I wanted to share my experience with Electrical Outfitters NW, they were so knowledgeable in what they did. Jesus Torres was the one that came out and installed and ran all the Electrical. Not only was he professional but very thorough in how he ran the Electrical. He definitely went above and beyond my expectations. I initially received a bid to upgrade my electrical panel from Joe at Electrical Outfitters in 2022 and had intended on accepting the bid, but had an unanticipated financial emergency that caused me to have to delay the work. Fast forward to 2025 and I’m finally ready to go again, so I reached back out to Joe to get an updated bid. Electrical Outfitters was the only company I reached back out to and I had every intention of using them. In a bewildering turn of events, after an in-person visit and several back and forth messages, I was completely ghosted. What follows is a verbatim transcript with dates of all our interactions from Nov 20, 2025 to Dec. 12, 2025.

HI Joe,

You provided a bid to upgrade my panel in back April 2022. Unfortunately at the time we had an unanticipated life expense that caused us to have to delay the work.

We’re now ready and committed to move forward, and I’m hoping you’re available to re-bid. In addition to the items in your previous bid, we want to add a 50-amp receptacle for an induction range in our kitchen.

Tony is an outstanding electrician! He was professional, kind, and provided amazing customer service from start to finish. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure the job was done right the first time. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable and courteous, I highly recommend Tony for any electrical needs!

Kaleb and Chewy did a very professional job installing the wiring for a new heat pump and furnace. They were knowledgeable and did an excellent job problem solving to figure our the best way to run the wiring from the heat pump.

Kaleb and Kaleb were out yesterday to do the electrical work for my new heat pump. They were friendly and did super clean, neat work running up and across my garage then down and across my crawlspace. I got the information for the permit and inspection on the way out, ez pz. Super happy with the fast, clean work done & friendly dudes.
