From start to finish Rena supplied me with samples, estimate and an installation date quickly and without problems. The installers were polite and efficient. The final product was very good.

The owner Courtney is an amazing stand up man and stands by his word which is hard to find nowadays with company owners!! Justin is awesome. I highly recommend them!!

I just want to thank the team at Floor Coverings International Southwest Seattle for a fantastic job installing our new Luxury Vinyl Planks. It’s wood grain pattern and color look beautiful. We’re very happy with it. I appreciate Courtney’s flexibility and patience in working with us as we worked out the details of what we wanted. Rena in particular, who was there most days to oversee the job, worked closely with us using her creativity and experience to work out the flooring trim details around an unusual and problematic spiral staircase landing. We really enjoyed her friendly professionalism and determination in ensuring we had the best solution. And I can’t say enough about the installation team who worked really hard leveling, prepping, and installing the floor, cleaning up at the end of every long day, and even doing a final thorough cleaning at the completion of the job. The team did an excellent job, from the proposal to the end with the expectation with me to review if I saw some issues that needed correction. While I left them to complete the job, I asked for photos of the work as it was completed, they provided that, but also informed me that they could improve something they did not like, they discussed with me before proceeding. I liked the suggestion they proposed and implemented. They worked with my scheduled timeline. They provided care instructions for my floor for longevity. Definitely a company I would recommend. My floor are growing on me more each day. Thank you for your teams hard work.

Courtney was great to work with on the estimate. I would have given a 5 star, but was not completely satisfied with the crew. They were very hard working but failed to check a bedroom door to be sure the carpet worked with the door. They left and I went to close the door and it was broken. They did not let us know which was unfortunate. They knew because they left out a hinge pin. Anyways, Courtney came right out and one of his colleagues was able to fix the door, which I am very happy with. They made it right. The carpet is beautiful ❤️

Can't recommend Courtney and Wendi's team enough! Recently had them redo almost our entire first floor in an 85 year old house with multiple flooring types, most of which were a myriad of cut corners by each previous job over the decades. I am fully confident in their ability to address any customer's flooring needs in a budget-friendly, professional, quality fashion. My 85 year old original oak looks fantastic again(even matching where it needed a large patch!), and the carpet and vinyl tile they laid is excellent as well.

Pictures of the tile show the old wood covered in tar before they patched roughly 35 sq/ft to match the rest.

Staff and crew are friendly, helpful, and true craftsmen. Did all the work in a day, like promised. Crew did meticulous work, removed doors when needed and really spent time cutting and fitting the wood transition pieces. We really love our new carpets! We highly recommend for your flooring needs!

Rena came out with a vanload of samples and advice. She was patient and explained my options well without pressure or upselling. The bedroom turned out great and the memory foam padding was as wonderful for my application as she had suggested. (I lie down on the floor to stretch often). Fast, competent, and reasonably priced. Highly recommended! Great people!

Floor Coverings International installed new carpet in my living room and dining room and did a fantastic job. The installers were very professional and cleaned up the new carpet quite nicely. after installing it. Rena the saleswoman was so personable and helped me find the perfect color and the quality of the carpet is excellent. And she loved my little dog Riley who is so cute.
