Doug did a great job grading, re-rocking, and compacting our rather steep driveway that had become very worn down, rutted, and rough to drive on. It's now back to its original width, smooth to drive on, and is holding up well through rain and snow. I'm also very pleased that the water is draining down the side of the driveway, away from the house, as Doug designed it to do.

Doug and company have done two projects for us. The first was to have our rv site and large driveway graded and added several dump trucks full of black stone. Doug took extra time with me to be sure the grade between the street and the property would accommodate my trailer. The other project was to clear and level a site for a new storage building. Doug not only made a great pad for that but moved the existing shed to another spot in the yard. Top notch work and great communication.

Straight Up Excavation did a great job on our driveway. They were on time and did all that was expected. Very happy with the clean gravel they put down as requested. Makes for less mud opportunities in the rainy season! Definitely appreciate the compacting!

The team was great from start to finish. Came out to give us an estimate, had us booked for the following week. Showed up on time, did GREAT work with communication every step of the process. Driveway looked fantastic, drained well, and was super smooth. We will be using them again for sure.

Already been waiting for 6 days with no hot water and had 2 Plummers, PSE, and the Fire Department out to my manufactured home for carbon monoxide fumes coming from the gas water heater. The Fire Department had shut off the gas and water. No one had any good solutions or suggestions for me and could not solve my problem! I knew that the 14-year-old water heater needed to be replaced! Finally, I thought to call Kitsap Mobile Home Store to see if they had any suggestions. After relaying my weeklong saga, Kristen suggested I call Eddie at AVE Construction.

Amazing! Eddie showed concern and listened as I relayed the details of my saga to him. He was polite and positive and repeated a couple of details to get my situation straight. He asked pertinent questions and said that he would call me back.....AND HE DID!! They do not normally service my area, but he said that he would have a technician come by early evening to resolve the situation! Wow!! Now that is true Customer Service! Trey showed up about 6:00pm after he had already worked a full day! He was pleasant and understanding as I relayed the weeks saga to him and showed him where the water heater was. He worked quickly and was knowledgeable and very professional with a good attitude and sense of humor! It was a struggle to replace as it is housed in a very tight area. Although I felt extremely grateful, I also felt badly that he had to work so hard and was willing to work hard after a long already hard and hot day. He double-checked his work and made sure all was well, and we were getting warm water before he left. He finished about 10:00pm!!
