We have been using Purcor for about 11years and have always been happy with them. Both Daniel who does our pest control, and Miles who does our weed control are very conscientious about communication and tech details. They are careful and respectful of the property and consistent. Couldn’t ask for better service!

Purcor Pest Solutions recently handled termite and pest mitigation at our home after a Healthy Home Inspection. The team was professional, attentive, and efficient, and they got the job done right. We’ve been very pleased with their service and support.

I called Taylor a Super Hero today when he helped us with a huge hornets nest. What an adrenaline rush to handle big situations like that. He’s always so kind and very knowledgeable. Thank you Taylor.

Had a great experience with Purcor Pest Control. Justin was professional, personable, and efficient. He was in and out quickly and answered all my questions. I’ll update this review in a few weeks if we have any more issues with wasps or bees, but so far, so good.

Their scheduling department is awful. For a year now I have dealt with the same issue. They schedule my appt, i sit around all day waiting, call to see where they are, and it was rescheduled for the following week without my knowledge. Looking for a new company!

They came for rodent inspection. Found a dead rat under the house and put traps around. There was also a smell that was coming out through the vents and they put a bag that was able to contain the odor which went away after about a week.

From beginning to end some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in quite some time!!
Josh was our phone representative and was very patient with all my questions.
He was also able to get us scheduled next day.
Our technician Austin was so polite, knowledgeable, & professional in a personable way.
He listened to all my concerns and addressed every issue I had.
Also he said it wasn’t magic but I kind of think it was.( I’ve seen only one ant since his visit!)

After an ant inspection and treatment with which we are very pleased (reviewed previously), we had Kyle come out to assess our moth issues. I have been tackling them on my own and he understood I was unlikely to have him set us up on program before I see the results of my work. He generously assessed potential problems, explained possible treatments, and left us feeling empowered both knowing we are on the right track but knowing who will contact if it becomes clear we need help.

And there was no charge!

Both the ant and the moth inspections and the ant treatment were more thorough than our expectations. And both inspectors/technicians were very personable and knowledgeable. PERCOR is clearly very selective about their employees!

We recommend without reservation.

At the beginning of the year I hired them to rodent proof our house. They did extensive/expensive work in our crawlspace we also included the subscription service. I had called a few times to let them know that we were still getting mice in the house. I was told sometimes they just get in and there is no guarantee with keeping mice out but also reassured that there's no way they are coming through the crawlspace because "they checked".
Mice were still coming in, I checked the crawlspace to find out they were indeed getting through the barriers they put up and got into our new insulation and house..
I canceled the service and asked for our money back or to fix the issue.
I was told they won't fix anything if I'm not on the subscription service...

Our technician was kind and took time to educate us on our pests. He treated the areas, and let us to know to call if we see they return. We also received a follow up call from Purcor the following week to check our satisfaction with the service.

I called to start service and was told a technician could come out that same day for my initial walk through. I waited at home the entire day but no one showed. I tried calling and couldn’t get ahold of anyone, even though it was 30 minutes before closing. I called again the next day and it turns out the technician had rescheduled themselves for the following week, but no one had notified me and because I have to put my dog into daycare, plus work from home, it simply doesn’t work for me to be flexible at a moment’s notice, so I asked to cancel the service I had signed up for so I could find a different company. Three months and multiple phone calls later, I am still trying to get someone competent enough to cancel my account, because I continue to receive email invoices even though no one has ever visited my property. Each time I call I’m told it will be taken care of. I also have an email chain from last month saying it was all taken care of, but again this morning I received a new service invoice. My impression of Purcor is they are happy to sign you up and take your money, but customer service is a second priority.

We are about to take purcor to small claims court for negligence and breach of contract. Save yourself the trouble.

We renovated our attic and crawlspace and then hired purcor to keep it in pristine condition. We paid them $6k over six months, sparing no expense and doing every recommended step to ensure nothing got into our attic or crawlspace. They assured us on multiple inspections that we were completely sealed off and that nothing was getting in. Fast forward to us finding evidence of rodents, getting a second company to inspect, and finding out our brand new insulation, vapor barrier, etc. has now been damaged by rodents.

Jeff does a great job of caring for his customers...retail and wholesale. Great place to do business for gutters and gutter covers.

I called to have gutters and guards installed they took forever to come out when they did I figured they were just busy. I paid a lot of money for these covers and they have never worked. They clog all the time and they over flow. Ben the owner I spoke with was rude and will not warranty these our refund me. I felt like once they got my money they were gone. I am an older person and feel very taken advantage of

We just had all our gutters replaced and gutter guards installed on our house. They did a great job, were on time, did a great clean up after the job and were a very friendly crew. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Taeler did an amazing job cleaning my roof and gutters, was priced fairly in comparison to all the other companies I called for quotes. The customer service was great and they showed up on time and cleaned up the mess! Would definitely recommend them for all roof and gutter cleaning needs!
