Vern saved the day! He was right on time, explained what the issue was, and had it fixed in no time. He also took the time to make sure everything was good to go with our home warranty. Highly recommend. Treat will be my first call for any future plumbing needs.

I would never use or refer anyone to Treat plumbing. He ordered motion sensitive bathroom faucets that cost me $700 each without even calling me to see if I wanted them at that price. They were intended for commercial use. He also didn't install any drain hardware. The temperature was set by him and they went on and off every 7 seconds. He charged me $2800 for the job. I immediately ordered online 2 new faucets which a friend installed. I initially paid half of his charge and wrote a note saying that was all I would pay based on the outcome. He immediately sent me to collections for the other half. Very, very, very reluctantly I paid the bill.

This family owned and run business are the most friendly, hopeful and honest folks I know in Olympia. They took care of me right away, fixing a very big problem that was causing me considerable grief. When you have a leak under your home and it’s just gushing out It’s a bummer but you know what the treat plumbing. You don’t have to worry they’ll take care of you.

We are rounding our 10th year using Vern. He is approachable, respectful, listens and does not rush a job to move on to the next house. Two weeks ago he connected our 2 new bathroom vanity sinks and moved the drain pipes to accommodate the pull out drawers.

Colton did a fantastic job! I first hired him to replace our pressure tank and I was so impressed, that we hired him back a few months later to replace a shower. He was on time, respectful and treated each project with the care it deserves.

I originally called for service on my an demand water heater, thinking I had a leak in one of the water lines. Turns out the leak was under my home.
I called Treat and they got me scheduled pretty quickly. Vern came over when he was scheduled and is a super nice man. He checked everything out and crawled under the house(a very, very small space, btw) found the leak and fixed it. He told me everything he was doing and was here for an hour and a half or so. I was and am so grateful and will call him again should the need arise.

Vern Treat is an expert in his field with decades of experience. He was able to repair a toilet leak for us and even came out on the same day we contacted him. Excellent service at a fair price. He even fixed errors made by a previous plumber from another company when they told us the toilet would be to be replaced.
