I’ve used this company about once a year for the past 10 years. Always quick to respond and job always done right. This last time they were at my house within 90 minutes within calling them. Always a good experience during a stressful time.

I called for a leak that required us to turn off water to the house. They came over quickly and fixed the toilet in addition to the shut-off valve in the bathroom. The price was reasonable.

I called Reliable Rooter on a Monday morning and Greg Sears came on Tuesday to solve a difficult drainage issue in my kitchen. He worked out in the cold and showed the highest level of customer service to get through frozen water to unplug the drain pipe. I appreciate his willingness to go the extra mile and highly recommend Reliable Rooter.

First off, they were referred from a business partner. Bam! Called and left voice mail and had a returned call right away on a Saturday, and was able to get me in on Monday. When the employee arrived(on time), greeted us in a very professional manner, then went straight to work and in minutes had the blockage fixed. Highly recommend this company in so many ways. Super professional and easy to work with. They showed up quickly and on time. Did great with our dog and toddler. They even gave me pointers on how to help stop the blockages in the future and how to make it less expensive if I was to need them again in the future.

Reliable Rooter did an excellent job on our alphabet house. They were very familiar with the type of existing piping and let me know what to expect ahead of time. They were able to cut and extract a giant ball of roots and gave me a recommendation for how to deal with the roots on a regular basis in the future.

I was very impressed on how fast they were able to respond to my backed up sink in the kitchen an also was able to fix my sink I had put in when we did our kitchen up grade. Everything is flowing great again. Thanks again for a fast a professional job well done!!

They were not only quick, dependable, and reasonably priced, but they also didn't try to upsell, milk the clock, or claim that there was issue elsewhere . Did service seems hard to come by nowadays definitely grateful that I went with this company.

They came the next day after I called with a plugged bathroom sink. They removed the blockage fairly quickly but couldn't get the drain plug reinstalled. We just decided to put it aside for now and try to get a popup drain for that sink so it can easily be cleaned out next time by the owner. Thanks for the quick service, guys!

Very helpful and friendly office staff! And technicians as well! Very knowledgeable and hard working! They came within the hour on a weekend which I appreciated very much as I only have one bathroom (but also why the cost was much higher than I expected!).

We had a clog in our main sewer drain line. The two gentleman that came out were very professional and speedy in their work. I have been using Reliable Rooter to clear out my sewer line every year for the past 6 years. First off, they are the most affordable of the 3 plumbing companies that I've called in the past. But that in no way makes them a lesser quality service. Every visit they arrive on time with a courtesy call to notify me they are on the way, and are always incredibly respectful and professional. And even though I have particularly aggressive root intrusion on my sewer line, they always get the job done quickly, and I can count on them to make sure my sewer doesn't overflow into my yard like it had every year before I started calling a rooter to clear it out. These are all solid, hard working people and I'm happy to hire them year after year!

I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Reliable Rooter. Their repairman was very capable and even got my garbage disposal operating again. Since my needs were met in 30 minutes I was given credit for the 30 minutes not used. Very reasonable charge. My drain works great and I'm so happy to put the plunger back in the garage!
