I normally don't give reviews but I happened to see a few bad ones here so I thought I'd give a shout out to Ron and his team. He's been doing this for a long long time and he knows his stuff. I grew up here and have seen them around town forever. I had them take down a dead tree that all the 'others' didn't want to touch because it was too much of a risk falling on the house. He came in and with absolute confidence, pieced out the tree and was on to the next job like it was just another day. You get the experience you pay for and if phone skills are lagging, the chainsaw skills make up for it ten-fold.

We enjoyed our experience with Northwest tree service. They came out and quoted us fairly. They were efficient and reasonably priced, and we would use them again.

They did a great job trimming our trees. The crew was friendly and easy to work with. They did a great job with the clean up. Would definitely recommend them for tree trimming services.

Troy and his crew are great. Some of the most humble down to earth and kind guys in the business. Safe, reliable, and very respectful. I think these negative reviews are confused with a different company. Would rate 10 stars if I could.

Had a tree very close to our house. We called two other company's who wouldn't touch it because it was too close. They gave a great quote (didnt mind my nosey dogs). Got there on time, with a crew of two people so I was a bit hesitant. They got the trees we wanted down. I will highly recommend this company to friends and family as well as use them again and again when needed. Thank you for your amazing work. I will sleep better during wind storms knowing that tree is gone!

I had an outstanding experience with NW Tree Service. They were able to schedule me quickly and were highly professional. They did careful work to avoid some other trees I wanted left and were focused on making it a safe and satisfying experience. I highly recommend and will use them first for any other tree service needs.

Austin and the whole crew did a wonderful job. Everything we agreed to and more was accomplished. They arrived when they said they would and had the job knocked out in about 3 hours. Very satisfied!

NW Tree Service came out to remove a large dead tree and limb up another tree on our property. They were very professional and easy to work with. They made quick work of both trees and were very clean and efficient. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need to of tree services.

Seeing some bad reviews on here I thought I'd give a positive one. The crew did an amazing job cleaning up and we're very professional. They completed the job in a timely manner, and did exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend them to anyone who need any tree work done.

Austin from NWtreesvc showed up when he said he would for an estimate. From that we set a date sure enough the crew showed that day no late calls no excuses, they got right to work. Very professional with good attitudes. I would recommend them for any tree service.

Troy and his crew came out for the day to remove many trees that were overhanging our house, or were dead, or split and dying. They did a fantastic job, carefully taking down tall trees without damaging anything nearby. I appreciated their attention to safety (helmets) and their skill. They were responsive to all our questions, concerns and what we wanted done. They worked hard, barely taking breaks. Some logs were left piled up as we wanted (for bucking for firewood) and everything else was chippped where we wanted it. And, the price was fair - we had other bids to compare with, and this was a decent value. Thanks Troy and guys!

We've used other tree services in the past and these guys are by far the best! The trees are pruned perfectly, and the large hedge looks like something from an English estate. On top of that, their charge was very reasonable.

Austin and his guys were quick to respond to my inquiries about the health of some of my trees. They determined which ones were in danger of falling on property and which ones were healthy. They showed up exactly when they said they would and finished the job in record time. The yard looks great and they did a nice job cleaning up the area afterwards. If it weren't for the logs they left me (I wanted them for firewood) you wouldn't have known they were here. My trees look great (not butchered) and I'm very happy with their service. The price was very fair for the amount of work they did. I will definitely call them again if I need more dead trees taken down. Highly recommend. Thanks guys!

Austin was very helpful and easy to work with. I had to work with 3 different neighbors to get trees trimmed and he was extremely patient with me when complications arose and I had to rescedule some aspects of it. The trees look great and we finally got our view back. I got a couple different bids and his was reasonable and not the most expensive. Great work!

Just want to tell you that the crew you sent to our house today, on Sandy Hook Road in Poulsbo, was exceptional. Not only were they skilled tree climbers and trimmers, but friendly and professional. Our experience with Northwest Tree Services was great! Austin was incredibly responsive and came out I think the same day I called to complete a bid for services. He really seemed to know trees and was helpful with advising which should come down vs. stay. He then came out again because I had some additional questions about how the service would work and where the logs would be placed. The crew showed up on time on the scheduled day and got right to work. They were jovial, professional, and careful to protect our property. They even helped us move our swing set out of the way and back! Honestly, they were just a great crew and it was really incredible to watch how fast/hard they work. The trees I needed removed were huge but it was no big deal for them. I will use them again in the future and definitely recommend them.

The five man crew was outstanding! From the moment they arrived to the last piece of equipment was put away they were professional, positive and safety conscious. Each member of the team was highly skilled and worked seamlessly together. It was both magical and artful to watch.

The quality of their work was top notch at every step of the project. They safely removed 7 trees in a relatively tight space. Due to their high skill level and attention to detail and safety the branches and tree trunk pieces came down without a hitch. They did an excellent job of cleanup as well as the actual removal of trees.

Northwest Tree Service was a true pleasure to work with from bid to finish. They helped us with two challenging trees that required a crane to fell. They gave us a fair bid, showed up on time with a pleasant and professional crew, and finished on time, even with a complex job on a tricky property line. Highly recommend!
