I can’t recommend this company highly enough. From start to finish, their communication was clear, prompt, and proactive — which was especially important since I live in Portland, OR, and the work was done at my son’s property in Renton, WA. The job was no small task: the shop roof was in terrible shape, and they also tackled a massive wasp nest lodged inside the shop door. The driveway, walkway, house roof, everything was terribly neglected. The work took longer than expected, but they honored their original quote without hesitation — a true mark of integrity. They went above and beyond by sending additional photos and advice for areas around the driveway to pass to the landscaper to help extend its life. Their proactive, long-term approach really stood out. Payment options were transparent, with clear explanations about credit card fees and alternatives via Venmo or Zelle. In fact I chose them specifically because of the detailed bid that was provided. Talon even offered to pass along a tip to the crew on my behalf, which was a thoughtful touch as I'm in Portland. Professional, honest, and thorough — if you need roof, gutter, or driveway cleaning, these guys were great. You won’t regret it.

I usually do all of my own roof maintenance but do to health issues I reluctantly needed to hire someone to do it for me. I'm so glad I hired George to do it. He took his time and did and excellent job. Much better then I could have done. My neighbor who wasn't happy with the last company that did his roof was impressed too and hired George to do his house the following week.
I need to add too that George is a great communicator.

George did an awesome job cleaning up the moss off the roof, getting rid of any debris, cleaned the gutters, putting down moss prevention treatment, and he cleaned up the yard/driveway afterwards. Communication was great from scheduling through the end of the job, pricing was extremely fair. Would use again and highly recommend.

Wow, I have never been happier with a vendor. Triple Gem is the best carpet cleaner I have used for my complex thus far. He is extremely responsive (responds always within 30 minute), super flexible with scheduling and makes sure you are always happy before he leaves. He's extremely thorough and will even come AFTER hours for an emergency. He's the best for emergencies and water resto repairs. Super good with carpets that were ruined by pets too! I 10/10 recommend him!

I work in Oregon now, but when I worked in Washington Johnny was my carpet cleaning vendor for the apartments I worked at. He does an amazing job, way better than who we had been using. His pricing is great and very fair. He is flexible with scheduling. We used his services for our building, apartment turnover, and for occupied units. He did an amazing job getting stains up from our stairs. He also does rugs and furniture. Thanks Johnny for being so helpful! Maybe someday you'll expand to Oregon ; )

I have worked with Jonny for years and by far one of the nicest and honest people that you can count on. As a property manager I can stand by his work and recommend him highly to anyone that needs services. He values quality over quantity and is a very hard worker. You will see a major difference in the work preformed compared to other companies and he has HONEST pricing. If there is a job that he doesn't know would be %100 he will let you know. He values all work and he will never halfway do something to fit it in or cram it into the schedule. I have had a very good professional relationship with him and will use his services at ANY property that I end up going to. I am sure he has other 5 star reviews that could be said from other property managers, clients, and friends but I wanted to put my 2 cents out there. If you are looking for a professional carpet cleaning company you found the right place.

R'n'D didi a fantastic job. They have been quite busy and managed to squeeze us in for a long overdue gutter cleaning. They also cleaned the roof of my adjacent shed. They left the job site complete and clean. Will definitely call them again.

This is the second year RnD has cleaned our windows inside and out. Results are excellent! The young man worked efficiently and with care for our home. We will book their services for years to come.

The service worker was so thorough and accommodating. He reviewed what our needs and wishes were when he arrived. He somehow did all work without disrupting our day at all. When we asked him to stay clear of our birdhouse with nesting birds, he was very receptive. We were very satisfied with the work done!
