I was in need of having a backflow test done as required by the city. I found these guys and decided to check out their web page. It was super friendly looking, and had the ability to schedule online! For me that is awesome as I forget to make those needed calls during the day while I am at work. Keith was very quick in communicating! I was texted immediately, got it scheduled and done and was able to pay online all in less than 24 hours! Fast, friendly and affordable - that's what you want and that's what you get with these guys! You won't regret checking them out!

Backflow Tri-Cities was not only really great to work with, they are very knowledgeable. We had no idea what we were dealing with regarding Backflow testing in our city. Keith explained what the process entailed and even when we found out that our particular situation was going to require labor, he kept the original appointment instead of rescheduling weeks out. Wanted to say how much I appreciated the service I received from Keith! Backflow serviced my sprinkler system after I failed my first test, which was performed by a different company. Glad I called Keith - save me a lot of $$s. Just letting everyone know that your reviews work, since I didn't know about Keith until I read other reviews - highly recommend doing your research prior to spending a lot of dollars.

Great customer service I highly recommend them. They have proven to be honest and have reliable service. My sprinkler system was broken and I need to do a back flow check for the city. Mr. Petersen took the time to repair the part of the connector that was broken and saved me over $700. I was previously informed that it would need to be replaced at a much higher rate. Even when he quoted me the price of the estimated service was very reasonable. Setting up the appointment was very easy and the job was completed in a timely and professional manner. Now I am set up on an annual check up, so I don’t forget next year to do the back flow check on time for the city.

Saw Keith’s truck in the neighborhood so I talked to him and asked if I could make an appointment to have the backflow done. With out hesitation he was how does now work. That is customer service that I thought was lost. I’m that customer that likes to watch and he took me step by step what he was doing. Definitely would highly recommend going with them. Keith replaced a non functional BFP and ball valves on my irrigation supply. He was very responsive to my concerns and clearly laid out what my options were in terms of repair or replacing the valves and the estimated cost. We started off thinking he would repair the existing non-functional ball valve, but due to the age of the pipes one of the lower pipes cracked when the ball valve was removed. Even though Keith had other commitment he pivoted to replacing the system due to the amount of digging that had already been done and the minimal digging. I would highly recommend Keith for backflow repair/replacement, and testing.

Dane came right out and pumped our septic system out. Very thorough job. He took enough time to explain everything to us. He inspected the system and checked everything out. Didn’t try to sell us unnecessary things and I appreciate that. We feel like we got an excellent job at a fair price.
