3 times I’ve used there service. Robert is always on time or even a little before. Always calls, to say he’s on his way. Just a fantastic job everytime. I have old carpet and he not only gets it clean it looks better everytime they come.

AccuClean did an amazing job cleaning and removing stains in an older carpet that had not been cleaned in years. I am very happy with the work that Rob did for me!

The first round of cleaning kitchen and bathroom tiles along with grout cleaning was not very satisfactory. Upon communicating this to AccuClean, they immediately acknowledged my concern and scheduled a return visit the next day. They fully achieved their standard for 100% customer satisfaction and I would recommend them along with using their services again.

AMAZING!! Bill was the best and we will definitely use him again. He was very open and communicative and went over everything with me in detail. Our carpets were in rough shape and he made them look new again. Thank you again, Bill!

I would highly recommend AccuClean! We had dog odor and vomit smell from our toddler on our carpet, and after the cleaning our house smelled amazing. Robert was our tech and he was very professional and courteous. We’ll definitely be using their services again👍🏼👍🏼

Grace was professional, thorough and punctual. She took the time to explain the process and why she was performing certain tasks. Plus bonus, she’s a great conversationalist! I will certainly hire this company for future services.

Very satisfied Customer it’s so clean and the house smells good. Everything was explained well about the details they were gonna do. Well recommended. WOW!!!!! I've never used a professional carpet cleaning service before. Saw there ad on FB and sent them a message. With in a 1/2 hr Bill responded. Very prompt at responding and never tried to upsell. Robert, who came out to do the job was very professional and went over the best recommended treatment/clean for our carpet, which is a textured berber and it was really dirty, and again, it was my choice and he didn't push. He also had a great since off humor. I highly recommend this company 100%. I give them 10 stars ⭐ We went with the restoration and pet stain service. Money well spent.

I had Grace come to my house and clean my carpets. It’s the best job that’s been done ever. They did an awesome job. She took a long time. Hard worker Very friendly. I love these guys.

I am very satisfied with my whole experience with AccuClean.

After calling I received an email and text with my appointment information and what we talked about having done. The day before I reviewed a reminder text/email. You pay before the work starts with the tech and immediately receive a receipt via emial.

My main concern was filtration soil that has built up in a home we are moving into. Robert walked through with me and was transparent in not knowing what would come out due to the age of the carpet. Even after doing one room he showed me what was coming out before continuing. I was pleasantly surprised that most came out! He was kind and friendly which was a bonus.

I will definitely use them again in the future.

Robert was very professional, he was on time and Did a very great job, he didn’t rush over my carpets and I was very pleased with the results after my carpets were cleaned, will definitely use this business again. 5 stars !!!!

Such great customer service, i wish i remembered his name, but the man who came and did our carpets was so friendly, he was quick, explained everything and the carpets look so good! Very personable, prices were amazing.

The ONLY thing i would change is, i would ask for the owner/manager to provide shoe covers for the employees. Its safer for everybody! He did have on a super cool mask and stayed 6 feet when talking. It is my understanding they dont screen customers prior to entering their homes. I think to keep the wonderful employees/customers safe, a few screening questions would be beneficial... looking forward to them doing more of our rentals and floors!!!!

Very happy with my whole customer experience with AccuClean Carpet and Floor Care. The communication was absolutely top tier. Robert was on time and called 30 minutes prior to arriving to let me know what time he would be arriving. I would change just one thing about my would be how strong in fragrance of the solution they use is. But we did get the deodorizing treatment! And at a great deal.. My whole house was strong all day long and gave me a headache. My floor does look cleaner and surly doesn't smell like dog urine anymore :) Thank you for your excellent service. I am very very pleased with how well my carpets feel and smell once the scent dissipated a bit.

Robert was incredible. He warned me that some (very) well worn areas of my carpet may still look a little worn when he finished, as much as he would try to bring them back to life. Well, those spots look like new, he did such a great job. Punctual, very pleasant, professional, efficient.. under promise and over deliver - I like that. Affordable even with the extra pet odor treatment. Next time I won't wait so long to get my carpet cleaned and I'll know just whom to call! Thank you.

Accuclean did a wonderful job of cleaning my carpets in the lounge, living room and stairs. I will definitely be using them again. Very professional, and I am delighted with the work they carried out.

I had coordinated with AccuClean and my relator to get carpets cleaned after move out. They did a great job and were very friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend and use again.

What a fantastic experience working with this company. Friendly, polite, thorough job, and so informative! Our carpets were dirty ( I mean we have 4 dogs) and they are old, but the transformation is amazing. We have had other services come out, they charged more, the carpet looked the same and you could feel the sticky residue after. Accuclean gave us the red carpet service. Totally worth every penny. We will be having them come back and will be recommending them to all or friends!
