I called CMC to fix some electrical issues in my condo, starting with a faulty doorbell that was driving me crazy. Chris came out and evaluated the situation and explained some things to me such as “half hot” outlets - and knowing the terminology, I did want two half hot outlets in my living room and the rest regular outlets. He also installed a light fixture, and replaced the motor to my laundry room exhaust fan and added a timer. I liked the punctuality and good communication, clarity about pricing, and the fact that this is a small local business.

Arrived on time. Very thorough and attention to detail. Made sure to keep the area clean and vacuumed up the area. where he worked. We had a ceiling fan with lights installed in our master bedroom. The price was great, and the installation was perfect. He ran the wiring to our existing light switch, and we could not be happier with the results. Highly recommended and would hire him again for any other electrical work we need in the future.

On October 28th 2025 I called CMC Electric because I was having issues with some electrical outlets and switches that I could not figure out. Not only did Chris show up after 6:30 pm but he solved all of my problems I was having. One of the best experiences I have ever had. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Not only did he fix the problem he explained the whole process to me. He answered all of the questions I had. Trust me if you have any issues of your own you definitely need to give CMC Electric a call and you will not be dissatisfied. I had no problem with the bill it was money we'll spent I was so pleased with the quality of his work. I 100% recommend CMC Electric and will call back in the future if I have any more electrical problems im having him do the work!!

I was in a jam and needed permitted work done to our electric panel is a very short timeframe. CMC came through and completed the work before my deadline and all permitting and inspections were done. They also performed a few ancillary tasks which were not part of the bid but certainly made my life easier. The price paid seemed more than fair for the work that was done.

I hired CMC Electric to install new lighting and a new ceiling fan in one of my bedrooms. Chris was the person that came out and he was so great. I was very happy with his work, he was on time and did a great job from start to finish so I hired him again on 2 different occasions to install a heated towel rack, mirror with light, new ceiling lighting in my bathroom and a EV car charger in my garage. He had to run new wiring on both occasions and did a fantastic job. I will and have hired CMC again for my future electrical needs.

We learned of CMS Electric from our neighbor Rubiel who had some major electrical work done on the inside & outside of his home and spoke very highly of Chris and his work ethic. Rubiel brought Chris by for a brief introduction and we requested a quote to install an additional electrical outlet on our patio to power two appliances (Refrigerator & Freezer) that were working off and extension cord. Chris provided a written quote by email and work with us to schedule the work the next week. He showed up a few minutes earlier than the appointed time; wired the additional breaker on our backup generator electrical panel in the garage; moved to the crawl space and wired the necessary connection to the AC power; cut the hole in the patio exterior; wired in not one, but two outlets to the patio exterior; and was finished in less than 2.5 hours. In addition, he removed a recent mouse trap under the house. Everything works as designed. We know, because we recently had a main power outage for over 5 hours and the backup generator provided the power to the patio appliances as required. We strongly recommend Chris & CMC for any electrical work you need no matter how big or small. You too, will be pleased you did.

I recently hired an Chris with CMC Electric to do several upgrades around my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He installed two new outlets in my backyard, added two more inside my garage, and replaced all my standard light switches with Lutron Caseta smart switches. The work was done efficiently and with a high level of skill. Everything was installed cleanly and professionally, and all of the systems have been working perfectly since.
