Last year, we hired NW Tree Services to cut down a tree that was set on fire by a previous evicted neighbor. The whole crew was punctual and super professional throughout the whole process.

My mom and I were planning to call them again to cut down three Holly trees and trim a Douglas Fir. After, we reached out to Austin, and he did a full assessment. We agreed to cut down three Holly trees and birch and trim the Douglas fir. Austin is friendly and professional. Once, we scheduled the job they did before 10 am with a big crew of guys and finished it in a couple of hours. They made sure to communicate what they were doing and make sure everything looked great. By the way, we even met the owner and thanked him and his crew for their amazing work and professionalism.

Great service and friendly employees, had them removed three 100ft trees, one was leaning over and at risk of falling on the driveway. They cut up and removed all the tree branches and logs, great site cleanup. We had them top the one tree leaning so it was no longer at risk of falling on the driveway. Would highly recommend and use their service again.

We are very pleased with the service. A huge fir tree in my yard was removed and pruning of other trees. They picked up all debi. Nicely done. I would recommend Northwest Tree Service!

I give this company and crew a 10 on a 5 star rating. They honored everything they promised when they did their bid and more. Ours was not an easy removal as no matter which way the sections fell would have the possibility of damaging mature landscaping. Yet, they successfully had the slightest broken branches and nothing that won’t grow back. They were on time, kind, respectful of our property and showed up on the day and time promised. The bid was very reasonable for the job at hand. We will use this company again. They also did a good job cleaning up and will give a bid with or without removal of the logs. Yes, we highly recommend this Company.

I had an urgent problem..a recent wind storm blew my 40 + foot tree down over my bulkhead at a 45 degree angle with the top submerged in the sound. I needed to get it removed before large limbs broke into the water. NW Tree, with Troy and his crew quickly arrived to hoist the tree up and cut it is removable chunks, His new lawn safe equipment was perfect for the job and the huge shredder had the tree reduced to chips quickly. Their clean up was fantastic as well. This is the second time I utilized Troy..the first time was a removal of 9 cedar and fir trees all over 90 feet tall. I recommend Northwest Tree 100% for any tree service you might need. They are fair, professional and safe.

I did not use this service, but they still cut down all of my trees. My neighbor hired them to completely cut down 10-11 trees (all but 2 trees) in my backyard in a critical wetland area and a 100-year flood zone. They admitted they knew it was my property and did not check, only saying “I thought you knew.” Our neighbor wanted to protect his view, so they went with it. And, they tried to convince us that we didn’t want them anyway. Said they were hanging over our house - they were not, and the remaining stumps prove they were not. No, we did not know and would never have permitted cutting down any trees. Yes, we did want them! They must have known as they were stepping through streams that feed into Puget Sound a few hundred feet away and marshland that this would be something that requires a county permit — one that the county was unlikely to approve because there WERE so many critical areas there. The otters, frogs, deer, and fish are all gone. We told our neighbor that it was wetlands and a flood zone, and we would not cut down any trees. We are new to the neighborhood and the previous owners told them the same thing. Now our home and the homes beside us are at risk of flooding because a neighbor on the hill wanted to “protect his view.” I’ve never written a Google Review before, but for this I just had to. If you see these trucks near your yard - beware. Apparently they won’t seek you permission or required permits to ruin your yard and put your home at risk. All we have left are numerous branches and pieces of cut logs sitting in puddles, and a massive heap of mulch from those trees which they dumped on one of the streams. They should lose their license and be required to fix the habitat they ruined and prevent flooding for the neighborhood.

Troy and his 2 man crew showed up pretty much on time. They did exactly what we wanted them to do. Their first priority is safety! Whoever was up in the tree cutting looked down every time before tossing a branch down and the guys on the ground were always looking up to make sure they would not get hurt . As the cutter worked, the ground crew cleaned up as they went. They were very efficient and worked hard. They were done within the time frame they had given us also. If I need more trees cut, I will certainly call again. The only problem we did have is that when we tried to call about something, no one answered and the voicemail was full.

Northwest Tree Service gave us an excellent quote to remove two large (and high) Alder side branches which we were concerned would destroy our fence. Crew Ryan (in the tree to set the top line) and Orion (managing relocation of cut branches back into the woods) worked safely and efficiently. We are extremely pleased with their service and would hire again! And we appreciated being squeezed into their busy schedule.

I hired this tree company to do work on my property, and while the actual cutting was completed, the overall experience was very disappointing. Austin, was awesome, however the crew rushed through the job so quickly that they ended up breaking my neighbor’s fence and left both my yard and my neighbor’s yard a mess. Branches, debris, and leftover materials were scattered everywhere.

What bothered me most was the lack of care and attention. It felt like they just wanted to hurry up and be done rather than finish the job responsibly. Now I’m stuck dealing with the clean-up and the damage they caused. Austin personally came out and help with some of the clean up and sent a fence guy to fix the broken neighbors fence which I felt should of never happened.

I expected professional work, respect for surrounding property, and proper cleanup — unfortunately, that’s not what I received. I would not recommend them unless they make serious improvements to how they handle customers’ homes and the property around them.

Professional, efficient, and very good at what they do. Absolutely a joy to work with. Austin and his crew shared what they were going to do and did it. They took down four trees (including a 50' spruce), did all the limbing, and chipping. After the guys were done and left, you could hardly tell they they had been here. We will have them back this fall for more tree trimming.

Had a large tree uproot during a windstorm years ago. It was aimed at my house! Called around and got told $900 to $2500 from other tree services to drop it and it would be a week out due to the high volume of trees down. NW Tree Service quoted me $600 and said they'd be out the next day to secure it. They came out Saturday, chained it to another tree and said they'd be back Sunday to drop it. They came out on Superbowl Sunday and dropped it in about an hour! These guys are awesome!! I've hired them several times since and will continue to give them my business. A+++

I got three bids for the removal of six trees, I went with Northwest tree service. They showed up early and by the end of the day they got the job done. I'm very pleased with their work and clean up. I highly recommend Northwest Tree Service.

Northwest tree service did a fantastic job trimming our hedges and trees from years of neglect. They were organized. Hard working , friendly and proffessional. They were able to scale tall trees and navigate our steep slip with their machines. We confidently recommend them!

I don't think I could be more impressed. Northwest Tree Services took care of cutting about 10 mature trees, a combination of alders, cedars and hemlocks. Most trees were 60-100 feet with difficult access (near house / garage / fence, surrounding ornamental trees and shrubs, etc).

The team arrived on time like an occupying army. They immediately divided and went to work. The coordination and teamwork was inspiring. They were able to take down all of the trees without ANY impact to existing landscaping or structures.

Cost was great. Service phenomenal. Attitude exceptional.

Trident Tree Care came out and removed some problematic hemlocks for me, as well as knocking back some branches from the house and ensuring a maple in my backyard maintained structural integrity.
