Huge shoutout to Ron and his team at Mr. Rooter for quite literally saving the day at Salon Sage. What started as a small water leak somehow became a “this will shut down your business for months” situation according to other companies 🙄. Ron came in, assessed the situation realistically, and—miracle of miracles—did not turn it into a government-level project.

They were professional, efficient, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. And honestly, their sense of humor was just as valuable as their skill. When you’re a small business owner staring down potential disaster, laughing while fixing the problem is elite-level customer service.

They got the job done, handled everything with integrity, and made a stressful situation manageable. I truly can’t say enough good things. As amazing as they were, I sincerely hope I never need a plumber again—but if I do, or if anyone I know does, Mr. Rooter (ask for Ron!) is the only call I’ll make.
