These guys where great! They contacted me promptly after sending my request for an estimate. The very next day I had a very fare estimate for the work I wanted done. Fortunately for me they had an opening the following day. They where prompt, professional, friendly and efficient. Completed the work quickly, cleaned up and hauled everything away. We are very impressed and happy with the work they did. It was also fun watching them climb the trees and swing around on a rope and hauling logs slowlyto the ground. Impressive! We will definitely use them again and refer them to others.

We hired John to remove all the dead wood from the firs in our backyard. John was very easy to work with, professional, and did more than expected and left our backyard looking amazing. They did such a great job that I referred Trident Tree to my friends/family, they always deliver!

I wish I took a before picture to share, but they were too quick! Jon and Danica are magicians. One minute a 60ft arborvitae (not exaggerating) was there and the next minute… viola… IT WAS GONE! I had some work done that left ugly branch stumps high up in the tree that I looked at every day from my second floor window. John was able to remove them quickly and improve the look and health of the tree. This tree service provided great service. Courteous, knowledgeable and easy to work with. And nothing short of amazing.

Great company! John was stellar to work with. We had Trident prune our apple trees and also take down 2 danger fir trees. The apple trees look amazing. John is very genuine and cares a lot about the health of trees and took the time to explain and show everything to us. Would highly recommend.

Trident Tree Care did an excellent job. They clarified what I wanted done, did it professionally, and went an extra mile cleaning up. They even cleaned off the garage roof near the tree that was removed, at no extra charge. Very competent and professional. I will definitely use them again.

I had a few dead trees that looked like their battle against gravity was numbered, and my fence would've been the victim. Out of all of the contractors I called for quotes, John was the only one able to spot the issue from more than 75 feet away, among the treeline, without even needing to be told which trees needed to come down. He was knowledgeable about the trees themselves, as well as, he gave me a detailed plan for how he would safely bringing them down. Then as a bonus as he was headed out, he knew just from a quick glance that my apple tree hadn't been pruned in 2 years and offered to take care of that in the same trip. John communicated well leading up to work day, and was even able to get us in his schedule sooner than expected. Day of the work, everything was taken care of so quickly I was stunned. If you're needing work done, get it done by someone that knows what they're doing. Completely recommend this team.

From the moment Jon, Danica, and Jacob arrived, their attention to detail and safety was impeccable. They took the time to walk through the job with me, highlighting risk areas like water and sewer lines, and offered clear explanations, and made expert recommendations. The crew worked like a well-oiled machine—precise, courteous, and incredibly skilled. They trimmed and cut down multiple trees on my property with care, leaving the landscape looking cleaner and more open than I thought possible.

John is a great guy. He took out my cotton wood in about three hours. I was impressed by his rope skills with the larger branches. They chipped everything on site for us. Overall they are an awesome outfit and I highly recommend them.

Trident Tree Care was great! John answered the phone right away, came out that day for a quote, and got me booked on the schedule quickly which I really appreciated since I was concerned the tree might fall on my house with all the winds. The quote was very reasonable. The tree removal process went very well. They were quick and efficient, taking care not to damage anything on the property, and cleaned up all branches and debris. They're a true family business. John's wife was part of the job too, and their 6-year old son even made a guest appearance helping to rake up debris. I definitely would use them again in the future! We hired John to prune 13 vine maples and dogwoods and they did an excellent job. They showed up on time ken in consistant contact throughout the process, and completed the work exactly as discussed. The tree look great and everything was cleaned up afterward. Very professional and reliable - reasonable

I called and left a message and within an hour John called back. He was in the area so stopped to give me a quote on three large trees and had time to cut them right then. He gave us a quote that was more than fair, was highly professional, had (and used) all the proper safety gear and did an outstanding job.

John was extremely easy to work with. I called Monday evening and sent him some pictures of the trees that needed work. He came out and gave me a quote Tuesday and the job was done by early Wednesday afternoon while I was at work. I will definitely be coming back to John.

John & crew at Trident Tree Care are simply great at what they do. Engaged and consistent in communications, professional in their work, very reasonable pricing, and personable folks to entrust with your property maintenance. They really knew their stuff, had the right equipment, and made short order of taking down two menacing hemlock trees for us. They went above and beyond in taking care of a couple of miscellaneous tasks without being asked.

Trident Tree Service did an amazing job taking down and chipping a large alder that was partially hanging over my house as well as another tree along my fence line. What a great experience! I had a pretty nasty maple that hung over my new fence and John quickly climbed it and used ropes to ensure nothing hit the fence! Even used his mini skid steer to help load the wood into the trailer! Very professional and safe. They even did a great job cleaning up after! And on top of all of that the pricing was great and worked with my schedule! I could not recommend them more!
