Best plumbing company I have worked with in my 30 years as a contractor. Art always has the best employees that do great work fast

If you are going to drive around town in a corporate branded truck, you might wanna drive professionally and courteously, and not with your nose 6 inches away from your cell phone while going 80 mph. Not professional at all.

Set up an appointment, they never made it to the appointment. They never called to say its canceled, called them multiple times but they didn't answer phone. At this point I'm still trying to reach them with no success. I recommend going with another company that cares about customers.

We were out of town, our house sitters called and said our shower was broken and would not turn off. They immediately went out and charged a reasonable price and were quick and professional! Highly recommended!

Although I did not use this company for the replacement of my water heater, I just wanted to let others know that they were very professional and prompt with calling me back to answer the questions that I needed answered for my replacement. If they were that prompt and professional for that, I know that they would be good at their jobs too. A special thanks to Julio!! I would deal with him again.

A year ago I would have said this is the best plumbing company in town, but not anymore. I have called, was put on waiting list which was 30-45 days out. Ok, they r good so I will wait. 45 days came and went, no call. I called back, was told I’m next on the list and that they would call me back with exact day and time, no call for 2 to 3 days. I called back again, left a message. No return call for a week. I call the owner himself, he said they were busy but that he will make sure I’m on the list and they will get to me soon. I then called and left messages with the owner, the office and the scheduling ladies voicemail. All in all I called almost 10 times! No one has returned my calls from any number or line.
So disappointing, like I said a year ago I would have referred them to everyone, now I won’t even bring up their name. Side note, I even called owners cell and left 3 more messages to call me back, pleading with him. My last message I said, if you don’t want my business just tell me, flat out ignoring my calls and/or not returning them is not professional at all. Sad, I really appreciated our business relationship, too bad it ended this way.

Michael and Ashton were awesome! They came out to inspect and clean the main lines for the sale of our house, and they made the whole process super easy. They showed up on time, were really friendly, and explained everything clearly so we knew exactly what was going on.

They worked quickly but didn’t cut any corners, and we felt a lot better knowing the lines were all set for the inspection. Definitely recommend them if you need plumbing work done—great guys and great service!

These guys are fantastic. They have worked on our plumbing twice. They are super talented and are great at communicating the problem at hand. They were friendly, professional, and treated us and our home with respect. When we re-do our bathrooms and kitchen we will specifically ask for Ethan and Cameron. They fit us into their schedule the same day we called and worked extra hours to make sure the job was done right.

Michael Garcia is a kick ass plumber. Came here in the morning and been here all day until the problem got fixed and it did. Five star job.

Kitchen sink clogged over the weekend. Wasn't able to free it myself. Matt came out the next morning and got it unclogged. Fast, clean, thorough, and professional.
