Roto-Rooter came out right away to scope and snake my drain. The technician thought he saw roots so he sold me on a hydro-jetting procedure. After the hydro-jetting he saw that it was actually a check valve that was causing the blockage. He located it and cleared the blockage but was told that the check valve would continue to be an issue.

Chris was great. Very communicative and helpful with information. He also offered to clear an associated floor drain as an included service when asked. This floor drain slowed down again right after they left.

I had a leaky toilet, I called and told them that they didn't need to rush because it was a really slow leak. They scheduled me the next morning. And came when scheduled! Great work! I'll definitely call again!

Vince and company are truly reliable. I am responsible for managing about 65 rental units and count on Reliable Rooter to show up on time, get the job done and make room in their schedule when I have a crisis. Thank you for being there when I need you!

Joey and Jesus came out and got me out of a jam when one of my rentals had a clogged main line. These guys were very sharp and really efficient. I recommend them to anyone 100%.

They were fast and knowledgeable. When everyone else wanted to schedule an estimate they came in with a hourly amount and did the work in less than an hour! Very friendly and available right away. Showed up when they said they would. I would recommend them any time!

The guys were friendly, but what should have been a routine snaking of a drain turned into a very expensive operation. Basically, the snake had gotten stuck at a sharp corner and it could not be retrieved through normal measures.

They ended up having to come back the next day, dig up the yard to access another point in the sewer, and attack it from there. They came in with an entire crew of people, used a listening technique to find where the sewer was (the city schematics were incorrect), and installed an access point to make it easier in the future.

Some bad things: it may have been avoidable if the original guy had used a newer, stiffer cable with the appropriately sized blade. This is from feedback delivered by a more senior member to the original rooter. One of the techs snagged an extension cable that matched theirs, which was totally understandable, but it hasn't been returned as they said it would be. During the dig out, one of the crew members stepped on and busted an underground sprinkler. He attempted to fix it, but it ended up disconnecting and spraying water everywhere. I only happened to watch the whole thing because I was working from home and occasionally checking in on the progress.

Overall, if there hadn't been any hiccups, I'm sure I would have been thrilled with their results. Everything was nicely done and the whole team was friendly. It's difficult to give 4 or 5 stars though when what should have been simple turned into a much more expensive procedure. The more senior member did return the next day with a jet system to really clear out the pipes, which was an appreciated nice touch.

This was BY FAR the BEST experience I have ever had with a plumbing company. They were extremely fast, professional, and knew exactly what needed to be done to fix our problem. The technician, Dannie, went out of his way to make sure that we got taken care of! Will definitely do business with again and again!

Excellent customer service. I highly recommend a reliable router. They did fantastic work at a reasonable price. We had one small glitch and they went way above and beyond to make it right. You can’t go wrong with these guys.

Have called this company in the past. Fair price quick friendly professional service. I called this morning for a leak in the outside faucet. Was told $300 to come out and change the bib. In shock i said no thanks. Took my boyfriend $34 in parts and 20 min.

I would not recommend Reliable Rooter based on my personal experience with them. Had them out to fix a clog that we could not get on our own, the two men that showed up were less than professional. One appeared to be either less experienced or an apprentice, and the more experienced of the two continuously swore at him and yelled. They made a HUGE mess in our laundry room, and didn't even bother to cap everything back off before leaving. I used to work as an electrician, and while I didn't detail clean people's houses, I never left a mess. I didn't expect them to clean everything, but the mess was unacceptable to me. After hours of work, they told me that they'd fixed the issue but for some reason could not guarentee the work. They claimed it was a combination of a root in the drain pipe, and years of build up. They left their mess and tracked sewage through my carpeted areas. Then the issue returned less than a week later, I had another company out and they figured out almost immediately that it wasn't a clogged pipe, but a faulty return valve on the outside of the house that was trapped open and causing sewage to come back in. They actually charged less to actually fix the problem, and it came with a guarantee. I was also told one price, but it changed after the work was done, which I understand happens, but in that field I've never seen someone not explain that more work came with more of a price to make sure I wanted to move forward. Overall feel like we lost $250.

Main 4" line and 2" laundry line both backed-up. Nick arrived on time and had both cleared in just under one hour. He is good at his job! Got two referrals for Reliable Rooter: one from a retired plumber and one from a property mgmt. company. Solid choice! Highly recommend.... W. Phillips

These guys are amazing. I contacted them on a Sunday and they were able to make it out the next day. They fixed my plumbing issue quickly and effectively. They are very reasonably priced and they actually listen to what the customer has to say and their concerns. They are going to be my plumber for the rest of my life. These guys are excellent!!!!!!

Company does a fantastic job and is honest. They do not overcharge you for the smallest little thing. The use common sense in their approach and I would recommend them highly. They took very good care of my mother and explained everything in great detail. They are the kind of company that people should be doing business with.

We hired this company a total of 3 times. Once to snake our toilet, and twice for the same water heater issue/replacement. The guys who did the work mentioned they were the sons of the woman who answers the phone. They made me feel uncomfortable because they showed me pictures on their phone of what they said was a m3 th lab they worked on before coming to our home, and kept quizzing us on who built the home and kept changing the price of the job. They completed the work but I didn’t feel like we were talked to with respect.

Great experience. They were very upfront and honest, and were able to come same day to fix my backed-up plumbing.

I have used Reliable Rooter several times for my plumbing needs and they have been outstanding every time. Their customer service is top notch and they truly care about the customer. They were on time every time and took the time to explain things to me so that I understood. I can’t say enough good things about Reliable Rooter. Reliable Rooter has excellent staff! The guys ran into some complications with our homes' system. But, they managed to get the job done. Vince seemed to have been placed under quite a bit of pressure during the job, however, kept his cool and maintained a good attitude and expert professionalism. I greatly admired his work ethics and customer service. He will be the reason why next time we call Reliable Rooter for our plumbing needs. Thanks again, Vince!
