The service technician, Courtney, was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous! I was impressed by his thoroughness and I appreciated the time he took to walk me through the process of the installation of my new garbage disposal! Courtney was kind enough to share tips on how to keep it from developing unwanted odors and the best way to ensure the garbage disposal lasts by preventative maintenance and care! I was given an appointment the very next day after calling for service! I would highly recommend this company!

I was very pleased with the service I got with this company. My lower level had flooded. Sewer water was coming up through the 2 drains on the floor. He was quick to unclog the drain. Then he went out of his way to help me get a cleaning company because of the harmful situation that would be because of the sewer water. I am truly grateful for all the help I got. I had a sewer back up and Spencer and another nice young man came and took care of it . They also showed me some other issues I have and helped me understand what needs to be done. I will be scheduling them to have that taken care of ASAP. Thank you!

They were a little expensive for what I had done witch was replace toilet tank insides but they came right away and got the job done

We recently had a gas leak that required the entire gas system to be replaced and needed a new water softener installed, and we were under a tight timeline to get everything fixed. Tallin from Mr. Rooter Plumbing was incredible from start to finish. He was kind, patient, and walked us through every step of the process. He completed all of the work quickly and with great attention to detail. We felt completely taken care of. We’ll definitely be calling Mr. Rooter—and specifically requesting Tallin—for all of our future plumbing needs!

David was awesome! Not sure if it was the company or just David, but I'd want him back in a heartbeat if we had another emergency!

My Mom (Marie Skotland) is the one that has the service done. Rick and Daniel came out and fixed the issue in a timely fashion and were very detailed and explaining the issues "these boys need a raise and they are very efficient"!!

David and Bryan were very helpful, knowledgable, and kind. They were careful everytime they had to step in the house and explained things very clearly. Good experience.

10/15 - just put in a call again and once again Bryan responded faster than I anticipated and quickly diagnosed the problem and very honestly stated he wasnt the person to fix it. Great service again.

12/13/25 - Bryan once again saves the day when my house needed both its water heaters replaced, including one that is in the crawlspace. I was out of town and the house was empty but had full trust in him and sure enough he conveniently scheduled and completed the work, and the bill was as promised. Anything plumbing this is where I call and Bryan will do the work!

They replaced my toilet the same day I called with a problem. They were efficient, friendly and very easy to work with.

Update: While Mr Rooter’s reply below sounds really good, it had been 2 weeks and they have not followed through with contacting me. So the nice words seem pretty disingenuous which adds to the shadiness. I’m not saying they’re dishonest. But it sure doesn’t look good for them. I would suggest going with someone who’s a little more upfront with the cost.

My review stands: They did a great job unplugging my line, but they played a game on me with the cost. I asked 3 times on the phone for the fee schedule and each time I was told the next person would explain it. The final person said the tech would tell me before the work started. When he to that point, I just wanted to get the drain cleared, so I paid the $530 knowing it was too much. In retrospect, I wish I had told him to leave.

If I could leave higher than 5 stars I would!! Erron Butts was assigned to my case and he was the absolute best! He was so friendly, patient, and knowledgable-- he answered ALL of my many questions and was a joy to work with. I was even looking forward to him coming back the next day to scope the line out to the street. I would recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone who is in need of plumbing work, especially in a time crunch. My basement backed up on Sunday morning, they came out that same morning (about an hour later), and had a crew in to fix the issue the next day. Their estimate for the work was very reasonable and they didn't cut corners. In my opinion, Erron Butts needs to be the employee of the month (if not the year!). I am so incredibly thankful for his help and kindness toward me during a stressful time as a single homeowner. THANK YOU, ERRON! ♥️

Service guy was great. Explained everything to me and made sure I understood. Didn't try to upsell me on anything and wasn't pushy.

10/10 will be calling these guys next time I have a plumbing issue. Had some crazy roots in my 70+ year old sewer line, my man Daniel came out with the super duper jetter and took the time to clear all of them out back to the city main. Not only did he fight the good fight until total victory, but he was good to talk to and explained/showed what was going on down there via camera.

David was truly exceptional—expertly knowledgeable, transparent about the situation and pricing from the start, and incredibly efficient throughout. Thank you, David, for your outstanding service!

If I could give them 10 stars I would! I was so pleased with my service! I had an insurance claim I was dealing with and needed a plumber to come and fix the issues for me before my claim could be accepted! I call Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Tri-Cities and they were able to get me someone out to my home within 2 hours! The plumber was so helpful with solving my problem and even recommended an amazing restoration company! I felt like family, like the company actually cared about solving my problem. The price was so affordable especially since it was an unexpected event! This is my second time using them and I wouldn’t plan on doing business with anyone but them in the future!

David did great. Roots clogging our line and he cleaned it out for us! Definitely recommend
