Very professional and fixed my mom’s major problem on her sewer drain line that was more than fifty years old. It took a day and a half but a new sewer drain was installed. My mom should never have a problem again with her sewer. She’s delighted that it is completed and at a fair price. Mom’s happy and I’m happy. Great job guys!!

We had a hose that went to the dishwasher that was leaking. David pulled out the dishwasher and it wasn’t leaking. He put on a new hose and that fixed the problem.
David was polite and did a great job.
Later I checked under the sink and water is still leaking, I’ll call to set up another appointment.

I called in despair, because of a sewage backup in my brand new home due to a faulty flapper causing a flood into my garage. It was not for over an hour did Julian from Mr. Rooter come out ili-equipped. When he came out he stated he was on call and came from home and had no camera for his snake not towels to clean up or apparently the correct pipe glue. He decided to go ahead and snake out my plumbing line and hit a pipe breaking it. Instead of taking accountability for his actions he calls his manager and discloses that it is a new home with warrenty so he hid the fact that he hit the pipe with his snake. He blamed the plumber and said the pipe was barely hanging on. I could see he tried to “fix” the pipe with glue not suitable for a wet pipe and when it did not hold up he came out with something wrapped in a towel in his hand. I can only assume it was the broken pieces so he could pretend the piping was too short. He left raw sewage all over my crawl space and glue everywhere from his failed attempt. At this point, he had charged me for the emergency phone call and for running the snake and I believe his failed attempt at gluing the pipe. I have video and audio recordings of him changing his stories and calling his manger who told him to turn it on the original plumber. He left us with NO plumbing until I could call a REAL plumber out to fix the issue. So not only did my family not have plumbing, I was charged $530.40 for Julian to cause more harm and leave us with absolutely no plumbing and raw sewage in the crawlspace and tracked it into the house. I am only giving you a one star because it will not allow me to give 0. I will NOT recommend you to anyone and you should be ashamed of yourselves!

Courtney GoodRich was fantastic. He came out on Thanksgiving and worked on our sewer .
Then returned the next morning with equipment he needed to unclog our sewer line. I am very happy with his work .

We called Mr Rooter because our water presssure was low in the entire house. Spencer, who came out for the call, was very professional and explained everything thoroughly. He contacted the city to have them evaluate water pressure coming from the street to help dial down on where the problem might be. Unfortunately, it was a complex issue which he was not able to resolve in a single visit. His office was able to schedule the next visit right away. On the 2nd visit, Spencer was just the same as he was the 1st time. He explained the plan for the day and how best we could accomplish it all. Ultimately he was able to flush the whole system and get all the appliances, faucets and shower working again.
This was the 2nd time we have called Mr Rooter. The 1st time was a toilet repair. The office always calls ahead to let us know when they will arrive and they show up on time. From our experience, there service is top notch and consistent.
