I had the electrical panel at my house upgraded from 120 Amps to 200 Amps when I converted my basement to an ADU. I work in construction, so I did a lot of the electrical work in the ADU conversion myself and only needed the panel itself to be swapped out by a licensed electrician.

I recently hired Pacific Home Electric to install a new power outlet for my induction cooktop, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and professional.

These guys are the best!! Look no further. They came out and out bid all 3 electric companies we had price out for a new breaker panel and a new 220v. line for our hot tub. They were fast, courteous and professional. I would definitely use them again in a heartbeat!

Pacific Home Electric is helpful, quick, and communicative. Pricing was competitive. The service quality and ease of working with Pacific Home Electric is the difference though, in my opinion. Other companies i had quote the job were similar in pricing but lacked on service quality/ease of working with side of things. Would work with Pacific Home Electric again.

Troy and team did a great job adding the necessary electrical work to allow us to add washers and dryers to a 6 unit apartment building built in 1958. His expertise with coming up with the load Calc helped with the permit process and getting it all approved and passed. He stuck with it even when dealing with an inspector that kept changing the requirements.

Troy and the guys were a delight and true partners. Why do I think of them as "partners"? They were thinking through the project with me and offering their wisdom and guidance. They did NOT simply follow my punch list. Grateful for that!

They also compensated for some of the other trades. As an example they remembered that an outlet was on one wall that was no longer visible. The drywall guys just covered it without exposing it. These guys remembered it after a few weeks and exposed it as it should have been.

The plumbers "nudged" an outlet out of their way which caused it to stick out about 1/2". Not good. Yep, Troy's crew fixed that. Not their fault but they helped the project move along by taking care of it.

They return phone calls!!!!!

They will be the first call I make for my next project. An investment in quality. Appreciated. And they are just good folks to work with as a remodel moves along and things gotta change a little. Oh, that doesn't happen, does it? ;-)

Quick efficient service, meter lug was loosened when pse changed to new meter. Due to age over time it almost created fire. They came out and gave estimate saved us couple of thousand by recommending changing panel on week day. Service and helpfulness of employees changed my o2 bottles and completed power connection in short time. At time of inspection the inspector commented on how good the job looked.

Very knowledgeable, personable, and the best part….affordable! Seriously, he came out on short notice, the day before thanksgiving and charged me a fraction of what the other bids I was receiving. Troy and I had conversations about my various projects while he worked on my electrical. He was on time and communicates well on his ETA. Even called me back on a conversation we had about generators without the intent to upsell. Then, texted everything we talked about regarding the work he performed and what to expect during inspection. Honest guy and I plan to use him again for future projects!

Have a very good workers. Lead and his crew were outstanding. They worked hard and had good teamwork. Lead was very knowledgeable and respectful. Job well done to the workers. Expect calls from me for any future service.

Pacific Home Electric has done electrical work for me twice. They have been quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and tidy. They fixed the problems and got the job done and I was happy. I also saw them do work at another residence that was complicated and challenging with excellent results, tested over time. I would definitely recommend them.

We needed to add two outlets in our bathrooms. They were on time and messaged an hour ahead they were on their way. Hit the quote exactly even though running the line was more difficult than anticipated, no disruption in power even though they added a breaker and two outlets. Everything works as expected. I did have to patch a hole in the ceiling that was unexpected but not their fault the wire had to be run that way. They cleaned up well after themselves and were out in about two hours. I would hire them again to do electrical work if needed.
