ServPro is not a good place to have any work done for you, they came in tore up our house and never even did what they said they would do from day1. We asked multiplte times for them to even give us a quote and every single person said they would that was just to start they came and packed up our house or charged us for it and all they took to their facility was 2 night stands and 2 dressers that we already had packed up ourselves. They were careless and stuffed all of our belongings into the living room and smashed all my plants and were very un proffesional in handling all our belongings scratched our floors when moving all the stuff just to the living room as they said the bed was to heavy to transport. Now they have been totally rude harassing us for more money for bringing our stuff back they had and again it was suppose to be all put back the way it was when they came to pack it up but they dumped it off in the living rm also and never did anything at all they said they would do. They wrecked our tile floor by drilling a hole in the middle of the kitchen when they were testing it and ripped up about 4 or 5 pieces of tile in the hallway and once ServPro received about 8 to $10000 paid from our insurance they came into our home and grabbed their equipment and just left it all ripped up and never came back until they brought our 2 dressers and 2 nightstands back and now are trying to charge us another$1047.43 for bringing it home . They are very rude and did nothing but destroy our house and still never even got a quote, they took almost a week before anyone even checked under the house for damage which then took 8 blacK BAGS OF INSULATION down and left it under the house and never replaced anything or did anything they said they were going too. They got alot of money and dissappeared until we wanted our dresser back months later and now are wanting more money for services they never did and left our house in turmoil and now they are not getting anymore . DONT USE THEM THEY ARE A FRAUD OF A COMPANY . they should not be in business .

At a time when you are stressed out and overwhelmed, SERVPRO Puyallup is who you want there to handle the mess and chaos of water damage. A plumber accidentally burst a pipe, which caused a ton of water damage in my home. I was fortunate enough to have Brittany on the scene right after the incident took place, so she could evaluate the water damage and help me start the process of getting my home back to normal, after what felt like a catastrophe. She documented everything thoroughly and had the report submitted right away. Brittany did an exceptional job managing the job and walking me through the entire process. Rob and Arturo came out to clean up and set the equipment to dry out the space. The three of them are a great team and got the job done. Their customer service was exceptional, and they all were very knowledgable. I am so grateful for the service I was provided by Brittany, Rob, Arturo, and their support staff. I hope I never have to deal with water damage again, but if I do, I know who I will call!

Can't say enough good comments about the Servpro team that came and tested our house for microbial growth and then another team came the next day and removed our furniture! Mario and his teams were absolutely 'Johnny on the spot' to get things done quickly and efficiently with great care for our furniture. Everything was wrapped like Christmas presents. Even the office gals came out to meet us and let us know how everything worked for insurance and were most pleasurable to speak with. I'm sorry I can't remember everyones name but it was a whirlwind of activity. Mario was a perfect communicator and spoke very highly with praise for his teams. Thanks guys! It's not very often that you work with people of this high of respect for home owners and work ethics too!

The whole team was so wondeful and careful with my home. Samuel H., Kamal H., Dillon B. Brayden, and Britney N. Kept me informed on what was happening everyday and came quickly!

Immediately after the smoke had cleared from a kitchen fire started from a food driven black Labrador non-retriever who can’t help himself. I contacted Servpro of Puyallup/Sumner for remediation/restoration, knowing that they were the most responsive and competent company to complete this task based on local word of mouth.
They did not disappoint. In fact, their turn around time for smoke damage that included everything from electronics, furniture, appliances, and soft goods were replaced or returned within 6 days of the start of the project.
We could not be happier with the endless efforts Supervisor Aminah exhibited throughout her team. They truly have your best interests in mind.

Abelardo, and Angel from ServPro of Puyallup came in to my home and did a fabulous job drying out all that needed to be. Also keeping everything neat and clean in the areas they worked in. I would highly recommend ServPro if you have any water remediation issues. The team lead Rob went above and beyond in clean up and dry out the water damage caused by my hot water heater leaking a tremendous amount of water in three rooms of my house. The other team member Cody, Chris, and Kamal were also outstanding. Their attention to details and their respect they had in keeping the customer property clean up was outstanding. They immediately pick up any sheet rock and insulation after demolition rather than having it piled up. They also hauled off all the debris each and every day. My thanks to all four of these individuals for job well done.

Mike, Eric, and Santiago did a bang up job tearing down my shed! They are true professionals. Excellent cleanup work also!

SERVPRO saved the day. We called due to an upstairs flooding that leaked into our kitchen. We have ornate woodwork in our kitchen. They showed up within the hour and access the situation and told us they could save our wood. They immediately cleaned up the water damage and then brought in blowers and infrared heater.
Four days later we had kitchen back as if nothing had happened. Excellent work but better excellent customer service

We have a new hero in our house, and his name is Rudy! The house we live in currently has a toxic basement flood and Rudy from ServPro was dispatched to help. He’s been so helpful; he acted fast to get it pumped, he is getting our unit deodorized asap, he has been so communicative and professional. We are so thankful for his super quick work and support!

ServPro has been amazing! We had a major power failure and they were there onsite within 2 hours with generators to get us back up and running. Mario Casello, Rudy Santos, and their crew were professional, skilled, and absolutely a pleasure to work with. Rarely have I been more impressed with the responsiveness of a company or their customer service!

The whole team did a wonderful job. We had possible mold cleanup and also vent cleaning. Brittany and Samuel especially went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Highly recommend. Thanks so much.

My house caught on fire we decided to call Servpro to help us with all the clean up. Ninoska, Elli, Cinthya, eduardo and hector were very professional and kind they took great care of our stuff helped us to find some of our valuable items that got lost on the fire. They definitely went out of their way to make me feel like they were there for me. I highly recommend them

If I could give negative stars I would! I had a house fire in May of 2023. Things started out rough I came home on day one of pack out to find four of my paper lamps damaged. I met with Servpro they said they would compensate for them and they would take better care of the rest of my items. That did not happen a lot of my items got damaged yet they said they would compensate me. Now, I am currently in my home with none of my items and Servpro has a lawyer contacting me threatening to put a lien on a home that I don't even own and they still have all of my items so I'm sleeping on an air mattress very uncomfortable. They also State they will not compensate me for anything that they broke and the lawyer wants me to make a payment and agree to not get compensation for my items that got damaged! Completely outrageous!! Their lawyer told me it is not a threat it is a promise that he is going to sue me. I have a one story three bedroom home and their original estimate was over 22,000 to simply take my items out of the home clean them and store them for a few months. My insurance company and I agreed to that outrageous amount even though we told them they did not need to take all of the items out of the home and we made a 50% deposit for them to get the work done. To this day they have not been able to give me a correct Bill reflecting the original amount minus the original payment and I will definitely contacting the better Business bureau but whatever you can do stay away from this company!! I didn't know I had a choice on who I could use as my insurance company sent these people to my home. After looking up reviews online for the Servpro corporation I am not alone in my experience and I feel terrible for everybody else who's had to deal with this company! Please stay away!! They outright will destroy your items and lie to your face telling you they will pay you back and then after months of no contact they will send a very incompetent lawyer to attempt to intimidate you and he will harass you! And neither Servpro or the lawyer they use are BBB accredited... I have learned my lesson unless a business is BBB accredited I'm not going anywhere near him after this experience.

Update 3/8 thank you for your response! I truly believed and felt your response was real yesterday however this morning I received communication from your lawyers stating that I need to pay them over $20,000 and agree to allow any known or unknown items to be damaged and not make a claim for them. I have until tomorrow to do that. Please stay away from this company!! At this point in time even if things are resolved the amount of emotional stress and damage is unimaginable and I still dont have access to any of my items that were in my home from the fire in May of 2023.. I'm talking mattresses silverware television sets anything anyone has in their home Yes they took at all and they're basically holding it hostage!! My insurance company and I agreed to pay approximately $22,000. We made a payment half of that approximately $10,000 leaving a balance due of $12,000 to be paid to Servpro. That is all I have for them yet they are demanding that I pay over at first $29,000 to them or they would file a lawsuit then they agreed they would waive some fees so it dropped down to 22,000. The only funds I have are the $12,000 so I am not able to pay them any more than that so as of today it looks like they are filing a lawsuit against myself and a lean on my home yet I am a renter and no services were provided to the home the services were only for the items themselves and that is clearly stated on their invoice. In addition to that they said that they would put a lien on the home for the homeowners however the homeowners had their own claim they also fell into the Servpro trap however their bill was $7,200 paid in full so there is no way a lien could possibly be placed on the home that I reside in. This is outright harassment!

We were very happy with the service provided by Sam and Dylan of Servpro. They were able to quickly and accurately assess the water damage. They set up the water extraction system and fans. 24 hours later, David came and removed the equipment because we were dry. 5 stars and highly recommend!

Servpro helped me deal with the aftermath of my house flooding. They dealt with drying, abatement and repairs. All my stuff had to be moved out then back after repairs and they were a great help.

I moved into a rental unit that had horrible pet odor stains (soaked deep into a closet and wall trim). Servpro was quick in replying to my inquiry & sent someone out to inspect the situation right away. Every employee that I interacted with (Trenesse, Luanne, Milton) was professional and provided great customer service. Answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable about the process. Luanne and Milton did an awesome job cleaning my rental, the odor has been completely removed! I plan to do future work with them, 10/10 recommend.

Milton & Scooby did an excellent job on HVAC cleaning! My vents are now clean and smell fresh. 5 stars ⭐️

What a great experience with the Servpro team. I needed my air ducts cleaned out they came out right away and did a great job. I recommend using them. The guys were so polite and were nice to my dog and gave him so love.

It was a little tough getting the estimate and time for the cleaning. But the actual cleaning was definitely top notch. I was very pleased with the results. Will definitely use them again if needed.

I strongly advise against using this company. The level of mismanagement, negligence, and lack of communication I experienced is absolutely unacceptable.
It is one thing to require approvals for pricing or to coordinate with home owners, but it is another thing entirely to leave tenants completely in the dark about what work is—or is not—being performed in their own homes. At no point was I given clear updates, explanations, or even basic courtesy regarding the scope of work. That kind of disregard is not just frustrating—it’s reckless.
The technicians came to my home to address bathroom mold. Without a single word of communication, they tied my hot and cold water lines together because the shut-off valves were stuck. As a result, my entire home was left with only lukewarm water. I then had to spend hundreds of dollars out of pocket on a plumber to correct the issue, only to learn that the company had neither documented their actions nor accepted any responsibility. Instead, they deflected blame onto others while ignoring their own failure to disclose what they had done.
This is not just poor service—it is a blatant lack of professionalism, transparency, and accountability. The company’s refusal to take ownership of their mistakes left me with unnecessary costs, wasted time, and ongoing frustration.
If you value your home, your money, and your peace of mind, I cannot emphasize enough: do not hire this company. There are many other providers who will treat you—and your property—with the respect and professionalism that every customer deserves.
