We moved to Puyallup about ten years ago from California. In that
period of time we have learned a lot. The first thing we learned was about carpet cleaning. Being new to the area we asked around and and heard the name Pheiffer''s Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning a great deal. So we decided to try them out. We have used them every since. They are a family run business and are alway available by phone for quick service. Today, they came out and as usual were on time and ready to work. We explained what we wanted done and they went right to work, going beyond what we asked for to get an excellent clean job. The owner was training a helper and helped him to get the idea of what a good clean really is. They work with their trainees for some time before they can go out on their own. We were very happy and we would like to recommend them to anyone needing excellent work done in a timely manner. Thank you, Pat

We had a sick cat that had urinated in the dining room of a wall-to-wall carpeted house. We had tried to clean the carpet ourselves but could not see where the problem areas were. Bob Pfeiffer gave us several options with clear concise consultation about our severe case. After the estimate was negotiated and work agreed on, he returned and worked diligently to resolve our soiled carpet problem.

We could not be happier with the results. He did an outstanding job on a worn carpet that was stained and had a strong odor. Bob was extremely friendly! He is a no hassle and honest person. He had said he wasn't sure what he could do for my old and well loved couch. I said, no worries I understand as long as it's clean afterwards. Well he did an amazing job and the couch looks great! Once he realized there was some hope left in my old couch, he worked hard to bring it back. Definitely got more than I expected! He even spot cleaned in front of my couch as a courtesy. And well from that I can tell, he can do wonders for carpet as well. I will definitely be using them in the future and 100% recommend them for your home!

We moved into a home that had been overrun by dogs. It was questionable whether the carpet was even salvageable. The Pfeiffers treated the carpet twice, and I am happy to report that my home is dog scent free. I was treated courteously and my satisfaction was very important. I highly recommend this company and will be using them again.

We take our shoes off when we get home and put on "house shoes" but we also have two dogs! Pfeiffer's removed any trace of them which is lovely! They are the best carpet cleaning company. Pfeiffers did an amazing job with our entire house. All the carpets needed serious cleaning and several needed stretched. Some of the stretching was tricky, but they found a way to make it happen. They even came back to check for spots the next day. The carpets look brand new again. I highly recommend this company. Excellent experience. Thanks, Pfeiffers!

Pfeiffer’s did a great job on both my couch and a rocking chair in one of my bedrooms. Our couch had lots of stains from little kids and a dog over the years, but I really wanted to keep it since it was in great condition otherwise. It looks amazing! I’m so glad I found them.
