We had a bad galvanized main waterline on the outside that extended to the inside of the condo. Reliable Rooter was able to repair the leak by installing a new PEX line inside the condo and connecting to the newly installed PEX line on the outside, replacing the old galvanized line. What made this job complicated was that the condos are built on cement foundations. After completing with the repairs, Reliable Rooter was able to leave the inside of the condo, which turned into a work zone, and the outside looking like they were never there. They were very thorough with the cleanup on both the inside and the outside. We have used Reliable Rooter before on various jobs and they never disappoint. They are reasonably priced, which is why we continue to choose them for both big and small jobs.

We had a pretty significant leak from an old corroded pipe. They answered the phone after hours, and helped me minimize the issues until they were able to come replace the pipe. Great service at a reasonable price!

I called them this morning to fix a backup in our shower. They arrived in less than 30 minutes and had the back up cleared quickly. They also repaired a small problem with the plumbing under our kitchen sink. This was the 2nd time we have had them do work for us. They are friendly, professional, and their fee was reasonable.

I was happy that Reliable Rooter acted quickly to solve my backed up shower. I was not so happy that I was charged above holiday amount and less then weekend amount for the day after Christmas which was a Friday. Since most Americans work the day after Christmas and it is not recognized as a holiday, I felt a bit taken advantage of. I think it is important that the owner know this. Unless of course he is paying his employees a higher wage for that day, I shouldn't have been charged more as a consumer. Other then this $75 over the normal weekday rate, the staff was really kind, good customer service, etc.

I have used Todd on more than one occasion if it was fot work or for personal he was always professional and kind. During covid he was the first to wear a mask and make sure of our situation. He completed my work in a timely and efficient manner and did not over charge. As far as for work on remodel and new construction he had always passed inspection first try as well functioning well . as far as plumbers go Todd has always exceed my expectations. It has always been money well spent with Todd.

Todd is wonderful! This is my third time using Patriot Plumbing and by far the best. We had an emergency pipe/dish disposal burst this morning and he had the new part and job done before noon. Thanks to Patriot Plumbing for saving the day and making it so easy. I text Todd at work and went home to fixed pipe. Would recommend to everyone.

Todd was referred to me when I was looking for a good and service orientated plumbing professional. The gentlemen who did referral mentioned the reason of his referring is that not only Todd provides quality work, also he likes helping people and he is very nice person. Todd came to my place and replaced a bathroom sink for me. I agree with everything the referring person said about Todd. I am impressed. 5 stars service.

Fusion repaired a nasty leak coming off the main water line from my well. In miserable conditions they went the extra mile (and hours) to get us back up and running before the day was done. I'd give them six stars if I could.
