I've been using these guys for a few years now and they always do a great job! Prompt, efficient work wether it is roof cleaning or window cleaning ! They always go above and beyond! Great follow up from Tommy as well.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone!!!

MOSS REMOVAL / GUTTER CLEANING:
I wanted to share my experience with this company. I appreciated the hard work and results they accomplished to make my choice whole and settled.

My gutters had multiple patches of weeds, overgrowth and roof had moss throughout and the gentleman/men that completed the work with standards and integrity.

After my inspection of their work, I was happy. I'm going to use them again in about 6 months because after 1x visit, they've exceeded my expectations.

I just had my first gutter cleaning service done and they were great. Easy to schedule and they were timely. I didn't even have to be there and I paid on line. Couldn't have been easier. My neighbor recommended R'n'D to me since he's been using them for a few years and they didn't disappoint!

Very good work & friendly staff! We think at a reasonable price as well. So far we have used them to do our roof maintenance & will soon schedule other services as well.

from beginning to end I had wonderful service.
I explained what I might need, was sent an estimate and scheduled an appointment.
The tech arrived on time, explained what he was going to do. Took pictures of my roof and showed me where the moss was.
So I had my moss removed and treated on my roof. My gutters cleaned and spot repaired. And the outside was pressure washed along with my porch and sidewalk.
The work was finished in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. The tech cleaned up after himself and the area was neater after the work than before.
I highly recommend for honesty, quality of workmanship, professionalism of the technician and customer service staff.
I will use the again for my needs.

The good experience continued this Spring when I had my very dirty patio cleaned.
I was concerned because there are cracks and some small spots where the concrete is breaking up on the surface.
My technician Eric was a true professional and was exceedingly good at his job. Taking extreme care of the patio and it’s difficult spots. He was careful of all my property and was perfectly courteous.
My patio looks so good it will be a pleasure to spend time there in the warmer months.

I’ll be calling in the fall to have the gutters cleaned again.

I contacted R'n'D after seeing good reviews of them on our HOA Site. I just need a roof blow off after the latest storm and everyone wanted to cushion their quotes. I've used R'n'D's roof / gutter cleaning service twice now. I've always received good communication, especially when freezing weather required a delay to the start of work. I'm very pleased with the detail of work and the inclusion of extra services such as roof tile replacement, sealing around pipes, vents and gutter seams. Debris has always been removed . Overall, I'm very pleased with the service and the extension of life it give to my roof and home.

It was a pleasure working with this company and I would highly recommend them if you need any of the services they provide. Tomi was very responsive and worked around my crazy work schedule to email me answers to my questions, provide me an estimate, and schedule moss removal and gutter cleaning. Dan showed up right on time and spent the whole day making sure our roof was immaculate and left no trace behind when the job was done. Very impressive all around!

Despite being pretty booked up, they managed to work me into their schedule pretty quickly and conveniently. They did a great job cleaning my gutters, I barely even knew they were here before they were finished. Very professional and excellent service, would definitely recommend.

I have used R'nD' Windows and Gutter Cleaning for several years. They clean my house windows inside and out. The gutters get cleaned with absolutely no mess left behind. I always have the roof treated with moss killer, too. They are efficient and professional. I trust them completely and they are highly recommended!

Never have I had such clean windows! Spencer took way more time than anyone else has with the windows and got them squeaky clean! We have difficult terrain around our house requiring tall ladders (high windows, two stories, on an incline) and he didn't bat an eye. He even climbed on the roof to wash a clerestory window and while he was up there he also cleaned the sky lights. Great job R'n'D!

I have used R'n'D for 7 years and wouldn't trust my window cleaning and gutter cleaning to any other company. Last year they did some power washing and did a great job.They are always on time, very conscientious and most of all trustworthy. Spencer did the work this year and did an amazing job. I appreciate this company very much.. Tomi is a wonderful person as well....she's always so nice and accommodating.

I contracted RnD to clean my exterior windows, gutters, roof moss, moss treatment and unblock a clogged gutter. They were able to schedule me within a week of calling them and their itemized price was right on target with no surprises from their original free estimate. The crew was super nice - despite it being hot and coming from a previous job, listened to everything I asked. Super SAFE! I am a safety professional and tend to key in on contractor's safety practices. Full body harnesses, connected to lifelines and anchor points on my roof. Proper ladders that were in great condition. Left my home looking beautiful and cleaned up - even rolled my hose, that was not rolled before they arrived! No streaked glass on the windows, water runs freely through the gutters and no more moss! And their customer service in the office...very communicative and easy to work with. I've already signed up for recurring service...and no, I have not been paid for this review :) Good companies with great customer service are a rarity these days...you'll not be disappointed with RnD!

UPDATE: I have been a repeat customer since I left this first review. Every year like clock work they are there to do the windows and the roof/gutters. Always personable, from Tomi in the office to the techs that come out to the house. Top notch work, clean up after themselves and we often joke about how long it will take for a bird to crash into the windows because they are so clean...generally it's less than an hour. I generally book for the following year that very same day. If you haven't already, give them a call...

I made an appointment with R'n'D via email. They were quick to respond, timely with an estimate, and available when I needed them. I ended up having to reschedule at the last minute due to another vendor. They were more than happy to accommodate my schedule change. On the day of cleaning, they showed up at the promised time. The rep was courteous, talked me through his process, and asked if I had any questions. He was meticulous with his work, even blowing off the debris on my back patio as a bonus! My roof and gutters are clean, and my windows are sparkling. I can't believe how much cleaner they are now - I guess I didn't realize how dirty they were. I highly recommend R'n'D!

I found this company in an online search for nearby roof cleaners. I like working with small, local businesses. RnD was very responsive to my inquiry and quickly responded with an estimate and appointment date. They mentioned their window cleaning service and since it's been a couple years(!) since we did ours, we had them bid that too. The prices quoted seemed fair and reasonable so we hired them to do the service. On the day of service Dan arrived bright and early and went right to work. He quickly blew clean the roof and got right to the windows. He did an really great job and we are so impressed with how well everything turned out. Since we live in the woods, our roof catches a lot of debris at times and I'm getting too old to be roof climbing. We will definitely be calling RnD again when we need the roof blown off and will be an annual window cleaning customer going forward. They are really sincere and very nice folks!

Eric, with R'n'D Window & Gutter Cleaning did a fantastic job cleaning our gutters and blowing off needles from our roof. He is an extremely hard worker. We feel very fortunate as he did a fantastic job. I hired them after they did a great job for one of our neighbors. I highly recommend this company. I will definitely hire them again.
