Technician Michael Garcia helped my family and I out by cleaning out our kitchen sink drain that was backed up. A drain-snake in had to be used in order to free up the clog and solve the issue. He was very knowledgeable and really explained everything to help me understand the cause and how to prevent it in the future. Thanks again Michael!

Michael and licel came in found the issues with why the washer and the bath tub where backing up when one was used or vice versa. Was able to get them out here the next day after appointment was made. Friendly, not trying to push products like some repair/sales people try to do.

Matt should be promoted! He was excellent with his on time service. His easy going nature made his knowledgeable explanations easy to understand. The work was done well and he went the extra mile to keep me informed. Step by step Matt showed professionalism in a personable manner. If all the Roto-Rooter plumbers are even close to Matt's level, somebody is doing a great job in hiring, training, supervising. Again Matt may be a reflection of a good company and my hope is that they appreciate his time and effort as much as I did.

Update:
We had a second issue with our water heater. Ethan came out that day and we had a new heater installed in a matter of hours.

Cameron was polite, helpful and explained everything to us. He went beyond the call of duty getting us a fan from the shop to help dry out our crawl space.

Matt came out same day for us to unclog our sink. We had snaked it ourselves but the clog was too far out for us to reach. He was fast, efficient, and explained everything as he went. He was very nice to the littles and the dogs, like having a family friend come help out. The man deserves a raise. Thanks Matt!

Adam was very pleasant, called me when he was on his way so I could leave work and showed up on time. He was very professional, always covering his feet while in the home, and took the booties off every single time he went outside. A pleasant experience and same day service!
