THE FUNNY PART THAT HE SENT AN MESSAGE A DAY BEFORE REMINDING ABOUT THE APPOINTMENT. HE DID NOT COME , AND NEVER REPLIED TO ME BACK. STRONGLY NOT.

I bought a new house and the pool was a mess. They came out within the week and had the water sparkling in time for my son’s birthday party! Highly recommend

We bought a spa a year ago and have had nothing but trouble with it. I called Bryan on Labor day, he not only answered the phone, but he took our phone call, texts and walked me through how to fix it, and got us back on track. I couldn't be more happy with Bryan, and his company:)

We moved in to a house with a green pool. It was hard to get Pacific Northwest Pool to show up at first, but they eventually got the green out of the pool and made it crystal clear and blue again. They got on a schedule and things were fantastic. Until they weren't. After about a year, I started to notice that the pool didn't look perfectly clean anymore, but only clean-ish. I would have to supplement the cleaning by skimming what they missed minutes after they left. Not something I want to have to do. This is why I have a cleaning service. We noticed when we would contact the owner Brian, he was quite sensitive about questions. We were always trying to word texts in ways that wouldn't upset him. This was challenging. I work from home and the pool is my view. I noticed that the time they spent on the pool had decreased significantly. I also noticed that there were still plenty of bugs and worms at the bottom of the pool and floating at the top. This was disappointing because it seemed like we had a good thing for a long time. We brought it up and Brian said that he prides himself on being speedy. Ok, well, what benefit does the client get? So you're fast; we're not waiting on a cheeseburger. Instead of committing to more time spent on the pool, he facetiously said "thank you for pointing out how quick I am" This is when we kind of knew we were in trouble. The next instance was after the cleaners came and it was pouring down rain. They had trouble seeing the bottom of the pool and therefore; they couldn't vacuum everything and we're starring at the same dead salamander and worms from weeks ago. I completely get that it's tricky to see through a downpour. I asked Brian about this. I wondered why they would clean during a downpour with such a visual disadvantage. Brian pointed out that they don't have a choice other than to work in rain; pretending there isn't a clear distinction between rain and a downpour. It's raining now and I can see the bottom of the pool. I ended up shopping around on Home Advisor to see who else was out there. Well, Home Advisor shared my search with Brian. My husband and I of course, got an emotional text from Brian saying that he has to cancel our contract because he decided ten years ago not to be anywhere he is unwanted. Nobody puts baby in the corner I guess. Oh, the drama!

Something I found out from my new pool guy after I posted this review: Brian was not checking two of the columns on the chemical chart. CALC and CVA. He had stopped checking them in April and never checked them again according to his own chart for the remainder of the time he was our pool cleaner up to October. Because of this, the new pool guy said that he may need to drain the pool, but ended up getting it under control. I have attached a picture of Brian's chart lacking the detail on the two columns.

Also, the spa I had in the pool house was old and Brian told us it was not worth fixing and that we should just buy a new one. Our new pool guy was able to fix the spa and found it to be in excellent condition, with even the rubber washers being like new and flexible and the ozonator working perfectly. The heater needed some work, but it was well worth the cost!

Do not hire this company. They told me it would be $130 to clean my pool. Not only did they not clean it all the way, so I had to finish it myself. When they sent me the bill it was for $240. They were at my house for 30 min vacuuming it and put in some chemicals. Absolutely ridiculous. I tried to reason with Bryan the owner and he told me to find someone else to clean my pool.

I had been using this company for many years and extremely satisfied. They managed my pool for a monthly fee. This last year they were short on staffing and I had issues with lack of chlorine a few times during the hot season and water turned green. It seemed like pool was never available during nice summer days due to chemistry issues.

We hired these guys last year to do weekly service on our pool. Best decision! They keep the water clean and all the junk off the bottom. It’s such a relief to not need to deal with it myself anymore

Sam and his team are amazing! our pool has never looked so good. They provide us maintenance, and we are new pool owners, so we are a bit needy :) Sam is always available to take a call, or text and help us figure stuff out, walked us through our whole setup, and most recently was able to get us a new pool pump when ours went out, other pool companies quoted that it would take weeks if not MONTHS to get out to install a new pump, Sam and his team came out two days later and at a fraction of the price. Side note- our pool tech that comes out is SO nice, and ALWAYS goes above and beyond to make our pool look amazing! THANK YOU PACIFIC NW POOL & SPA CARE!!!

Sam and his team took what was an extremely stressful situation for me and turned it into a simple solution. The company was at our location within a few days of the initial phone call and went straight to work. Now, the pool looks amazing and in the best shape it has been in years. Thanks again. Needed service asap, called few companies with big names, they all said to wait a week or two. Called Sam, explained to him that I am the new owner of the hot tub and in need maintenance asap as I don't know anything about chemicals. Lucky me, he was able to fit me in the same day. Tyler came in, did excellent service, walked me through everything, added chemicals, and some more things. I was so thankful 🙏
Signed up with them for weekly cleaning/services. Hopefully, everything will go nice, and I will never have to deal with the hot tub, except using it daily. 🥳🙌
