I have known Troy with Pacific Home Electric for many years. I am in the construction industry and was always looking for a trust worthy electrician. Once I found Troy, I never looked back. He always shows up when scheduled and his employees are very responsible and knowledgeable. He has done many panel swaps for me and has upgraded service to many of my projects. Highly recommend!

My mother in law needed a new main panel. Troy was professional and had a fair priced quote. His timeline for getting it done was better than the guys on TV who were booked out for 6 months. The team that showed up were professional and got the job done in the time that was quoted. The job was cleaned up. I was extremely happy with Troy and his team and would highly recommend them for any future projects and if anyone needed a recommendation for any project.

Had an issue with power to my new dishwasher. While it seemed like a possible appliance problem, I wanted an electrician to come check it out as the junction box for the dishwasher looked to have blown. Troy and his crew were great. Evan and Corey came by and fixed everything up. Cool dudes. Ended up having a plug installed to avoid using a junction box. They did a great job and at a good price as well. Highly recommend using Pacific Home Electric, great local company we have here. I’ll definitely reach out to them for any future electrical needs.

Troy of Pacific Electric came to my home to assess the work being requested and pricing. He was very friendly, easy to talk to about what I wanted done, offered suggestions, and gave me a fair price. His crew was phenomenal too. They were knowledgeable , friendly, on time, and cleaned up any debris left behind leaving me with the experience of great customer service from start to finish. --What: They also did a number of types of residential jobs (as our job was residential), including installing security cameras, lighting, and new electrical plugs.
--Quoting: Quote was easy, free, and Troy talked me through options for install and took the time to explain how each option may or may not work for us. This instilled a lot of confidence in his knowledge of his craft.
--Schedule: pretty easy and quick to get on the schedule, and they came out within 2 weeks of the quote.
--Work/Techs: So considerate and quick! I got a head's up text that the workers were X minutes out; they were considerate of our space (took off shoes, cleaned up any mess made before leaving for the day, flexible so we could let the dogs out for bathroom breaks, pretty quiet and minimal interruptions while we worked from home). They completed all of the jobs within 2 days, and did an excellent job. They were also quick to remedy any issues we encountered (like a fan was working the day of install, but the 2nd day it wasn't quite working, so they troubleshooted and fixed it quickly, and it still works great today).
--Their price was a bit more than a different quote, but I'm so pleased we went with them-they were worth it! I have high confidence in their work, and it was a more pleasant experience than I expected.

Couldn't recommend the team at Pacific Home Electric enough! When we needed to upgrade the electrical panel on our house, when they ran into some issues onsite. The team assessed the situation first and worked out the best plan of action. They were able to work around us living at home as well as our family dog whilest I was working from home (who by the way is in love with them!) Even though it turned into a larger project than expected, they made sure that all the issues we had were addressed. Professional, hard workers who just want to do it right the first time!

Cory, Ethan and Troy went above and beyond to help me with a doorbell issue. I had a Skybell doorbell video camera installed by ADT. Shortly after it was installed the door chime inside would ring incessantly until we disconnected the door chime. We had ADT come out to replace the doorbell video camera and they recommended we change our transformer and our inside door chime. Which we did, but the phantom non-stop ringing continued. I reached out to Nextdoor to find someone to help us with this issue.

Troy contacted me the same day I posted and set up an appointment to have his crew take a look. Cory and Ethan did an amazing job troubleshooting the issue and everything tested correctly before they left and the doorbell seemed to be good. A couple of hours later the door chime started dinging non-stop again. I texted Troy the next day and let him know. He said he would work on a solution and a couple of hours later he contacted me and said he found a part that would most likely fix the problem. He just needed to order it and come out to install it and see if it would fix the issue.

He came out today and installed the chip and checked everything thoroughly and its fixed!!! He truly went above and beyond for us, to research the problem and find a solution for our possessed doorbell issue. We had ADT and others tell us good luck and to keep replacing things we already replaced. Troy didn't just accept the status quo, and he truly cared about helping us resolve the problem. We and our 3 dogs are incredibly grateful to Troy and his crew at Pacific Home Electric. Pacific Home Electric installed six recessed lights in my master bedroom, and we are very happy with the results. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. The team showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and worked efficiently to get the job done.
The lights look exactly how we wanted and it was symmetrical—clean installation, no visible damage to the ceiling, and everything is wired perfectly. The most affordable bid!!! I received two other bids, but one was aggressive and wanted me to upgrade everything, while the other didn’t even come to take a look and just quoted me a lot of money from what I had described. I’m so glad I reached out to Troy and his company. They came out on time, took a look at the problem, and found solutions without trying to upsell me on unnecessary upgrades.

Nate was quick and super helpful when I had an issue with my electrical panel after buying my home. We had a very old "fire box" panel from the 1960s. He was quick to respond, reasonably priced and so nice to work with. I will most definitely recommend him to anyone that needs any kind of electrical work in the future.
