Merry Maids did an incredible job! We are leaving our house for 3-5 years, so had them come in to prep it for renting. And it looks brand new! They were timely, professional, communicative, and wonderful. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I booked a one-time deep house cleaning before going on TDY. They were very accommodating when I had to reschedule last minute, which I really appreciated! On the day of service, they arrived early and got straight to work. The team was communicative about a few areas they couldn’t clean completely, which was understandable given our home is over 30 years old. Overall, the house looked great afterward, though we did notice a few spots missed — like some drool marks on our dresser, bedroom door, and sliding door in the master bedroom. Still, we’re happy with the overall results and the professionalism of the team. Would definitely recommend their services! Thank you!

They cleaned my house when I moved out and did a fabulous job.

The cleaner they sent ripped our rug one time.
The last time we scheduled a service I was told they'd be there at 9am. By 10:30am we called (no answer so we left a voicemail) and sent an email to cancel the cleaning because we had other things to do that day since we were told 9am. 11:30am rolls around and the cleaner finally shows up. She was told after 11am by the boss. I emailed and complained to them. I never received an apology or reply.
I would not use them ever again.

I have used Country Home Cleaners twice and will not use them again. They did get my house clean and I could live with one of the cleaning ladies being unfriendly, bordering on angry both times. But, the last time they were here they left a long scratch on our wooden floor. Having my home cleaned is a big splurge for me, I would hope for a better attitude and certainly not damage to my home.
