I am not a good housekeeper normally, so once in awhile, I need a little help. They were clear in what they would/could do and wanted to understand my specific priorities. They came in like white tornados and my home is now amazing. I don't know anything about how they WERE, but how they are NOW is impressive!

There often showed up on a day that I had not scheduled. With no warning or notice. After me asking repeatedly for them to do thing a certain way(clean the dog hair out of the corners of the rooms) they never did it. Andy rooms always smelled like cigarettes after they left.

Final clean of my father-in-law's apartment. Not only was my father-in-law pleased, the manager said that it was the cleanest unit he's seen and that it was move-in ready.

This place only gets business because of the lack of reputable local competition. Marvin did an expensive deep cleaning assessment but the cleaning team of three young girls only did a light cleaning. Of course we still paid the full amount in the end. I'd never recommend them to anyone ever. The leader chick (most aged looking one) was disrespectful in the way that she addressed me and she had a smug attitude. Her and another one made a B-Line for my jewelry and beauty products area. For some reason they spent the most time in that area. The youngest lady on the team did a decent job but she did most of the cleaning overall. Very very very poor quality cleaning services. And if you choose them, put your jewelry away and allow them plenty of time for smoke breaks!

Kelly and Jennifer did a wonderful job cleaning my house! Everything was spotless and they were very professional. They cleaned in 100 degree heat with smiles on their faces. I very highly recommend!

I used the Merry Maids website to submit a request to be contacted for an estimate over a week ago. I never received a response. I called today to get an estimate. I spent 12 minutes on the phone with the scheduler just to get the estimate. Their customer service staff is incompetent. She misspelled my name and email multiple times, despite me slowly and clearly spelling them using the phonetic system (B like Boy, etc.) I have a 650 sq. ft. home with 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom, 1 office, living room and kitchen. I just had a different professional cleaning service deep clean my home for 3.5 hours two weeks ago (they only charge $37.50 per maid per hour). I wanted to just schedule recurring weekly service through Merry Maids. I finally got the quote of $350 (!!!) for the first cleaning session followed by $100 every week thereafter. I told them I wasn't interested and dropped it at that.

I’m really happy with the service so far. The cleaning teams are professional and respectful, the customer service team is always accommodating and understanding.

Jennifer and her amazing crew came to us during an unfortunate time of need for myself and my husband. Our house was robbed, and the mess they left was so devastating and intrusive beyond belief. The theft was more invasive knowing people were in our home, leaving their nastiness behind. Jennifer, Tricia, Sam and Kelly came in so loving, caring and understandably devastated for us by this situation.
I was informed to make a priority list of what was needed to be address, as well as a walk through with the crew. Not only was our priorities met, but they exceeded our expectations.
THIS IS NEW MANAGEMENT!! DO NOT BE DETERRED BY THE PREVIOUS MANAGEMENT REVIEWS!! These ladies rock, and will continue to speak extremely highly of them. They made our dark situation become a brighter loving home again. And we’re forever grateful.

We purchased our house brand new, never lived in about a year ago. I think it's cleaner now than when we moved in and we didn't even have to spend our whole weekend cleaning to get it!! Thank you Merry Maids!

took weeks to hear back from first initial call. first visit cancelled due to cleaner out sick. No follow through. second month they had wrong date scheduled, suddenly I was dropped "not a good fit" . Hope you have better service. Guess you can't be a disabled person to get service from this business.

Yes. Merry Maids is a reliable, well trained, and dedicated cleaning service. But- the team is also compassionate. It is more than a professional cleaning service. I have cancer and the consideration of my limits and often, sudden change to a scheduled cleaning is the kind of compassion we all hope for from a service company. Quality of service and quality of character are a too rare combination. They set the bar high for other cleaning services.

Loved the cleaning team that came in. They were efficient, friendly, and able to manage having my entire family milling around while they were cleaning.
The cleaning job was great and they way they were able to work around my husband and I working from home and in meetings was wonderful. They left a cute TP rose in the downstairs powder room that my girls loved. It is the extra touches that makes the difference.

Alex and Riley did a super thorough cleaning for me. They went above and beyond what I had hoped and spent extra time and effort to leave my house clean. I was really impressed by how detailed they were. I highly recommend them and Merry Maids!

This is just a reminder, I let your workers know that we have a single bed we would like to give away. It is in decent condition and would include the quilt, bed pad, and single sheets that have not been used.
