When i booked the call they were very nice and explained in detail what i would receive, when robert showed up he was very professional, he also looked over my carpet and pointed out areas that might need an extra clean. He then cleared the carpet and did a great job, would definitely use them again.

They were able to come out within 24 hours of booking. Very friendly and professional. I’ve had many carpet cleaners in my home and they by far did the most through job. Explained the full service. Made thoughtful recommendations and left my house looking and smelling wonderful! Thank you. I will definitely use your service in the future.

Fast, friendly service. There was a bit of a hiccup because prior to their visit, I asked for a quote to clean my couch however the quote they gave me was for a standard couch not a sectional. In my opinion the price they charge for a sectional is extremely high based on the amount of time involved ($320). They were also on the higher end of the quotes I got, but I chose them due to their prompt responses to my questions. The tech was friendly and worked fast. He was here for an hour or less. Will definitely use them again based on their customer service, just not as often as I had hoped based on pricing; $350 for under an hour worth of work.

I give AccuClean a 5 star rating because this is the cleanest that I’ve gotten my carpet cleaned and I’ve had three various carpet cleaners come in and clean so that’s why they get a five. There was a few spots that I thought he probably could’ve gotten but overall, he did a great job I would recommend them to, friends and family.
The cleaner removed 97% of the stains. There were some that I thought wouldn’t come out but the stains did.
This company will be my go to carpet cleaning company!

Bill did an awesome job today. It started out with him finding a leak from our freezer that he took upon himself to clean up and eat me know as soon as possible. He sent pictures along the way and even provided solutions for a long term fix to the carpet from previous damage. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

Professional and efficient. We have 4 animals and white carpet and AccuClean was able to get our carpet back on track. Would highly recommend. Had a couple of stubborn stains that they were able to get out.

Robert was very professional and was very helpful. He helped vacuum the carpets as I wasn’t ready when he got to my home. They were not supposed to vacuum but to get the job done, he did it out of kindness. Please make sure your carpet is vacuumed out of respect for the tech persons time. I definitely failed on that, no matter what my circumstances were.
He cleaned my carpet like brand new. If that doesn’t speak for itself, look at the pictures I attached. I have pets in my home, and you’ll never know they tinkled on the carpet.
I will use AccuClean again. Great company, most especially great tech people who actually comes to your home to do the job.

Worst job ever. My carpet is six years old and while there were a couple of stains that I knew were permanent much of the other stuff should have come out. Went from $120 to $420 and yet my carpet looks no different. Blamed the carpet.

The technician did a fabulous job. And it took much less time than I thought it would take. My carpets look almost new again. I can hardly wait to have them back to clean and shine my tile floors. I highly recommend this company.

I am overjoyed by the attentive care and the quality of AccuClean's home carpet cleaning service. Our home carpets had never been professionaly cleaned and were extremely soiled in the high traffic areas. Now the carpets almost look new again. Cleaning was fast, too fast for me. Didn't pick up ANYTHING from the floor to ensure thorough cleaning, including CPAP jug of water next to the bed. Had to remove items for him to quickly clean. No spot cleaning done nor suggested. No shoe covers, so he wore his dirty outside shoes on the wet carpet. Missed areas along the walls and/or furniture. When I touched those areas, they were totally dry in comparison to obviously shampooed areas next to them. Overpaid for upsell of deodorizer, which I really regret; 15 min later, no noticeable difference in smell. I would not use them again; not satisfied for the money paid. I could have gotten similar or better cleaning renting machine. Unimpressed.

Customer service is everything! I was personally contacted by the owner, who assured me that my concerns were relevant and would be addressed. They were, and cleaning was redone to my satisfaction. I am now a satisfied customer!

I was quoted 170 and they changed an extra 50 for deep and pet stains which I feel he charged just because we have a pet who is house trained and there was no pet stains visible. The carpet still had stains after the cleaning was completed.

Robert was very professional and knowledgeable on carpet cleaning. I have had my carpets cleaned by other companies and the stains were back in the matter of days. It has been two weeks and no return of stains and carpets are soft, not thay crunchy feeling after carpets are dried. I definitely will be using again. Well worth the money. Thank you
