) came out very early to replace my three handle shower with a single handle. They were both very friendly and helpful, especially when I asked them to put my old shower head back on even after they'd already put a new one on. They were quick, efficient, and understanding when I had questions about the process and what was going on. I'd recommend them everytime I'm asked.

Quick, professional, good communicator and I hope great repair. I called around 11 am. They were here by 1 pm- fixed by 2 pm. I am very pleased.

I asked for a more exact quote for the installation of a water line for my fridge's ice maker. When the price was a little more than I wanted ($700), they still insisted that I pay them $92 for coming out to my house. It was clear the workers wouldn't leave until I paid, so I was forced to pay for my own quote. I will never work with Black Lake Plumbing again and would advise you don't either.

The Gentlemen at Black lake Plumbing are top of the line professionals. They took on my bathroom project when others would not. They advised me regarding code and what would be involved in the work. The actual bill was under the estimate, so I had them repipe the house and
replace the ancient water heater that had been in the back of my mind. Thanks very much to Chris, Sean, and Mark for their efficient quality work.

Sean & partner were ‘Johnny on the spot’ timely. They got right to work, project turned out to be very simple for them but they were efficient and professional. Sadly, the only down side was that repairs are just plain expensive! But Blacklake Plumbing showed up, did the job quickly and I feel very fortunate. Thank you, Sean and Blacklake Plumbing!

Ed and Chris from Black Lake were prompt, friendly, and professional. Excellent diagnostic skills with their pipe camera and their expertise in operating it. I was able to learn more than what I needed to --without having to dig an 80 foot trench! I highly recommend them and will call them for future work.

Sean showed up on time and made quick work of our hot water heater install. Black Lake was by far the most reasonable option in our HCOL area. We will recommend these guys to our new neighborhood.

My kitchen sink was not draining and I was stressed out. I made an appointment with Black Lake Plumbing and they showed up early and fixed the problem quickly. They went underneath my house and found the clogged pipe and took care of everything.
Sean and Mark were super kind and respectful, very nice and easy to work with. The bill was a couple hundred dollars LESS than what I was expecting so it was literally making the best of a bad situation.

Brian and his colleague did a great job. They arrived timely and quickly found the problem with our kitchen drainage. Price was more than competitive. This was the third time we’ve used Black Lake Plumbing and would use them again without question.

We called on a Friday for a clog issue. Brian came out same day, so we were not having to wait till Monday to get the job done. He did excellent work...cleared the clog and also replaced a broken toilet flange. He was very knowledgable and quickly assessed the problem. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommend this company and will use again when needed.

Horrible experience with this company. I had them come out two time for the same clogging issue and they couldn't figure out. When I contacted them about 100% satisfactory guarantee on their website the owner just gave excuses and said that's how it goes and they have to keep charging till they figure it out... I declined using this company again because they are obviously
not able to do the job right and called Olympic plumbing and they only charged $50 to figure out the issue and about the same price to snake but the difference was HUGE. For the same price/ cheaper. Olympic plumbing figured out the issue and then let me know they would snaked it with a small snake followed with a bigger diameter snake and finish it with a video scope to make sure it was good to go! Omg they did the job right!!! They also assured me that if I had issues with it they would come make it right. I could take the hit from this company financially($1000) but I feel bad for people that can't and are going to get taken for by this company. Stay safe and be careful. I reported this business to BB hopefully if more people report the AG will look into them.

Had a good experience with Black Lake Plumbing. We noticed our water shutoff in our home wasn’t working (not during an emergency, luckily), and they were able to come the day after next in the morning and install a new one, fix our dripping faucet (our initial problem I was trying to fix), and a couple of other things they noticed that added cost, of course, but seemed worth fixing while they were there. Pricing about what I expected, about $500 for the new water shutoff and the other jobs were about $300-ish each.

I called because my kitchen sink drain was leaking. They had a team at my house within 30-40 minutes which was awesome. Mark & his co-worker (sorry I don't remember his name) were both respectful of my house, friendly and even funny. They fixed my sink explaining what they were going to do before performing the work. They gave me a quote that I approved, then the fixed the sink drain. They cleaned up any mess that was made. I would definitely use them again & I would recommend them for any plumbing issues.

I had a draining issue in my main line. Black lake plumbing was able to come out same day which is nice. Brian was down to earth, knowledgeable, and very understanding of our situation as we have young kids in the house. He was able to clear the clog & give us advice on how to avoid the situation again. The price was very reasonable. Brian, in my eyes went above & beyond to make it work. If we ever have plumbing issues I will not hesitate to call them again. I would strongly recommend this company to others.
