Great service. Charles was here over an hour on same day to check up on the furnace and heat pump. Very thorough, pleasant. Above and beyond service. I got in on the special - only $49.!

Good knowledge of what needs to be done cannot afford right to have plumbing replaced at this time but he knew what needed to be done and cleared my pipe of the clog. Most if not all was the previous owners I have only had the house 3 years and 11 months and I have blond hair and am the only one living here so will keep an eye on the pipes and save my money for down the road. House was built in 1948 so pipes are not the modern size.plus he is a dog and cat owner. Need I say more.happy I have a shower again.

Had a leaking garbage disposal and Tyler- who has answered a service call in the past- came by and gave me his honest opinion on why the leak started. He didn’t try to sell me a bunch of work I didn’t need which is appreciated. Tyler is knowledgeable, courteous and respectful professional that I recommend to anyone who needs plumbing services!

Overall the experience was good.
the tech was awesome, super friendly knowledgeable, they fixed the problem quickly.
The office must have messed something up when I called to make the appointment, they gave us an 8 and a half hour service window scheduled for the next day. When we didn’t have a tech reach out or come out in the service window time frame, I called and asked when the tech would show up. The person on the phone dodged the question and said they call me back, they never did. I got a text about 50 mins after the call to the office from a tech ( Virgil) saying they would be out in 45 min. Mistakes happen, and after no heat for 6 days and below freezing temps at night i was frustrated.
Now it’s fixed and I would give them another chance. THANKS VIRGIL! You’re a real one. -
Good company. Very expensive! But all electrician companies in Washington are apparently very expensive.
I wanted two GFCI outlets installed but I got a whole house and panel inspection. Because of cost, I had to drop one GFCI outlet off my list. One outlet, which I provided by the way, cost me more than $350!
The technician Stephen was extraordinary! He was thorough, pleasant, knowledgeable, gave great advice and did great work! -
I recently hired Harts Plumbing and Electricians to replace the exhaust fan in my laundry room, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The technician, David Wolf, did an excellent job—professional, efficient, and detail-oriented.
From start to finish, the process was smooth and stress-free. They were upfront, reliable, and delivered quality work at a fair price. I’ll definitely use Harts again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for skilled and trustworthy service. -
We hired Hart’s Plumbing to clear a partially clogged kitchen drainpipe on February 16, 2025. What should have been a quick service call turned into a months-long nightmare.
The technician was unable to fit a camera through the pipe to diagnose the clog. Instead of proceeding carefully, he used an electric chain snake with excessive force, causing the snake to burst through our newly installed roof vent. He then tried to force it back down and eventually snapped the chain, leaving it lodged in our drainpipe. After finally retrieving the chain, he resumed the job with a manual crank drain snake and ran water through the system for 10 minutes. Only then did he realize that water was pouring out beneath our siding outside the home. The earlier force had ruptured our galvanized pipe, and turning on the water caused major flooding inside the walls and under the floors.
This series of errors led to extensive water damage and a complete kitchen teardown. It took over three months of remediation, plumbing work, inspections, and rebuilding just to get our kitchen functional again.
In February, Hart’s offered us a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) along with a free demolition — with no restoration — as compensation. Instead, we filed and settled a liability claim with their insurance provider. But the burden of managing the kitchen restoration has remained with us, including significant out-of-pocket costs and a three-month disruption to our lives.
I hope that sharing our experience helps others avoid the same ordeal we went through. -
Oh, where to start Thomas was friendly enough. It just took about 20 to 30 minutes to get an Estimate for the price out of him. The work was simple. Take an old kitchen faucet out put in the new one probably 20 to 30 minutes at best. “after all discounts. The quote was at minimum $530. There is no way on this earth. I’m going to pay that much for a simple job like mine no way no way on this earth. I paid the 42 and some change just to haven’t come out and and tell me the price I am thoroughly disappointed. I will not consider art plumbing in the future and I will give it negative reviews. We are priced out of your price range. You gotta be rich to pay your prices. Very very disappointed.

Had a guy come out. Really nice guy. Don't get me wrong. But honestly he didnt do anything. I explained what was going on. He didnt run any codes on it, no diagnostic on it. Nothing. Didnt even walk in the house to see if there was an codes that were coming from the unit. Oh BTW I googled how to do that and found the code my self AFTER he left. I was still charged the $80 for him to stand around and tell me "oh its the compressor. You'll need to replace the whole head. Its about 4 grand btw." Its not the compressor. Its an electrical problem. The code is F3. There is nothing with in that code that is even close to the compressor. Had he even taken some time to do anything by be a nice guy and actually check the unit out and run some tests he would have found that out. He took off 1 screw, checked the copper tubing. Put in back. Cleaned off the back side of the unit and was like I was supposed to charge you for that but no worries I got it. Like your going to charge someone for doing nothing except brush off some stuff from the unit. You didnt even run any tests on it. Nothing. Then tells me to call back if the problem happens again. Like no. I wont ill call a different company thank you.

As frustrating and devastating it can be to realize in the middle of winter that your furnace needs to be replaced, Harts made us feel very taken care of. They were empathetic, clear, upfront, and helpful in all aspects of the situation. They did everything possible to get us heat that same day. Workers stayed until 9:00 pm to make it happen. I would recommend this company to my friends, for sure.

Trevor Pappuleas was very patient, explained everything and answered all of my questions. He took the time to show me in detail what is needed to fix our issues. Customer service was top notch! Definitely recommend using Harts!

Deep thanks to Harts for their work to replace a heating system that had started to fail. Their technician, Adan, showed impressive attention to detail in assessing our problems. He then replaced and cleaned components in our system in ways that showed he was committed to providing high quality service. He also was always courteous and patient while spending several hours on our old, finicky system.

Easy to contact online with my problem that occurred later on a Sunday. I received a phone call first thing the next morning and a plumber arrived later that morning and replaced my water heater. Anthony was efficient and thorough, plus kind and thoughtful. He gave me options and knowledgeable information to make my decision.

Christopher Looney was absolutely wonderful. He arrived within just a few hours of my call, with a smile on his face and was super helpful. In the end, he helped me figure out that because I had lost my debit card and replaced it that my automatic payments weren’t going through and my water was turned off! I felt like an idiot, but it was when he told me it had happened to him I suddenly realized that I had also lost my debit card a few months ago. So everything was solved without much of a problem and Christopher was So friendly and warm. I will definitely be using Harts again and I will always request Chris.

I definitely recommend Harts for any plumbing needs! We called about a leak and they were able to get there next day even though it was a weekend. Our service technician Tyler was absolutely great! He was professional, knowledgeable and thorough in his inspections. He was able to fix our leak with ease and it was relatively well priced too!
